Unbeaten old guards Roan United and Ndola United clash

Promotion chasing Ndola United on Sunday host Roan United in a FAZ Division One North Week Two match at Musa Kasonka Stadium.

Both teams want to continue with a perfect start to the season which saw them win their respective opening games.

Fordson Kabole’s Roan thumped Konkola Mine Police 3-0 at Kafubu Stadium while Ndola, led by coach Lawrence Mweemba, snatched a 2-1 win at Kitwe United.

The winners of this match are likely to take an early lead in Division One North after round two.

Elsewhere, Kitwe visit Kalulushi Modern Stars in a Nkana-Chibuluma derby clash at Independence Stadium in Kalulushi while Mining Rangers host Mufulira Blackpool in Kitwe.

Indeni await Chambishi at Indeni Sports Complex in Ndeke, Ndola.

  1. UNBEATEN & PROMOTION CHASING? No its too early to apply these headlines to these two teams. Both have only played only one game.
    Chindwin, Kansanshi, Blackpool, Inden, Real Nakonde, Kalulush, Mining and Zesco Solwezi are also still unbeaten and are promotion chasers too.
