Nkana speedy winger Shadreck Musonda has been ruled of action for at least two weeks because of a thigh injury.
Nkana physician Dr. Gibson Mambwe confirmed that Musonda has a strain on the left thigh sustained in Saturday’s 1-0 loss at Red Arrows in Lusaka.
“Shadreck Musonda has a strain on the left thigh. He is expected to be out of action for two to three weeks,” Dr. Mambwe said.
This development mean Musonda will miss Nkana’s next match against Forest Rangers scheduled for Saturday.
Meanwhile, Nkana defender Mcduff Chungu is available for selection after recovering from a leg injury that kept him out of action close to a month.
Chungu sustained the injury on May 29 in Nkana’s home goalless draw against Lumwana Radiants in Wusakile.
