President Sata has dismissed assertions by some sections within the Civil Society Organisations [CSOs] that he has already received the draft Constitution.
The Head of State said like everybody else he is eager to see the contents of the draft Constitution.
“…hopefully when the process is completed, those charged with the responsibility to supervise this process will accordingly hand over the draft Constitution,” President Sata said.
President Sata reaffirmed his Government’s commitment to dialogue with various well-meaning stakeholders on key national issues.

Those mentioning HH every time even when the article has nothing to do with him don’t realise that they are actually indirectly campaigning for HH. Their constant irrational rants just serve one purpose; to keep HH fresh in people’s minds. I have already seen the effect of their hate rants against HH begin to bear fruit. Does is it really matter, with or without the constitution it makes no difference as long as Sata remains president. He has ALL the authority and unlimited powers to do whatever he dreams and NO ONE will dare challenge him, he is the Zambian constitution unto himself. He rules by decree.
