Fwayo Tembo’s contract with Power Dynamos has been terminated.

The Zambia striker went AWOL last Friday and reports have linked him with ambitious Lusaka Dynamos who are currently 2nd on the 2017 FAZ Super Division log.

“Fwayo Tembo and Power Dynamos have reached a mutual agreement to terminate his contract,” Power Dynamos said in a press release.

“However,Fwayo will only be released after paying an undisclosed fee to Power Dynamos.”

Fwayo, who is also believed to be a target of an unnamed European club, joined Power in April,2016 that was due to expire in 2018.

He scored 14 goals over the two seasons he spent at Arthur Davies Stadium in Kitwe.

  1. Fwayo should have waited to next year. He has been doing so well this year, the current favorite national team player.

  2. Most Zambian players needs sound counselling. Am a Nkana supporter and I witnessed how Fwayo was at the time he joined Power. The player had put on weight Power had faith in him and it sad that events could turn this way.

    • i agree with you the guy is very indiscipline its like something was wrong with his background soccer needs disciplined people

  3. Could this be the reason why he was left out of National Assignment? Our players need Man – Management.
