Jacob Mulenga has left Dutch club Fc Utrecht as a free agent after five seasons at the club.
Utrecht confirmed on their official website that the 30-year-old striker had left the club after seeing out his contract with the Dutch side.
Mulenga is one of five players plus coach Jan Wouters who have left the club.
“Jacob Mulenga is one of the the players on this list who was under contract the longest on this list,” Utrecht stated on its official site.
“In 112 games, he scored 45 times. He also overcame some serious injuries during his stay and always fought back strongly.”
Mulenga joined Utrecht in the 2009/2010 season from French Ligue 2 club Chateauroux where he also spent five season who signed him from Afrisports in 2003.
