Zanaco coach Mumamba Numba has given captain and defender Ziyo Tembo his full blessings on his move to Saudi Arabia second division club Al Sholla.
The 33-year-old Chipolopolo captain has moved to the Saudi Arabian club on a two-year deal.
“It is good for him as a player especially that he has work for Zanaco for a long period and he is in his evenings of his career so he needs to make a bit of money for himself and his family,” Numba said.
Al Sholla finished sixth in the just ended season and last played in the Saudi top flight in 2012.
The 2016 Zambia Footballer of the Year is the second high profile departure from Zanaco this season.
2017 Zambia Footballer of the Year and midfielder Augustine Mulenga joined South African giants Orlando Pirates in January.
