The Patriotic Front (PF) in Muchinga Province says it is happy with the landmark judgement on the eligibility of President Edgar Lungu to stand in the 2021 general elections.
Muchinga Province PF Women’s Chairperson Mary Chifuna says the decision by the Constitutional Court to declare President Lungu eligible to stand in the General Elections in 2021 is a victory for all party members.
Ms Chifuna said the court ruling is good for the party to continue preparing for the 2021 general elections.
She stated that the party in the province has already adopted President Lungu as its sole candidate in the 2021 general elections.
Ms Chifuna added that the ConCourt ruling has just consolidated the party’s resolve and decision to have President Lungu as its candidate in the 2021 General Elections.
She observed that President Lungu is very popular and people’s best preferred choice for presidency hence the fever and panic in some opposition political parties .
Ms. Chifuna said the party is strong in the province and has continued to mobilise itself in readiness for the 2021 general elections.
The ConCourt yesterday ruled that President Lungu is eligible to contest the 2021 General Elections.
This Lungu is forcing civil servants to meet him at showgrounds today in Lusaka. This dictator who has hijacked all the government departments not wants to impose himself on workers by unnecessary meetings at showgrounds on a Sunday. He is stopping people from going to church by imposing his irrelevant meetings.
Most of our politicians lack self confidence, strategy and a winning political narrative to take on each other. If Chagwa is weak and unpopular candidate, you celebrate that come 2021, you are up against a a weak and unsaleable candidate. But all this hyperventilation only point to the fact that balimuchibe. Years of shredding money on trolling cyberstalkers to inflame anger and acrimony adds up to zero dividends. Zambia is a democracy let a popular and connecting politicians on issues that resonates with the masses pitch himself. We the people will vote. These hollow speeches of people power, are from naive politicians out of options.
Just imagine for 5minutes that the Concourt ruled in Kalaba and CK’s wishes.
What a chaotic situation that would have been.
But y’all pro ECL fanatics, pray for him and support him. That’s the way to see him rule beyond 2021. Disruptors and obstructionist in public offices and in the political realm are working round the clock working against a progress. The president is very much human. If he tumbles before the end of 90min, it’s advantage wolves in sheep pants. Be forewarned.

I am not a prophet but i foresee Lungu being remembered for destroying the PF.Once PF loses that will be the end,because only looting keeps them together.As for Lungu God help him,i dont think his new found friends like Valden will want to touch him,even with a twelve foot pole once he has no power…i can even foresee Tasila running away from him…

The fact is without Lungu – PF was not going to be in power
His strategy of association with MMD which was very strong in Eastern province won PF election in both 2015 and 2016, this is fact which should never be ignored.
Lungu is very intellegent and most hard working hence opposition were hoping he does not qualify.

What have Zambians done to deserve this type of leadership but most unfortunate are the many seemingly bright Zambians who cannot see beyond the greens and portraits of a man who cares less about them except his own survival
My point, the opposite is actually the case. Lungu cares more about the poor, he is down to earth unlike the pride we see in other people. He has a genuine heart for Zambians but he’s being demonized by people who don’t even have any heart for Zambians at all except the desire to make a name that they were once President of Zambia! With nothing to offer at all!
It will be very painful for hh to lose to ecl for the third time,hence the noise about his eligibility.2021 campaighns will be tough and dirty.HH is desperatly fighting for relevance, this is the reason why 2021 is do or die for him.
