Mulobale hande bo mukwae!
buitumelo ku mulimu, mulobale hande ndate..RIP!!!
Kubadwa na kufa…You only live once …MHSRIP….!!!
What’s with all the names?
If this was Chief Chitimukulu’s son there could have been a national mourning. But a son of a Lewanika (Litunga) everything sounds just controversial, even sending a PF minister sounds just sensitive. Which minister will be there to accompany Bo Ma Inonge?
Sad indeed. I admired the man’s enthusiasm years back when he gave us a guided tour at the National Scientific Research Centre. Go well your TRUE honourable. Not these useless political honourables.
Musabale kanawa mwata.)
The CV is too short! was he married ? how old was he, education status, children, cause of death, this is a PRINCE you can’t just write three sentences as you did when FIRING winter KABIMBA. We need more details , though too bad MHSRIP and why names are same with AKA are they brothers? What was his position on BRE? Since he was an academician?
Anyoko uletekanya. This is just an Announcement. CV ikesa panuma.
Unless I misunderstood him but reading between the lines, I think @ Anyoko was being critical of the writer and not the deceased. He’s trying to say the man should have had enough details about his life which the writer ignored. I may be wrong.
Mulobale hande bondate. uHambe Kahle!
@Kakolwe
Indeed for some us who knew him as Executive Director at National Scientific Research Centre, there is much we can talk about about probably this is not the right time to open up. All I can say, is that he was a good scientists, initiator of National Biotechnology Centre which was instrumental for GMO testing and that is history you will not take away. I guess that answers for the gentleman who thinks his cv is too short.
@Anyoko, the current government policy for Not allowing GMO foods in Zambia’s policy and development of GMO testing facilities in Zambia was his work and will remain his legacy. Now tell us your cv???
.
You guys are misunderstanding things. The writer who said the CV is short does not mean it that way. He is criticising LT for not giving enough details about the deceased not necessarily that he had a short CV.
What are you arguing about?
We look forward to being given a life history of this accomplished academician and worker. Get the script from bo Aka for publication, with family approval, of course.
The late has shown that It is possible to contribute immensely to society without becoming a partisan politician.
Ba zamaye ka kozo ya Mulimu yena mu’ña bupilo. Sishemo sa mina ni mi sebezi ye muezize mwa Bulozi ni naha Zambia a lina ku libalwa.
Well, while we thank LT for informing us, the journalism could have been better. NISIR stands for National Institute for Scientific and Industrial Research and is located slightly off Airport Road. Yes, Princes Dr Mwananyanda Mbikusita Lewanika and Akashambatwa Mbikusita Lewanika are brothers.
@Nubian Princess. The names are a normal phenominon in the Luyana Dynasty just like many dynasties across the world. ‘Mwananyanda’ is his his name. ‘Kaluwe’ is actually his Royal Cabinet position (Induna Kaluwe) while ‘Mbikusita-Lewanika’ is his family name as descendants of the great king Lewanika. The other descendants of the same great king wold be ‘Lubosi-Lewanika’ This family name would for instance be different from the ‘Mwanawina’ or ‘Yeta’ families, etc who also have a claim to the throne. All in all there are not less than 5 families that have a claim to the Luyana throne on harmonious rotational basis
Very enlightening Bo Seba Yeta. How I wish such things could be taught in our schools.

HAMBA KAHLE LEWANIKA!!!
He was a man who interacted freely with all regardless of social status. He achieved much but his legacy is truly how he loved all, how he was willing to help anyone who asked even with the little he had. When a rich man gives you a piece of bread it is good but when a man who is not rich gives you his crumbs, even though that is all he had. IT IS SPECIAL. HE IS INDEED AN UNFORGETABLE MAN!
Please use English or Bemba, Thank you and MHSRIP.
May his soul rest in peace.
