Set Yourself in the Direction of Peace
Are you frustrated or upset over something? Maybe fighting off discouragement? The first question to ask yourself is “What am I thinking about?”
If you’re thinking about your problems all of the time or thinking about how impossible everything is, then your life is going to follow a negative direction. However, when you get your mind going in the right direction, when you focus your thoughts on the Word of God, then you are setting yourself in the direction of peace.
Today, keep your mind focused on the Father and meditate on His Word. As you set your thoughts in the right direction, your life will head in the right direction, and you’ll take hold of the peace and victory He has for you!
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for peace that passes understanding. I choose to focus on Your Word and set my heart on You. I set myself in the direction of peace knowing that You will order my every step in Jesus’ name! Amen.”
Police in U g a n d a have arrested a man claiming to be Jesus Christ.
“It’s me Jesus Christ, Emanuel, prince of peace, Michael… I was born in Jerusalem,” he said.
His followers, who have been with him for about six years, also believe that he is indeed Jesus Christ.
Solomon Ssemakula said he was preparing his followers for the second coming of his father. He is on a mission to select 144,000 people for the said coming.
Ssemakula was orphaned at a tender age but was lucky to get someone who sponsored his education.
His sponsor then took him to Kenya and Tanzania to spread the word of God before going back to U g a n d a.

PRAYER ON NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER: God Almighty, cast the demons out of Chakolwa and his PF cohorts so that they stop killing your people. Stop their thieving hands from dipping into the national coffers to satisfy their insatiable greed. Weaken the clamoring voices of the S@tanists for Lungu so that your son’s name is not taken in vain. Let justice and peace prevail. Although Zambia is a failed state, let a semblance of normality and sanity return to this barbaric nation so that your people’s suffering is reduced.

The selfsame Chapter; Isiah 45:7 states – I form the light and create darkness: I make peace and create evil; I the LORD do all these things.
So why do you blame the devil then?
