Sinkala makes quiet Grasshopper debut

Nathan Sinkala this afternoon made a low key debut with Swiss side Grasshopper.

Grasshopper lost 1-0 away in the Zurich derby away to FC Zurich on the first day of the 2014/2015 Swiss Super League season.

However, the Zambia midfielder spent the entire match on the bench.

Sinkala joined Grasshopper on a six-month loan deal from DR Congo club TP Mazembe.

Grasshopper return to action on July 26 when they host FC Thun in a round two fixture of the season.

  1. Surely how can an International capped player be signing 6 month contracts at clubs as if he is a player nearing his retirement. This boy is just being prostituted all over the place.

  2. this because the league end in Nov. the Swiss league is different from other european leagues.
