Ndola United and Kansanshi Dynamos are joint leaders of the FAZ Division One North table after winning their respective week two games at the weekend.

Both have six points from two games and have scored three goals while allowing one each.

Ndola United, who were last in the FAZ Super Division in 2001, moved to six points after stunning old rivals Roan United 1-0 at Musa Kasonka Stadium in Ndola thanks to a second half penalty converted by Green Witika on Sunday.

On the other hand, Lloyd Alufonso scored the lone goal as Kansanshi beat visiting Gomes Wanderers 1-0 in North Western Province.

Indeni moved into third place on the table after a 1-0 home win over Chambishi in Ndola with ex-Power Dynamos midfielder Norman Munthali scoring a first half free kick.

Bruce Mwape’s Indeni have four points together with Mufulira Blackpool who forced a goalless draw at Mining Rangers on Sunday.

  1. Because of commenting on anything that goes to his ears, last week I warned Chishimba Kambwili to be very careful and not conclude that Roan United is back in the Premier League just because they trounced Konkola Mine Police 3-0. Mine Police seem not to be playing well this season as they lost 1-2 again at home to FQMO Mining. I know many of you guys don’t know these teams like Kansashi Dyanamoes.

There you have Kambwili, Roan was beaten. Division one North is very competitive and desist from celebrating that Roan is back. I repeat, ask Mighty and Nkana

  2. I have had a rare opportunity to watch Kabwe warriors for these two wins agains Kafue Celtic and Nampundwe. They seem very serious. They must have been warned of how hard division one is. Fi they go with the same spirit, I do not see why they cant bounce back.

    • Am a suppoter of Starylish Road United its very early to credit them.

People are commenting on the name of the game FOOTBALL. Not Willie Nsanda a criminal who single handedly awarded road contracts with the other late Fellow Sata.

A man gaining the whole world yet loses his soul. Hope he gave his life to the Lord Jesus on his death bed.

We hear that this animal even ended up sleeping with the son´s wife. So disturbing.

  3. I congratulate my team – Kansanshi Dynamos, It was not easy to make up that team and get the sponsorship from ba Kansanshi. All in all it was a battle well fought I hope to see Kansanshi in the Premier at one time, I will be back in Solwezi soon Go Boys Go.

  4. @Mangishomawaya, I agree that it is too early to discredit Roan at this time and its also too early to credit them.

My point was to Kambwili who immediately declared that Roan is back to Premier League after beating Konkola.

There is a long way to go for any declarations to be made at this time. Lets just wish our teams all the best.

  5. Viva Kabwe Warriors!

The 9 points that we were docked last season ensured relegation to Division One, but as usual we are bouncing right back to the Super Division were we rightly belong.

Be serious as ever boys, we want you to be playing Mighty next season – if they will stay up!
