    • Sad indeed. Just a word of caution to all Zambians; phishing is very real. Do not buy any or give any personal information to someone online. Always deal with reputable companies. If a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true!

    • More details please. He is a zambian national, we need more information. how did he die? shot, strangled? Who is the other zambian?, who are the colleagues? LT is bull……

    • SAD NEWS INDEED. I HOPED THAT NOTHING SERIOUS HAD HAPPENED TO THE MAN. BUT, THAT WAS HOPE AGAINST HOPE. MY HEART GOES TO HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHO, I AM SURE ARE VERY BADLY AFFECTED. MY CONDOLENCES TO ALL OF THEM.

    • UPND cadre, the death is still under investigation and normally at this point the police withhold certain specifics from the public. When they zero in on the suspects and under interrogations, they (suspects) might reveal information that only the killer or a witness to the killing could know. Knowledge from the school of Crime channel and IDx……

    • UPND cardre, other media reports suggest he was shot twice. Wonder why this report doesn’t have that statement. Check the postzambia’s report.

  1. Yaba this is very sad. Time i stopped my lovely friend from frequenting South Africa for business lest i lose her in similar circumstances. Rest in peace bro

  2. How did they kill him, was he shot, strangled or hit with an object. Improve your reporting, we need more imformation. South Africa needs to do more to protect foreigners, especially those from African countries. Too sad for the family. Wish the family Gods strength!

    • SHANTUMBU, YOU ARE ASKING FOR TOO MUCH FROM LT. THIS IS A COPY-AND-PAST NEWSPAPERS FROM HEAR-SAY. SO, THEIR QUALITY OF NEWS GREATLY DEPPENDS ON THE SUORCE HEAR-SAY.

  3. South Africa must become a no destination zone! Horribly violent. We must make sure Zambia remains a beacon of peace. No wonder HH and GBM, who reside there want to turn Zambia to that type of violence and criminal acts.

God rest his soul in Christ’s Peace (and the Muslim equivalent), and May his family find peace. We condemn this crime.

    • @ Patriot, please learn to be serious with serious issues. This is lose of a soul and you can’t bring in hate politics. Family and friends are hurting and how coul you be so insensitive to bring in politics?
Death is light if it’s not on you and you can use it to mock people.

  4. Was he found with a bullet hole? Was the body found in a trench? Where exactly was the body found? More details please ba Lusaka Times.

  5. Innalilahi waina ilayhi rajeoon . May Allah Taala make it easy on his family and may he be granted forgiveness for any short coming and jannatul firdous ameen

  6. The Zambians he met up with may have coordinated his murder. SAPS should look closely for them. Zambians are crooks especially when it comes to vehicles. They Dmire their friend’s vehicles nd would rTher kill their friend to steal his car. There are organized criminal groups living in Zambia and South Africa and coordinating such org crime. My Jeep was stolen by Gilbert Phiri of PNP Advocates in abuuse of the court process and he used Zambia Police to stAge an armed robbery on me, my Toypta Harrier was stolen by Makebi Zulu Advocates in abuse of the court process and they also abused the court process to steal my car nd thereafter committed perjury and I ducked a court staff to indefinitely adjourn the matter, . They then coordinated with organized criminal rings living in both Zambia…

  7. Sad indeed. MHSRP. Zambians should be careful in South Africa especially over vehicle buying- there are many crime syndicates. Do not trust sweet talking characters. The famous saying “not all that glitters is gold”.

  8. His body was found in Roodepoort , shot twice in the head. The car he went to collect was parked at the hotel he was staying in.

  14. Ladies and gents, this is a so sad and we as friends to the deceased are in shock. Sajjad was well known by most Zambians. He mixed with everyone. Legit business man who was on top of his game. He has never delt with people he doesn’t know. He has a business partner who grew up with him based outside Zambia. He had been in the car business for some time.

My analysis from the case and stories flying . Sajjad paid $100,000[ As stories are flying] to a known person he was dealing with in South Africa for a Toyota Lexus, which he was being given stories on as the reports suggets he purchased it last month. These are people he has been dealing with . He has bought from them before but seeing the monies involved they pulled a move on him and lured him to travel to SA to pick up the vehicle…
