    • etzel33 on April 15, 2011 If the wind stops and sttras coming from the other direction, what happens? Does the blade start rotating backwards? This might happen if during an extended lull.

23. Pic #8 the villagers are worried because no smuggling now. Border is a bad development for the People living near boarder posts because most of them are smugglers

25. Spelling and grammer please!!!! The caption under picture 9 leaves a lot to be desired. How can Oliver Pelete be “putting on a hurt?” The man is “wearing a hat.”
