   Masebo is living life in denial and now, posterity is judging her harshly because of poor reasoning. No consultation but she was immersed in a knee jerk reactions of her hunger for power.

     Yes I am. I personally know Mr Matokwane who was fired by Ms Masebo. I know Mr Harrington as well, I have heard the stories from the duo, they are children of the womb.
     Seriously Mushota, when one does wrong, its best to accept, taking full responsibility of one’s mistakes and apologize.
     She had no authority whatsoever of firing Matokwane and the ZAWA board. She messed up alot of families due to her selfish motives. How can people forgive, reconcile and move on if we don’t acknowledge our wrongs?
     You must know better in your neck of the woods how the rule of law is respected and no one is above it. Its the likes of Masebo disnaturing this country, so is she jeopardizing women’s future for leadership esp in states like Zed where there’s gender inequities.
     She was wrong.

9. If this testimony from one of their own won’t find Masebo guilty, then I don’t what would. This is the strongest and clearest evidence yet by WH that could even be used against any subsequent Lady Masebo defence. Good on you AG! You can still salvage some of that lost integrity, hoping there is still a little bit left to salvage.

   • But the question that begs to be asked is this: When did the grand office of the Attorney-General find out Masebo did not have the authority to act as she did ? And when it did, what was done about it? As far as I can tell, nothing was done to correct the situation, otherwise we wouldn’t find ourselves with a tribunal today. So, in my opinion Malila is just as culpable as Masebo, if not even more so than her because he is supposed to advise people like Masebo to stick to the letter of tghe law. Both don’t deserve to hold the positions they hold, never mind their appointing munshololwa.

10. 1. If it’s proved beyond doubt that she cancelled the contract as alleged then she has been nailed to the cross.

    2. If she is proved to have fired ZAWA officers, then she is nailed again.

    But most importantly is the POWER that the PRESIDENT has in all dealings.

    If it’s proved it was under the instruction of the HEAD of STATE that directed her to CANCEL and FIRE ZAWA officers, i see a situation where she survives this.
