    • I guess you have never knew that Barotseland is a Kingdom and it just happens to fall within the borders of The Republic of Zambia – “One Zambia, One Nation”.

  1. Such a shame that Zambia has failed to utilize these very falls and promote them in their tourism industry. When you have a failed PF hiring people with no education or experience in this sector is what ruins tourism potential. We hope Jean Kapata will not be the tourism minister and that we can find capable Zambians to run tourism. Zambia needs to look at hiring talent with knowledge and skills instead of it being a a friendship or relative basis. The tourism Board needs to be changed and fire those managing it because they have not brought change and still being paid to sit and watch our tourism crumble.

    • You are useless. This natural wonder has been there before your so called independence, so if it has to be tourist attraction then it always has been. Your upnd will not change the height of the falls or do anything to change the feature, it is just Zambians do not pay attention to what they have at their doorstep. You talk tourism when you have not ventured outside of your town boundary. By the way, there are a lot more other natural falls even better that Sioma, Lumangwe falls, Ntumba Chusi falls, Chishimba falls to name but a few that you never knew existed. And since you seem to know how to go about marketing Zambia’s tourism, why don’t you come and do it for mother Zambia, that is if you have the guts or the brains!

  2. This is how useless Ministry of Tourism is at promoting the country only interested in trophy hunting by selling off hunting licenses, this is the second largest waterfall on the Zambezi and the sad thing is that the lodges promoting it charge in SA Rands meaning they are Boer owned exclusive to their people.

  3. We have witnesses this Zambian lady who has a passion for wildlife and animals in general and has a degree in tourism management in North America. Google: Zambia Tourism Twitter Trophy Hunting. When it pops up, scroll to the 5th name and click on it. This talent is what Zambia needs.
