Nkana seek third straight league win

Nkana will be seeking their third consecutive win in ten days when they host third placed Green Buffaloes on Sunday at Nkana Stadium in Kitwe.

Nkana and Buffaloes clash in Wusakile in a round 24 FAZ Super Division encounter hoping to maintain their winning spirit exhibited during midweek games.

Fifth placed Kalampa have beaten Zesco United and Napsa Stars prior to hosting Green Buffaloes.

On the other hand, Buffaloes have beaten Nchanga 1-0 after recording a 1-1 draw at Nakambala Leopards.

Coach Bilton Musonda’s Soldiers have 40 points while Nkana have 39 points from 23 matches played.

Buffaloes beat Nkana 3-2 in the first leg match played at National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka.

Elsewhere on Sunday, leaders Lusaka Dynamos visits Nkoloma Stadium to face 12th placed Red Arrows in the Lusaka derby.

Dynamos have a slender one point lead at the top with 42 points from 22 matches played.

At Levy Mwanawasa Stadium, second placed Zesco United welcomes Napsa Stars.

Zesco have 41 points after playing 21 matches while Napsa are sixth with 37 points.
