Mighty Mufulira Wanderers continue their chase for promotion when they host Kansanshi Dynamos in a FAZ Division One North Week 28 tie at Shinde Stadium on Sunday.
Third placed Wanderers with 48 points from 27 matches can return to the top with a win over Kansanshi in case the top two teams drop points.
Wanderers are two points behind leaders Forest Rangers while their Sunday rivals Kansanshi are seventh on the table with 40 points.
Manfred Chabinga’s Mighty trots into Shinde Stadium searching for their 15th win of the season motivated after the midweek 1-0 win over Chindwin Sentries at home.
Elsewhere in Kitwe, leaders Forest are away to sixth placed Kitwe United at Garden Park.
Kalulushi Modern Stars, who are second on the log, host Zesco Luapula at Independence Stadium in Kalulushi.
Kalulushi’s town rivals Chambishi will be visited by FQMO Mining Operation at Chambishi Stadium.
Meanwhile, seven matches are remaining before Division One North season ends.
