Teacher suspended after being caught pants down

Share

A Chadiza Boarding Secondary School teacher has been suspended after he was allegedly caught pants down with a female pupil.

Chadiza District Education Board Secretary, Catherine Chirwa, confirmed the development to ZANIS and added that the teacher has since been asked to stay away from work pending disciplinary action.

It is alleged that the named teacher has been stalking a female pupil for a long time and that she reported to the school matron to no avail.
Last Thursday, the pupil in question allegedly accepted the teacher’s advances and arranged to meet him at the school football ground at night. She then mobilized her fellow pupils to hide at the selected meeting.

The pupils arranged to pounce on the teacher as soon as it became clear that he wanted to sleep with the pupil.
It is alleged that the teacher met the grade 12 pupil and when it became apparent that he was about to have sex with her, her fellow pupils appeared from their hiding place.

Ms Chirwa said the teacher has since been asked to show why disciplinary action should not be taken against him.
She further said the pupils who caught the teacher have implicated him in their reports.

Ms Chirwa said the normal government disciplinary procedure will now take its course.

  1. These tu ma schools girls are dressing seductively. teachers are also human beings with feelings.

  2. Ba # 4, Where is your heart and soul? Teachers are supposed to teach/correct those tu ma school girls dressing seductively and not molest them. Hope this happens to your child you delivered late last year..

  3. its a shame ,it is my former school i was there from grade 8 to 1o ,anyway that is how chadiza boarding is like chilalila!

  4. That teacher iz a danger to pupilz and must be de-registered and caged. I hope this is not just some set-up by pupilz with a wired motive. But then casez like that take yearz to dispoze off in government.

  5. One thing is not clear, did the girl also drop her pant while waiting for the positive electrone to charge? That ideal of mobilising her friends so could intercept the ordeal, now supposing they did delayed, cikamba inga alilya icakulya cakwisamba.

  6. # 4 its true.Nowadays the way some school girls are dressing leaves much to be desired-kuti ba kutwala mukweshiwa! They are wearing short and tighty skirts which maps out their hips. Blessed that i’m not a teacher pantu ine nshakosa!

  7. Why would the Chadiza District Education Board Secretary, Catherine Chirwa ask the teacher why disciplinary action should not be taken against him? That’s strange! Since when did a criminal have to be asked whether or not to be charged? I have only one question for you Ms. Chirwa tell us why you should keep your job given your level of reasoning?

  8. mmmmm……. kuletalala these dayz. But the chap could have used plan B other than the school grounds or consulted his fellow teachers on how they got hold of these to GT`S ( Govt Troughees)

  9. It is also possible that the guy has been hammering for some time now and now he had not been paying loyalties and so she arranges to embarass him in such a manner. Abaiche these days bali chenjela… Lweenu.

  10. #14 just imagine you are still a school girl with those looks on your gravator ,do you think the teachers with raving eyes would leave you alone?Already, you have caught many guys’ eyes just on this blog, what would happen if they see you physically?

  11. #15, The words used by the board secretary are officialy designed by GRZ and are commonly applied by ministries in cases like this.

  12. Whether pupilz or indeed any woman walks half dresst or not dresst at all, should NEVER be reazon for man not to controll hiz dezire. Thinking must alwayz be up in the head and not anywhere else, least of all, the trouzers.

  13. The Pupil is stupid.Everyone has feelings,so the Teacher did what was right, proposed love, she accpted, and he wanted to relieve himself. You know ivi vintu novonzuna maningi, and nobody can withstand the pressure.

  14. This teacher must have had other problems with some pupils at the School. If he was a good teacher with some very close pupils at the School, they could have warned him about it. But, yah, it was a racket that beat the master. But I can tell you one thing, he was NOT a Maths or Physics teacher!! You may be shocked that in fact he was teaching Religious Studies! Jimmy Swaggart mwebantu please!!

  15. The school Matron should be fired for ignoring the girl’s reports of the teacher soliciting her. That’s why there so many cases of child sexual abuse in Zambia because some people wont deal with it!

  16. If he gets good lawyers this case is like the old cliche washout! Ta dodele and what if he just wanted to have a wee? lol!

  17. Iyoo naiwe #30. The man wanted to have a wee! If I was his solicitor or barister I would ask for DNA on this girl. lol!

  18. What if the other pupils delayed in coming out, and on arrival their classmate says “mulekeni, kabili ani tundila kale”, would it still be wrong?

  19. Yes, the teacher could win this case BUT the embarassment still stands. Why do I say he could win? He was not caught in the act. And the girl probaly just wanted to embarass him before her boy friend who could have been the organiser. Suspicion could have forced the girl to demonstrate to her bot friend that after all she did not have a relationship with a teacher. But yes, all the basis of this report, the Clinton law applies – ‘The teacher did not have a sexual relationship with that girl’. Law yachabe. that is why some Ministers are claiming to be lawyers and their compatriots are saying, don’t tell lies. See Mulongoti vs Mpombo, hehehehe!!

  20. this story doesn’t tell any full detials about what and why it happened but with the breifing of the story i would still blam the teacher for (1) not controling himself over the student because these are the people who are destroying the future of the nation, by having sex with students then after leave and refuse when their are pregnant. later on find another student 4 the next entertaiment and does the same. & (2) not teaching the girl 2 behave herself because she was probably confusing his muzozomina. 2 which he failed 2 control himself.
hence, i demand 4 this person 2 be dealt with hard punishment. so he can be set as an example 2 the rest of the teachers who do the same cause he is not the only one doing so. by the way i will never forget & 4give my teacher who bumped my gf from…

  21. Sour g.r.a.p.e.s is a saying which should not be censored really. One would have thought LT is run by people who are enlightened. I am getting worried now.

  22. Good material for a defence lawyer.
What can stop somebody from saying he was enticed and lured into that state by the pupil
    The complainant premeditated action
For me the teacher should just be sent to a boys sch to lessen the impact of the scandle.
Instead the administration should be charged for negligence

  23. Who is the “Ghost Teacher” at Chipata’s Nyakutwa Primary School, who resigned in 2006, but is still drawing a government salary, whose July 2009 payslip, Lubinda is holding and will soon expose to the media.

  24. That was done wisely.. well done school mates there were couragerous without fear. Sake the teacher otherwise more incidence of this nature are likely to happen in future..

  25. Hahahah….awe bane yashani iyo??? Ati lilyafye NTWENU yasekela Utubaiche twatemununa!!! Yaba…..this teacher has suffered double.

  26. I am for the teacher! what happened in previous meetings b4 she arranged it with her fellow pupils.. The teacher was F..ING another of her friend. She had asked him 2 stop but he did’t so she did this… kusembanya him..

BOARDING LIFE!!. those of who have been 2 co-boarding schools knows it!

  27. Miss Daisy and Red lipstick please remove your gravators, too many a man here is blogging I do suppose just to look at you personas. I am not one because my woman is just like you guys beautiful and wise, plus she blogs with me. She has the golden chitumbuwa look, while I have that Joseph redddish brown complexion. Thus our babied shall be like the ones of those for food group charts we hard in Primary school.

  28. Back to the topic at hand, Let the goverment re-institute moral codes in the nation, and great grand fathers should stop marrying young ladies like Thandiwe meant for men our age.

  29. This is a disgrace to the whole teaching fratenity and this just shows how we have gone down in our morality and ethics.

  30. So ninshi, I mean i can’t get it here, bushe ba Sa balilya elyo he was in the process, And if at all he was in the process? Was his lollipop already charged? If it was charged, how it get charged? Obviously ka sukulu did something to the lollipop. It’s either she played with it , triggered it, It’s a shame if the teacher did not chop, si ninga vomele kusebana ya mahala.. But on the other side ba Sa bali itaya, he was supposed to remove the girls pants first, before removing his… Any way we all learn through mistakes.

  31. Wow, some people will always find reason and excuse to blame the victim, no matter how clear cut the case might be. I feel for the “girl child” in Zambia if attitudes expressed in some of the postings here, e.g. #4, persists. And who is the adult here?! The teacher or the girl? And didn’t the girl do the adult thing to report the sexual harassment to her superiors, the school Matron? Aren’t these the adults charged with the responsibility to protect this poor child from undue sexual pressure—-especially coming from a teacher? And yet some on here find it OK to blame the poor girl. If I had a daughter and such a thing happened to her, this man would be a DEAD RAT!! Smart girl though, she did what she had to do to get this pervert off her back—-GO GIRL!!

  32. Ba teacher so the friends to the pupil saw nishi nabwima. A school ground not even thinking of passes by. Are the pupils allowed to go out at night. What is the job of the matrons or patrons at boarding houses.

  33. hey dudes and dudettes, thats why i always tune that there can never be any war in this country coz the only things zambians get physcial over are women, dopes, startin churches and then breakin away from them to form splinter churches and tryin to make buck any which way. as for politics, lip service is enough. on top of that, theres a story in the press (Post) that Shikas wants to close Sky FM in Monze coz of a little program called Sky Forum where pipo call in and say worse s.h.i.t. about the Govt. than we do here.

  34. I take it she is over 18yrs and the fact that she agreed to meet the teacher, she consented to have sex with him therefore legally unenforceable. The worst case scenario would be losing his job and pension ( if he’s for many years). The problem is he won’t be able to hire a lawyer, otherwise simple case.

  35. I don’t believe that some people are blaming the pupil and making this thing about law. This is nonsense. I hope it happens to your daughters or your sons and then we will see. This is why little teen girls in Zed are HIV positive. Yet still the teen boys cannot find girlfriends because most older men in Zed have water for brains. Let girls be girls. All you grown men supporting this teacher need to be carefully examined. Why didn’t the teacher find a grown woman to relieve himself. Just because a girl dresses seductively does not mean she is asking for molestation! Statistics in Zed show teachers have the highest cases of HIV and I literally weep when i see stories like this!

  36. #68 Kambongolo, No I don’t have to be a teacher to defend a girl child. I literally weep because teenage girls are molested every single day in Zed and every where around the world and some narrow minded people seem to think its ok. I admire USA laws, You don’t mess with minors here. You will be caged and later when you get out of jail you can’t live within a certain radius where there are children or school. Its literally impossible to get a job and you will be listed as a child molester and the neighbors where ever you are have to be told you are a child molester.

  37. It’s so sad that a teacher with all his brain and mind would be havin sex in a football pitch shame on you you need to get out and change your career

  38. The Teacher wanted CHALK bonus. Atase that was very bad behaviour. very bad indeed. I support No. 69 totally

  39. 17######## Wasekesha… Nisala yashani iyi mwe bantu? I Hey some prevention ideas”””””” ka shop ka tuma dil do”””” Waht do think Cahle.
