The Newly appointed second Speaker of the National Assembly is not Mwemba Malama but MWIMBA MALAMA
Fr. Bwalya is a minister, and he deserves it. What is doing among the cabinet people?
Pathetic no one has confidence in a system which lacks backing of the rule of law.
You forgot to add “2021, vote upnd bane! kikiki”!!!
This is so o confusing, first speaker, second speaker, third speaker and 5ht speaker etc
Ubututu.
Get rid of those wigs please
The writer of this story was too much in a hurry to get facts right first. Catherine is the 1st deputy speaker, while Mwimba Malama is 2nd deputy speaker. Please, learn to take time before publishing your ignorance to the whole wide world (www). I thank you!
Whole wide world? bakolwe basekana utuputi.
Look at those fo*ls wearing silly white wigs…when are we going to wake up from this folly.
Why is Matibini being referred to as newly appointed. Is not just being reappointed?

As I was editing my Curriculum Vitae, it arose in my mind that my spellings and grammar had become atrocious. Lusaka Times and their editing has us doubting correct English construction.
NOW I’M MORE THAN CONFUSED.WHEN PARLIAMENT WAS DISSOLVED THERE WAS NO SPEAKER, UNTIL NOW WHEN HE’S BEEN RE-ELECTED.NOW TELL ME, TO WHICH SPEAKER WAS EL SUPPOSED TO HAND OVER POWER AFTER HE WAS PETITIONED?I THINK THAT’S WHY NO RULING CAN BE MADE ON THAT PART BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SPEAKER TO HAND OVER POWER TO checkmate
#kiki ch1kala when parliament dissolves the Speaker and his deputies remain.
Imwe oath balemba shani aini ?
Bakolwe basekana IFIPATO not amatako naimwe.
Monkeys laugh at each other’s backside.
