Coach Mohammed Fathy has declared himself as the messiah who will save beleaguered FAZ Super Division side Napsa Stars from relegation.
The Egyptian-born coach on Monday replaced Elijah Chikwanda who was fired last week after an uneventful 13 games in charge.
“I can assure supporters as soon as possible Napsa Stars will be out of relegation. We will try to do our best to come out of relegation,” Fathy said.
19th placed Napsa have just one win and 10 points after 19 games played at the half-way point of the 2018 season.
“Napsa is a big club in a position it doesn’t belong. I know the problem and we already have a plan,”he said.
Fathy begins life at Napsa on Wednesday with home match against Nkwazi at Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka.
This guy did nothing at kabwe warriors. Napsa are just wasting their time.
