TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
“For though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again…”
(Proverbs 24:16, NIV)
TODAY’S WORD from Joel and Victoria
Life is full of things that try to push us down. We all face disappointments and setbacks. Maybe you received some bad news about your health, or perhaps a relationship didn’t work out. That was a setback. It’s easy to get discouraged or lose your enthusiasm or even be tempted to just settle where you are. But if we’re going to see God’s best, we have to have a “bounce back” mentality. That means when you get knocked down, you don’t stay down. You get back up again. You have to know that every time adversity comes against you, it’s a setup for a comeback!
Remember, as a believer in Jesus, the same power that raised Christ from the dead lives on the inside of you. There is no challenge too difficult, no obstacle too high, no sickness, no disappointment, no person, nothing that can keep you from your God-given destiny. If you stay in faith, then God will turn what was meant to be a stumbling block into a stepping stone, and you’ll move forward in strength, full of faith and victory!
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father, thank You for setting me up for success in everything I do. I choose to trust and rely on You knowing that Your plans are for my good. I know my best days are ahead of me and look forward to the blessings You have in store for me in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Dear Lord, thanks so much for word this morning. Your words have made change in my thoughts for the day. Indeed everything happens for a reason. Good or bad we must take strength from that and look to the lord jesus christ for his guidance. God help me bounce back. Amen

Darkness is upon my life and forces of adversity are driving my life. The Lord no longer is with me and I am in my most vulnerable state. I am unable to even pray to Him nor trust upon His power because the powers that lead men down have taken hold of me. If there is a true child of God somewhere here, I ask them by the commission God has given them to pray for my restoration. I am a bright graduate whose life evil has taken hold of. I ask again, IF THERE IS A TRUE CHILD GOD HERE, LET THEIR VOICE REACH OUT TO GOD’S ORACLE OVER MY RESTORATION TO GODLINESS AND PURPOSE. Thank you author for your word.
meant “CHILD OF GOD.”
By God’s grace, I request that none judges me as my request to children of God is sincere.
@Fallen Child,
I understand where you are coming from and fortunately, God is love. His mercies to any that believe are new every morning. So I’m praying this prayer, for you, for this entire week:
“Our heavenly Father, Creator of the heavens, earth, and sea and all that in them is, I present before your Fallen Child. Please, open his/her eyes and turn him/her from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that s/he may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in Jesus Christ. Amen.”
Wishing God’s presence upon you, and please remember to read Isaiah 42:16. The Spirit gave me this prayer and scripture specifically for you and any that walk in your shoes.
@Fallen Child,
Remember one thing, there is no sin greater than the blood of Jesus that can not be wiped out. Please brother/sister in faith, do not despair but cast yourself at the feet of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who keeps no record of our sins. Just say these few words, “Hear my cry, O Lord; listen to my call for help! If you kept a record for our sins, who would escape being condemned? But you forgive us, so that we should stand in awe of you.” Just humble yourself and seek repentance, forgiveness and reconciliation as did the prodigal son and God has his hands outstretched waiting to welcome you back. Do you remember king David? All he did was to acknowledge his sins before God, and God forgave him despite his sins. Read Psalm 51 and Psalm 32, these will help bounce back.
Amen!
