Vice President, Mutale Nalumango, says the United Party for National Development (UPND) administration will continue with its developmental agenda if voted back into power.
Mrs Nalumango states that the various developmental milestones recorded in the last five years will be scaled up through policies that the government will continue to implement.
Speaking during a public rally at Mwaba School grounds in Chinsali today, the Vice President charged that after the 2026 General Elections, the UPND administration will ensure that the lives of citizens are uplifted through empowerments and social protection programmes.
“If you vote for us, more developmental programmes other than the increased Constituency Development Fund (CDF) will be introduced because we have love for our people,” she said.
She further noted that Muchinga Province has recorded visible development since the UPND assumed office in 2021.
Meanwhile, Patriotic Front (PF) faction President, Miles Sampa, said alliance partners will rally behind President Hakainde Hichilema in the forthcoming General Elections.
Mr Sampa observed that the ruling party is pro-poor and has changed the lives of people in rural areas, stressing that its agenda of free education is commendable.
