  1. He has just come from Uganda and is off…if he had common sense he would have sent a junior to Uganda…but not this Lazy Bum Edgar…everything is done like a kaponya.

    • The big man is not sleeping. HH has given him a big headache. No wonder he has hired image builders from India.

    • LET ME TELL U. It is u Hyena Hazaluza (HH) again failures riddled with soiled Tonga blood ranting. Just like your leader Under 5, promises anything to get plot 1, you say anything even to our enemies just to make under 5 win votes. U CONTINUE WITH AMSUSHI.
US WE KNOW. THIS ELECTION IS ALREADY DECIDED. HH 0, ECL IN PLOT 1, WE ARE JUST WONDERING WHY SOMEONE CANNOT WIND THE CLOCK SO THAT AUGUST 11 COMES TOMORROW SO THAT WE PLUG IMISULA yenu BA NEGA NEGA. YOUR SMELL IS SUFFOCATING TOO MUCH TO BEAR.

    • @1.3
There so many of us Tongas who will vote for Lungu…so wholesome insulting is just disgusting.
Maybe we should just do what you expect us to do by voting on the basis of tribe! A few bad Bembas like you can’t accept the fact that Tongas & Bembas have co existed very well without at problems except what’s in your head.
      Grow up abit!

    • Ha! Edgar must be the busiest president in the world commissioning everything all the way from entembe to maamba,,,,

    • Commissioning incomplete refinery.
What about Mongu stadium and new Lusaka airport? Where is the money?

    • Be respectful. He went for an important meeting with his colleagues. You might be interested to know that the chief envoy of the country is HE Lungu.

    • @ 1.4, Proud Tonga.

Forget about this overzealous cadre. Its one Zambia one Nation my brother. Let cadres like him know that PF is no longer for Bembas or Ngonis. It is for Zambians. @1.3 Stop this behavior of insulting other tribes. You as Bembas alone will not usher President Lungu back to state house without the support of other tribes. I am Bemba and PF but I don’t support such Rubiishii.

    • ………And also the people are hungry with no jobs and prices of basic commodities too expensive. Only one meal a day is possible.

  2. Can Lungu come and commission the gate that has just been put at my house since this seems to be his job discription.

  3. So Lungu thinks this will win him some votes? He has increased subsidies for Chiefs but that win him votes either. So what is Lungu up to? Surely he cant win these elections based on rigging alone. Can Lungu rebrand himself and endear himself with the voters? Its too late to do so besides a frog can wear lipstick but win never win a human beauty contest. Viva HH and UPND.

    • Your reaction surely proves that ECL has hit his target. You are spending sleepless nights because of the damage caused on your dreams of winning the elections.

  4. That is the way to go ECL. Kusonta fye! People can see what PF has done in the past five years and they will respond positively come 11th August.

  5. In my neighborhood, Several Million dollar infrastructure, several million dollar schools, highways, malls etc etc etc have been completed in the last few years Obama has been in office.
Not a single one has been commissioned by some politician. Not a single person has been singing about them, not even the owners.
African presidents need to start doing the real work and not run around cutting ribbons, commissioning roads factories and roads.

    • @6 Gringo, please make justifiable comparisons. One of the reasons the US is called developed and a Super power is its level of advancement in many spheres of human life. Zambia is grouped among the Least Developed Countries (LDCs). For a President to Commission a Sugar refinery in a country that is aiming at diversifying its exports is in order and even much more justifiable to commission a power plant that adds 300MW when a country is in a grip of a power shortage is also very much in order. I am not sure about the importance of inspecting renovations at Bweengwa Primary school!! I know he made orders for the school to be renovated in the hope of shaming HH but I believe he has already made a point if it is being renovated!

    • @ Zambia is ours, the real problem in Zambia is folks like you who will clap for anything to earn a meal, inspite of all your education and exposure.
Lungu should not be focused on the little past achievements to win an election, he should be presenting a convincing plan for future economical and social development.
Infrastructure development should be a thing of the day, it should be normal to have good roads, schools, water, electricity, food, clothing, bridges and all after 50 years of independence.
These projects should handled at local government level and mainly by local government engineers and their supervisors.
No politician should be running around the country deciding who gets a new road or school. This is the who reason why corruption is rampant and nothing gets done.
      Let…

    • @Zambia is ours, let’s not settle for mediocrity, Lungu could have done better than this. Let’s not settle for less. Poor country status is not an excuse to accept mediocre performance from politicians.
It’s been 50 years since independence and we are still at the mercys of copper prices, global economics and local political greed.
Any politician that’s not showing any signs of ending this kind of circus in Zambia should be rejected. We should get feed up of doing the same crap over and over with no positive results.
We will not live forever, we need to use our time now to end the circus and steer back to the right path of sustainable economical and social development.

    • @6.2,6.3 Gringo,Not every realistic person depends on handouts as you are putting it! We need to set for ourselves realistic expectations in order to avoid talking big and doing very little! I agree the whole lot of President inspecting renovation of school or commissioning a chief’s place is an over do. But inaugurating a power plant that adds about a 30% to current production is justifiable when you consider the power challenges we are facing. Opening a sugar refinery is equally important to encourage investment and underscore the importance of industrialization and economic diversification which you are preaching about. Please be realistic and compare Zambia with like countries not the US that is what will help us to rethink our approach to development. Rome was not built in a day!

  6. Quietly Mr Obama has encouraged the construction of a $14 billion nuclear power plant in the state of Georgia USA.
Once completed in the year 2016, the plant will be able to produce 2200Mw and will power 550,000 homes.
Note that even during this election year, no one will be “? sonta” the supposedly achievements. Instead they are telling us what the intend to do to make our lives more better if we vote for them.
    SALAPUKA we mwina Zambia!!!

  7. THE man himself, the great one, the renamer of nonexistent universities, the conqueror of political violence, the father of doubling your networth, the king of travel and the great commissioner of power stations

  8. I don’t understand how these under 5 we will win the elections without the support of voters. All these people you keep on demeaning and insulting LTs are the real voters. Mulimbe and prepare to swallow as many tablets of BP medicine after the elections.

  9. This government has commissioned more national infrasctural projects than any other government since OUR Independence. The opposition will seat.

  10. Go Go Mr president.we are also going to vote you like tongas did.this time some one will retire permanently from politics.wait 11.08.16 is not far

  11. I am glad our people in Southern Province can point at many viable projects in the province which the hard-working government has done! Those in Western Province can do so too! Oh! Sorry, those in every province! Wow!

  12. We need to teach tongas the lesson they will not forget.balitukalifya saana imitima the way they voted

  13. Chakolwa should go back to the shambles of Chawama bars that’s were he belongs. TOGETHER WE SAY NO TO DUNUNA REVERSE ZAMBIA HAS TO MOVE FORWARD.

  14. He has successfully advertised some of the libido boosters he uses with Mumbi Phiri and Jean K apate which include Mwana Apeluke, Pwanya Chinena, Pwanya Nini, Kafupa and Congo Dust

  15. One more month, Chagwa is enjoying the plane. Next he will be taking a Taxi as the country will grab all he has stolen from the Zambian people. Actually he should be caged

  16. What did this bum learn from those productive Israelis? A dry desert nation like Israel is producing agricultural commodities which make Zambia look like a nation of underachievers.

Israeli GDP per capita =$35,000 vs Zambia GDP per capita = $1670.

  17. GOOD PROGRESS ON MEGA BUILD PROGRAMME AND COMMRECIAL OPERATION OF MAZABUKA AND MAAMBA POWER PLANT , BRINGING ADDITIONAL CAPACITY ONLINE TOWARDS THAT RESERVE MARGIN

  18. Iam a born and bred son of Mazabuka.Zambia Sugar doenst need a stoogie to commission its new newly build plant-This is a private investment-between people of mazabuka and the Illovo group which is a foreign company. There is purely no single cent belonging to Government in this project.Maybe Maamba coal they can claim but also there, its private infesters from India injecting there moneys. I would advise Chakolwa to skip Mazabuka and try Maamba maybe.Mazabuka runs itself,we dont need any political to make Mazabuka better,we made it better ourselves already. And there is no tujilijili there,Mwanachingwala burned Tujilijili so Chakolwa cant survive there. He must stick to Lsk & CB where he is claiming to ve built roads.

  19. Maamba coal is a private investment,Iam Tonga and iam not being Tribalistic, the trick of Chiefs salary increment wont work in SP.Reason being.1.There is no single chief in Southern Province that cant afford to build or upgrade their own palace. There is a system there that other parts of Zambia must learn, the chiefs there are sponsored by their subjects, farmers & businessmen in there chiefdoms. As a result, they eventually become self sufficient. This is how the University of Zambia was built under KK and this is exactly how Zambia’s Independence was funded-by selling cows and chickens to contribute towards a common cause-Southern Province funded Zambia’s Freedom heroes in this manner and this is how UNZA was built along with the Jews.

  20. If you want to win Southern Province, here is a secret for you:”” Be hardworking,Be honest(no crooks),Be man of your word,Speak strongly against corruption and violence,Make yourself wealthy in a clean manner-Tongas wont believe a person that says he ll make you wealthy when he himself is poor or is rich by dubious means. They will say you cannot be trusted, you are a crook. You must preach unity(uniting the entire Zambia regardless of tribe, status or province). You must love poor people & mingle with them.Dont play big boy,be a servant””.If your Chakolwa is no where near these values, tell him not to waste his jet fuel to fly there.Tell him to use his money to go & feed his great grandmother in Eastern Province.

    • Too long. Sign of lack of confidence….summarize or go back to night school. Your god hh will cry mu chi tonga…..sonta apo….privitisation

  21. @RED BULL calm down and go back home to Zambia and contribute rather than shouting insults in the foreign country. Crooks are found in any society and business sector even in PRIVATISATION process.

  22. Commissioning everything, travelling everywhere, there is a VP and ministers who can do some of those duties. Bwana, learn to delegate..you want to fly all the time..This man has no direction as was said by the late President.

  23. The beauty of one of our proud tribes, the Tonga bulls, is that they will receive the president very warmly and respectfully (they did the same for ba RB and ba Sata) but will judiciously vote for a candidate and party that they can track in terms of resilience and hard work and still be standing in 2016 against all odds. This Ngoni respects the steadfastness of HH’s team and look forward to times when mayors, councilors and MPs can also commission projects in their cities and constituencies:-)

  24. WHEN UGANDA IS BEING MADE A CENTRE OF ENERGY IN AFRICA WHY NOT MAAMBA CLEARLY THE MAAMBA NAVA WAS YALUMAS EFFORT NOW COMISSIONED WITH INDIANS SIMPLY LOOPED IN BY MINISTRY OF ENERGY FROM MANY WHO EXPRESSED INTEREST TO DEVELOP SURELY THE COAL AND AGGREGATES THERE WILL FIND THEIR POTENTIAL IN THAT AREA

AS FOR UWAKALEMA TALEKA HH IF VOTED INTO POWER HE WILL NOT PROTECT ZAMBIA SUGAR LIKE THE GOV HAS PROTECTED AND PROMOTED THAT INVESTMENTS FROM RELOCATION TO EAST AFRICA BY ILLOVO IF UWAKALEMA TAKALEKA HH WAS IN CHARGE HE COULD HAVE SAT IN THE BOARD ROOM AND AS USUALL SOLD OF THE SUGAR PLANT LEAVING THE MAZABUKA AND KALEYA HOLDING POOR AS BEFORE…

  25. BUT HERE IT IS ZAMBIA SUGAR HAS MORE THAT 100 YEARS LIFE TO GIVE TO ZAMBIANS AND MAPANZA

THE OPENING OF ROADS AND SCHOOLS IN SOUTHERN PROVINCE HOSPITALS AND EDUCATIVE INSTITUTION IS A GOOD FOR ONCE A BARE PROVINCE FROM KAFUE TO MONZE ZIMBA CHOMA NAMWALA SIA AND ZONGWE AREAS WE HOPE DUNDUMWEZI IS NOT LEFT OUT

THE GESTURE TO COMMISSION THE CHIEF HOUSE IS SIMPLY RESPECT OF THE ROLE OF TRADITIONAL LEADRSHIP IN DECENTRALISED GOVERNANCE OF THE AREAS AND SUCH HELPS TO UP LIFT THE MORAL AND REPECT ACCORDED TO CHIEFS

  26. SURELY THE BULLS HAVE SEEN A NEW LIFE OF LIFE WITH LIVINGSTONE COMING UP BETTER THAN VICTORIA FALLS TOWN AND MORE TOURISTS NOW MORE PREFERABLY RELOCATING TO LIVINSTONE

WITH MANY DELAPIDATED CHIEFS PALACES IN SOUTHERN AND POOR CONDITIONS OF WATER ENVIRONMENTS SURELY EVEN MWANA CHINGWALA OR GOOD WELCOMING HANJALIKA LWIINDI THERE AND OTHERS WILL ACCEPT GRACEFULLY THE SYMBOL OF HOMAGE ACCORDED HERE BIG THINGS ARE SEEN IN LITTLE EFFORTS AND LITTLE THINGS DONE SPEAKS MOUNTAIN AND I AM SURE THE CHIEF WILL IN HIS HEART OF HEART VOTE LUNGU QUIETLY AS BETTER THAN HH

NWASCO IS SLOWING EMPROVING WATER IN SOUTHERN DUE TO GOV FUNDING AS SEEN IN LIVINGSTONE…

  27. Tongas are too tribalistic and we need to teach them a lesson this time around. Their voting last August was so disgusting where they were giving zeros to other candidates except for their cow dung man.

  28. Correct ! Even in govt offices, they are very difficult to work with. They would want to work with fellow Tongas and not other Zambians. If you give them the Presidency, I can foresee trouble because they will make a lot of changes to suit chuundu caitwa and many people who are not Tongas will suffer.

  29. HH HAS FINALLY KILLED UPND (LIKE I HAVE ALWAYS SAID)

GOD IS WATCHING ALL YOUR MOVES BWANA. YOU THINK YOU ARE CLEVER. FRIENDS HAVE NOW STARTED CALLING ME SAYING “YOU WERE RIGHT”. I WAS INSULTED CALLED ALL UNPRINTABLES. HERE WE ARE. HAVE THOSE “PF POWER HUNGRY MIGRANTS” BROUGHT ANY ADVANTAGE?

    GOD HELP US

  30. This is about Zambia, which is made of 72 Tribes. And that means 72 tribes being represented on a national level.Iam proudly Tonga and dont support the current PF were all Ambassadors are Bemba.90% of the current ministers are of the Bemba/Nyanja origin. This is bad and it is corruption-nepotism.Its disgusting. Now,in the same way i hate this current trend,i ll not support a ruling UPND were all ministers are Tonga-this is stupid. Then we back to where we where-where all Ambassadors were Bemba. The move of bringing in other tribes is a move that even Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula(if he was alive today)would 100% support-just as he did when he was alive. This what Nkumbula meant when he said “One Zambia,One Nation”.

  31. KK just rode on Nkumbula’s Ideologies and came out to be the messiah, when infact the messiah was the one that was killed.
