Movement for Multi-Party Democrac (MMD) Chairperson for Mining and Mineral Development, Kaunda Lembalemba says calls for the party to start considering party leadership succession are ill-timed.
Mr. Lembalemba who is also former Mines Minister said the call is regrettable as it comes at a time when the President is hospitalised in Paris – France.
He has asked MMD Spokesperson, Ben Tetamashimba to apologise and withdraw the story attributed to him in a daily tabloid newspaper.
Mr. Lembalemba told ZNBC news that all MMD members should ignore Mr. Tetamashimba’s suggestion and instead concentrate on prayers for the President.
Mr. Tetamashimba was quoted saying it will be important for the party to begin to consider President Mwanawasa’s successor when he comes back.
[ZNBC]
I truly think so as well
Its rediculous to be thinking of a succesor at this point in time
Worst case scenario i would have thought RB will take over untill as per constitution elections are held
Get well president i very much doubt there will be a better president in the short term
Let’s not burry our heads in the sand….reality has to be faced.LPM has to be replaced. Many may condemn Teta right now but I think there’s sense in what he’s saying.Learn from UPND’s demise.choose a successor right now ,as LPm comes back,he has to handover.
Nothing wrong with planning ahead. lembalemba is a coward who doesnt want to face reality. It is people like him who didnot advise levy intelligently when he suffered the first stroke. you still want to finish him by being cowards in the name of loyalty. you guys make me sick. better be quiet than talk insensibly.
I agree #1..but would like to add that the Government should accept some responsibility for such talk as they have not produced “concrete” evidence of LPM’s condition!!!..it is amazing what 1 photo could do for the situation we are in now!!!!
Teta is a very courageous man and yes there’s need to to start the search. This is no disrespect to LMP and family, we talking about a national issue. I for one believe whatever the case LMP has to step down and take life easy, spend more time with his family. Running a country is a stressful job and will not do him any favours. People close to him have to be honest. Lets move forward Teta, push the issue futher.
surely, this time i do agree with teta, there has to be continuity in organisations/parties. It should not take one person to make a decision. Lembelemba just take yo time and think correctly you ll see sense in what other members of yo party are saying.!!!
Teta don’t cause LPM to have yet another stroke when he hears that you setting in motion a succession plan. We don’t need shortcuts. The constitution must be upheld and the medical doctors must be given the time and opportunity to treat LPM and give the nation a briefing on his condition.

What ill-timing? Lembalemba is another *****. What use are his bones to Zambia? Now that that his paymaster is no more, he wants to convince Zambians to hold on to a president who is in a coma? Ba kamba, grow the *%ck up and think of your country!!
CONTD:For example, students of history often conjecture that if the Treaty of Versailles had not imposed such harsh conditions on Germany, World War II would not have occurred. From this perspective, one might consider the war an unintended consequence of the treaty.
One may class unintended consequences into roughly three types:

• a negative or a perverse effect, which may be the opposite result of what is intended
• a potential source of problems, according to Murphy’s Law

To sit back and wait on Levy is a disaster in the making. Say the worst happened (not that I mean ill), we would have a lot of panic in Govt and MMD will struggle for a successor. We are all just guessing on what would happen and so in my view, planning ahead is very wise.
Lembalemba and a lot of others are just trying to protect their jobs, bravo Teta
MMD IS FINISHED AND GONE
LPM HAS BEEN THIKING TOO MUCH ABOUT HIMSELF, NO V.PRESIDENT IN MMD NO PROPER GROOMING OF LEADERS – SO GUYS FORGET AND JUST ASK POTENTIAL LEADERS TO GO ON TV DEBATE AND THEN WE ANALYZE THEM.
BYE MMD WITH OR WITHOUT LEVY, COME 2011 MMD IS GONE.
AM SAYING 2011 BECAUSE LPM WILL BE COMING HOME TO ZAMBIA IN FEW DAYS TIME, AM BASING THIS ON TEH STATEMENTS THAT HIS BREATHING HAS IMPROVED, HE IS STABLE AND IMPROVING SATISFACTORILY.
Be wary of unintended consenquences of setting in motion a hasty succession plan plagued by shortcuts, emotion and misplaced excitement. This situation calls for levelheadedness. You can not cover an elephant with a hand. Sooner or later we shall all know the condition of LPM. Then we can make decisions based on hard FACTS
To be honest guys LPM presidency is over. Which sane person would want to go back to a job that have given them two strokes. These bootlickers saying it is ill times are just try to protect their jobs. I doubt Levy himself would want to be the president if he comes back and now it is time to start preparing for the MMD convention. All those wanna be MMD presidos should dust their manifestos now. Abash these bootlikckers. Viva Teta, Viva Katele
Dear Zambians, its time for MMD to start looking for a successor to LPM. 2011 is not far from now. Do not be caught unawares. Even if His Excellence recovers, I dont think he will be capable to carry out his duties. That job at plot one is so demanding. Unless a miracle happens otherwise which we actually want.
I want to agree with Teta, let us begin to deal with national issues like men who want to move forward. I think it should not be looked at as a crime if somebody sees a potential danger and blows the whistle. Let us give the president time to recover, coz by making him carry on this stressful job we may just finish him off. Let us consider his health please.
cabinet is useless if they have not discussed succession.
It is in moment like this we need courageous men like Teta Mashimba . We do not need cowards / cows like Lembalemba ,there the people bring our nation down .
PLAN AHEAD
MMD have left all the leadership issues to the president for too long and there will be in fighting during this succession.Want or not, it will happen sometime, so why not start the process now.Let aspirants start dishing their maifesto to the party members. And they should be serious about this , otherwise, they will be the opposition in the next months to come coz PF is ready to pounce, as much I don’t like this, reality will don upon us sooner or later.
Teta is right. Why should we bury our heads in the sand and pretend that all is well.By Teta bringing up the issue of succession he is showing his concern for levys health and also for the nation.lt is only those who stand to lose out when levy goes who will silence such talk.Zambia is bigger than any one person.Keep it up Teta.I have never really thought that much about you until now, but on this one l totally agree with you.
Correct me if am wrong, isn’t this Levy’s second stroke? If it is, most of us know that the second one leaves much to be desired. My point being, even if Levy recovers, he wont be fully functional. Time to move on and give Levy a deservedly rest.
the sooner that sinks in, the better
IN MY OPINION, THOSE OF US WHO ARE ASKING FOR A REPLACEMENT LOVE THE PRESIDENT. THE WORK AT PLOT ONE IS HOT, ITS UNFORTUANTE THAT PEOPLE CAN’T SEE THIS. LPM SHOULD BE RETIRED ON MEDICAL GROUNDS, AFTER ALL PEOPLE HAVE BEEN RETIRED ON MEDICAL GROUNDS BEFORE, IS HE NOT LIKE ANY OTHER MAN ON EARTH? THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME. LPM SHOULD NOT GO BACK AND DO HOT WORK, IT WILL NOT BE FAIR, ARRANGE FOR A REPLACEMENT AS PER CURRENT CONSTITUTION WHILST WE WAIT FOR 2011. DO ZAMBIANS KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MEDICAL RETIREMENT??? DOCTORS, WHERE ARE YOU? PLEASE EXPLAIN TO US WHY PEOPLE ARE RETIRED ON MEDICAL GROUNDS.
YES PAINFALL AS IT IS WE MUST LOOK FOR THE SUCCESSOR TO LPM AND ALL PARTIES SHOULD HAVE PROPER SUCCESSION STRUCTURES IN PLACE FOR ALL POSTS.TETA YOU ARE RIGHT YOU KAONDE LION.
VIVA HAKAINDE HICHILEMA UMUSUNGU WA KU MONZE.
INSHIMBI NI NSHIMBI.
YOU KNOW HH IS A TOUGH CUSTOMER THATS WHY YOU NEVER STOP TALKING ABOUT HIM.NO TO COBRAZ AND OTHER SENSELESS INSULTING MUGABE-LIKE SNAKES.
But its the truth
#22 Pa nsaka tapabula chipuba
I never expected any sense out of Teta not now not ever! He’s just an ***** period!
It is in MMD’s interest for them to accept that LPM will never rule again and to identify a new leader now that they still have a bit of time on their hands. Once the inevitable happens and presidential elections are called within 90days, they will panick and kill themselves for the position of president. But maybe teta should have presented this motion to the NEC and not to the post newspaper. This is really a party decision, but it has dire consequences to the nation. I hope the other parties are also placing themselves strategically for these eventualities. We love LPM but the truth is he will never be president again when he comes back.
I do agree with Teta’s remarks much as they come at a time when our president is ill, i think Teta just said what everyone particularly guys like Lembalemba are thinking of but dont have courage to utter. Honestly speaking LPM’s rule is certainly over. Lets give the man rest he needs. Why should the nationconcetrate on prayer when we have corruption issues to resolve? when we have pothole infested roads to repair, when we have fuel prices go up everyday and we have neighbours giving ordinary citizens sleepless nights?( Yes Zimbabweans all over, even the local prostitutes are feeling the impact). Come Lembalemba be man enough and accept that Teta is right
By the way quick recovery to LPM so that he can enjoy his retiremtn
ATTENTION:
ALL POTENTIAL PRESIDENTS SHOULD SUBMIT THEIR C.V’S TO ME NO LATER THAN THE 01 AUGUST 2008.
Mwipyana nshilafwa mwe bantu!!!! Iwe ci Teta I will come and deal with you when I come and I will never allow you to bootlicker my boot anymore!! You are uziiireeeziii!!
teta is rite, let save our leader.
Plus this uncertainty is bad for the economy. Some of us are heavily invested in the Kwacha and we dont want to see our investments being drained by a dollar that is strengthening solely on account of the current state of affairs. Moreover with the Zim crisis slowly getting on the path of resolution, zambia should start getting worried about losing all we have achieved to Zim when the scramble for zim starts real soon. Before we know it we’ll be buying a bag of mealie meal (from Zim!!) at K200,000 if we continue burrying our heads in the sands.
I agree for the first time with what Teta has said. I believe Teta is talking about a successor in MMD not Republican President.Succession of an incumbent President is well provided for under the Constitution and there will be no immediate crisis on that score as the VP has to take over, or if cabinet thinks he is not fit, they will give us an acting President. The worry for MMD is who will they field when the 3months lapses???This is what Teta is talking about- find a successor. But is MMD the only party that will participate in the ensuing elections? A big no, that is where guys like abena HH, Miyanda etc should put their act together. There is no point for us burying our heads in the sand
LAWYERS AND ECONOMISTS ARE 1ST PRIORITY IN THE PRESIDENTIAL RECRUITMENT. ACCOUNTANTS SHOULD STAY AWAY. THEY ARE TOO STINGY AND OUR GRZ BOOKS ARE ALREADY COOKED AS IT IS.
We cant go on thinking Levy will leave Paris to come back to rule Zambia as before, the man is sick let me rest at Shambalakale, oh sorry Teka farms. Lets start the search now, otherwise MMD is a sinking titanic!
let him rest
pipo pipo, the president is sick and has been sick before in 2006. why not give chance to rest? why do people want him to continue. personaaly am praying for his recovery BUT NOT TO COME AND HAVE MORE stress. zambia has a lot of potential leaders. LETS FIND THEM. THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG THE PRESIDENT WILL BE IN HOSPITAL BUT GOD. SHOULD WE JUST SIT AND WAIT FOR THAT TIME. DOES ANYONE OWN THIS COUNTRY?
This is a right time for MMD to think about Levy’s successor. Levy should be given time to rest and someone else to take over. He is not the best in MMD but only that others are not given time yet. Teta is not wrong, MMD must take that into consideration now while Mwanawasa is still alive and give advice. Remember UPND and Mazoka.
Remember that sikatana and others have been retired on medical grounds. its just common sense that those who are incapable of performing national duties be replaced and we keep on moving as a nation. teta’s statement this time around makes sense.
JUST A KIND WARNING TO NCC. COME UP WITH BETTER CONSTITUTION WHICH WILL TACKLE ISSUES LIKE THIS ONE. OUR CURRENT CONSTITUTION IS USELESS THAT IS WHY NOBODY KNOWS WHAT TO DO NOW. WE ARE ALL JUST WAITING FOR THE MAN WHO IS SICK TO COME AND TELL US WHAT TO DO. ITS SICK. WHEN DOES IS THE PRESIDENT SUPPOSED TO BE DECRARED INCAPACITATED? WHO DOES THAT? TOO MUCH POWERS GIVEN TO THAT OFFICE . THAT WHY EVERYBODY IS FEARING TO FACE THE TRUTH. FROM THE LOOK OF THINGS WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR HIM TO GET WELL NO MATTER HOW LONG?
I have always thought that Teta had not even a single gut but he has really impressed this one time. There is nothing wrong with Teta’s comments, let alone suggestion,at least he is being objective and knows the stark truth about Ba Levy’s incapacitation.Lembalemba is afraid of the inevitable,ie,change of the Pilot at the helm of MMD and Zambia respectively. We need more of such courage and selfless truth within the ruling party.
Those that may appear to be the voice of reason in MMD now like Lembalemba, Mpombo, Dr. Katele Kalumba have other plans up their sleeves. These are political vultures who have been waiting in the sidelines to salvage scraps from any impending disaster from the ailing LPM. The announcement by Teta has just caught them off guard otherwise themselves they are busy holding dark corner meetings. Its a shame when you start calling a spade a big spoon when a situation arises Sharon type that calls for level headdedness. This is a case of a pot calling a kettle back.Keep an eye on these crockcodile tear shading opportunists like Katele, Mpombo and Lembalemba. They are wolves in sheep skin.
countryman. teta is not wrong. we serious need a replacement. but pilz lets not bring back the thieves.
“LEVY INSHIMBI” (NO. 30)SORRY “LEVY” YOU ARE A SICK MAN. THAT OFFICE WILL KILL YOU “LEVY”, PLEASE ASK FOR RETIREMENT OR WE WILL LOSE YOU!
TETA CORRECT THIS TIME AROUND. I CONCUR WITH #43 THOSE ACCUSED OF CORRUPTION SHOULD NOT RULE THIS COUNTRY AND AT LEAST LEVY WILL BE HAPPY THAT WAY.
Teta though talkertive, this time is very right.
Can somebody assist me, I am just comming from the Police station and there are telling me that they are still a Police Force and that Police service is just some pronouncements nothing has been ammended on Paper
Efyo na lelanda. Teta wa chibe. Now he has lit a small aka mulilo and already Katele the wizard has felt its ever heating up mess it will cause. MMD mind you doesnt have a vice president. Mwanawasa stopped this and unkowingly created a great rift in the party such that it will be bloody to fill out the gap. Now that he is sick and unlikely to continue as republican and party president, the war for plot one is anticipated to be ferrocius.
May be this is the time the opposition put their heads on one candidate to dislodge the MMD coz in 17 years and we still are tightening our belts.
If our president steps down now due to ill health no one will think bad if it , infact he would go down in history as the first undefeated sitting president to volontarily hand over power ,thinking of the nation first , as such would be respected 10x the world over.
I can not think of any African president who has put the nations intreast first and stepped down due to ill health …CAN YOU.
two strokes is not a debating matter this is life and death stuff not many make it on the 3rd strike
we need our president to live happy ever after with his family. TETA do not be sidelined you doin the right thing . no use being in a coma with billions in the bank now would it.
RIGHT NOW MMD DOESN’T HAVE A VICE PRESIDENT. THE POSITION WAS FROZEN. TETA HAS SEEN A SERIOUS POWER VACUUM IN MMD IN CASE OF ANYTHING. THE COUNTRY VEEP IS A NOMINEE, MINISTERS ARE APPOINTEES. SO THERE IS NO ONE CARRYING THE MANDATE OF THE PEOPLE.
What MMD is doing is jst prolonging there problems.Teta is brave and honest bt unfortunately history in zambian has proved tht honesty does nt pay in 2days politics.Jst yesterday a meeting was held at a certain minister’s where it was agreed 2 fight teta tooth and nail till he resigns frm MMD bcoz he is dividing the party.
#46, indeed the police according to the current constitution is a force and not a service. as far as am concerned, they have not repealed the clause and it still shows the police as a force. Thats why our constitution is highly flawed. For instance, the president in the constitution is addressed as HE and not S/HE.
u c so many flaws such that am now duobting if it will be possible to have a constitution by 2011. the process is too slow and levy and his pipo are dragging the process.
If people withing the party can say like that i doubt my self if LPM will come back, off late there’s been a lot careless statement coming withing the MMD. I think it’s the end of the road for the president and time is now for the MMD to woke up and consider a replacement before the all nation can start making noise, This is just the beginning EVERYTHING.
#42 and 43,i salut you and i think Zambia now needs people who can reason and be very realistic, given our current situation (leadership vacuum).Indeed there is no one who is indispensable, good old Levy cannot continue to rule and guide this nation, and we can never change the irrefutable truth.Let us therefore find a replacement,Zambia should and must carry on as a nation.Abash Lembalemba,Viva Teta!! No one owns zambia, its for everyone of us,atase!
Teta is right! we dont want cowards like Lembalemba! it sound crude but its reality. I would urg Magande to prepare to take over MMD leadership
Hey so sad for Teta, i think when he said only maureen is a formidable female candidate, they liked him but now he has said levy shud think of handing over power, they are demanding his head on a wooden plate i presume.
we shud face reality and much as we pray, God is not selfish and is a God who does not leave his people without a leader. It will be for the interest of levy to step down and pave way for a new healthy president. Remember, he fired Sikatana based on health grounds but to me, sikatana is more fit than levy. Fellow citizens, i need your comment on this.
I wouldn’t trust Teta, he might be preparing the party for the 1st lady to take over from her husband. Katele has always opposed this and that is why they have sidelined him. You think Teta would utter chance a statement independently, think conutry men, these are politicians!!!!!
# 47…MMD may not have a V.PEE but the GRZ sure does have one who if i may remind you was appointed by the sitting presedent of Zambia.
So RB by so being apppointent V.PEE ment that when the sitting president is not able to preside over his duties for what ever reason then the VICE …VICE PRESIDENT NUMBER 2 P R E S I D E N T. runs the country. unles our GRZ constitution says other wise .trust me its not just that simple vote in a new MMD president and you have a new head of state and you think the other parties in zambia will just let that go unchallenged. hmmmmmmm bwana this is a very very complex issue.
I think when Tetamashimba speaks, every one in the MMD trembles as he is liked by Levy coz Levy knows that teta has the power to shift the whole lot of north western where levy got more votes back to some other presidential hopeful and since he is not fired by levy, all pipo are against him. wait and we may hear that they are contemplating on expelling him fro the party but goodness is that the constitution bars any one let alone mwanawasa
Lembalemba is just another coward Pastor like pule who divorced his wife 2 years ago HE has failed to manage his home and his church, What piece of advice can he offer to the nation? We need a Replacement why should we wait when the PRESIDENT is on life supporting machine
Teta niwa Nzelu!! While it might be wrong timing because of the precarious situation but he is just being pragmatic. He is thinking of not only today but even tomorrow!! Well done, woke up Zambia!!
If what #50 has just said is true,we the progressive people of this nation will stand by Teta, and shall defeat those vultures in MMD.In actual fact they are the same ones who despite seeing that Levy was ailing, the urged the poor guy to hold on to such a very strenuous job. This time,No Thieves ,Plunderers,Wizards and Skirt Chasers will be allowed.Teta,me dear(of course for the first time),you have Zambia’s support. We know that you mean well for Ba Levy, unlike those MIDGETS.
Typical Zambian mentality, we only think as far as the nose. The writing is on the wall” LPM is not fit enough to rule” the best we can do for the country is to find a successor. As bad as is may sound but that is the only way forward. We know alot of pipo were not ready for this but that is life you can never be prepared for it. Unfortunately LPM’s stooges have very little time to get the act together because time is up
#57, i seem to miss your point. I never meant that the country doesnt have a vice presido. it surely has and rite now he is the acting presido according coz LPM wrote an authorisation for RB to act in his absence from zed. this is very much constitutional but the truth is MMD doesnt have a vice presido and remember LPM down trod all the pipo vying for such a post which saw Lupando falling out.
But the VEEP we have does not even have a mandate from the electorate and he is more inclined to UNIP than MMD. LPM shud have chosen from MMD but i am sure he saw no one fit enough to lead zed and so unknowingly left a big gap in the party.
Lemba lemba dont bury your head in the sand, Yes we will pray for LPM but the bottom line is we need to find a replacement nevertheless. Only in Zambia can you have a president lying on aa death bed for more than a week and not body raises afinger
I bet no one in cabinet is bold enough to move a motion so that the chief justice is informed to form a team of qualified medical personel to make tests on LPM and find him mentally incapable of discharging his duties as presido.
Other wise sensible pipo shud just say this to LPM and say we want to move this motion and see his reaction. The safety valve is that the speaker can still revoke the certificate and report from the medical personnel and still institute LPM as presido if LPM proves that he is sane enough to continue but with 2 strokes at hand, he may think otherwise unless sexy maureen says u have to go ahead and lead on while i continue shopping in paris and london and newyork
When you think of it, if LPM could not find a VP from MMD then it shows you that the re is noone in MMD capable to lead. The more i think about it the more i am thinking that Chanda Nsema may be right. RB will be the next president
the demise of MMD is at hand. sad for them coz up to now they still believe in divide and rule tactics. teta has spoken his mouthful and not his head. watch out coz he may be proclaiming himself as the potential successor
its gud 2 think of a successor even now.remember what happened to UPND.they were caught aware, coz in there hearts,it was inevitable to choose a succesor.but they could not come out in open to talk abt the real problem.lets learn to be factual.its time we identify a successor country men
i advice all reasonable homosapients to revisit your memories.as a reminder LPM complications can be traced to his previous accident in WHich Ka chiluba and his colleagues wanted to eliminate him they were terriffied by then his capabilities.LPM soon from his previous illness in london at mmd membership renewal he opened a debate to look for his successor.iam sure his concience would make him hand over power.could every be patient while nature take its cause.long live zzzzzzzzzzzz quick recovery levy.

I am seeing the disintergration of MMD.The cracks are beginning to show soon we will see the breakaway factions. I think yesterday’s predictions of what is to happen are slowly looking like a reality. Chanda Nsema iam afraid you may be right. We are going for a RB/Sata/Maureen cabinet. We are basically screwed
I want to agree with Teta, let us begin to deal with national issues like men who want to move forward.Levy has achieved alot for Zambia and would want the development plans to continue. There should be continuity for the Nation to progress especially in policies.
There can never be a leadership crisis in a nation of 9-10 million people.Leaders are not born but are made.
Levy has exposed able men like Magande,Mutati and Brian chituwo who are performing extraordinary works.
TETA IS A BRAVE MAN WHO STOOD UP AND MADE HIS WORDS CLEAR. TO ALL LPM SUPPORTERS OF FOLLOWERS, THE GUY IS GONE, IT’S LIKE YOU HAVE A BLOWN OUT ENGINE WHICH FUNCTION ANYMORE. HE HAD HIS TIME AND NOW TIME TO STEP DOWN AND LET THE NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK TO RULE. I DON’T SEE ANY REASON WHY LEMBALEMBA COULD CRITIZE TETA ABOUT THE STRAIGHT AND HONEST REMARKS ABOUT MOVING FORWARD AND LOOK FOR SOMEONE IN MMD TO TAKE OVER FROM LEVY. THERE’S SO MUCH BS IN THE MMD AND THE CABINET. BY WAITING FOR HIM TO RECOVER WHICH IS VERY IMPOSIBLE AND IF THIS TIME HE BEATS THE ODDS, I WILL SAY GOD HAS ANSWERED PRAYERS FROM ZAMBIA. LET’S MOVE ON AND PLAN FOR THE FUTURE, LEVY IS DEAD, NOMASSSSSS
I AM STILL BETTING MY LAST DOLLAR, RUPIAH BANDA IS THE NEXT PRESIDENT. MAUREEN IS EITHER THE VP OR A CABINET MINISTER. COME DECEMBER AND SOMEONE ON THE BLOG SHOULD PROVE ME WRONG
Lets face it Teta had a point yes, but this is a sensitive issue he shouldnt have discussed in the media. He’s a cadre who knows how the cadre mentality, prevalent in his party, works.

Ba Teta ba mwizyo, mwamona kulanda landa. Tekai bola pa nzubo.
This is now getting frustrating, when the hell are we gonna get another up date. No wonder boys like Zaza are taking things in their OWN hands and pipo like Teta are getting agitated. We cant keep saying let us continue praying for Levy when we dont even know his status. Prayers need to be specific. We cant pray for hypertension when the man is in a coma. RB can you be seen to be incharge of the nation, no wonder Teta is slowly beginning to under mine the structure.
The probability of Teta being expelled from the MMD when Levy comes back is almost 1 but honestly this person cares so much about Levy and about the pipo of Zambia . Lets not listen to job protectors like Lembalemba they infact dont bring us any good i wonder y we have such politicians with no brains like him .
Like most are saying. It is time to begin to think of tomorrow LPM is not coming back from Paris to work if he comes back he will need time to recover or he might come back in a state of brain damage where he will not be able to do anything.Like someone said maybe the man doesn’t even know he is President right now.Guys like Lembalemba,Katele(the Man with Laptop made in Chiegi) are the chaps who want to polish the Presidents shoes in public to save their skins.Chaps like these are dangerous tom society.
We wish the LPM all the best but we don’t want the man to die in office or the man doing a Field Castro breaking his leg in public.
Teta is right in all senses, we dont even know LPM will come out of his coma and yet you want to pretend as if there is nothing wrong just because Mpombo said the country is in country doesnt mean we should fold our hands and heads and wait for the un known. OK Mabe the way he said it was interpretaed in different pespectives but he is right at the end of it all considering the fact that he is one man at the top leadership in our country then he should know better the condition that LPM is in. Be realistic, the man might be a rubber mouth but on this one he is right.
Teta is merely reacting to LPM illness. I totatally disagree that this reaction amounts to forward planning. MMD & LPM knew this was his last term. If there was any forward planning it should have started when he assumed office for the 2nd term. These reactionary and counter_reactionary statements will only make what has so far been a managable situation into a full blown crisis. Yes LPM will have to replaced sonner or later. But in doing so the constitution must be upheld and we should be wary of unintended consequences of purposeful action. LPM’s illness has sadly created hyperexcitement to some and you see it on some threads. This can be perversive in society & a major source of ENTROPY
I am not Tonga, I am Tumbuka just to pre-empty people. I think Maganda should the next president. KK brought independence, Chiluba destoyed everything, Levy has really changed things, mines, agro, law and order, fighting corruption, the least we need now is someone who will take us back to the Chiluba days. People forget about tribes or rotating presidents based on tribe, which need someone compentent, Magande understands economics that is what we need. I see a siutuation where Levy will come back appoint the one he wants to take over from him as Veep and let the person ran the country, the mandela-Mbeki style. U guys think the MMD will call for early elections! Stop dreaming.
Ladies and Gents. Calm down . Put your nerves under control and be LEVELHEADED.
you are just waisting your time pipo LPM is still president untill 2011,then he will find his sucessor later, the man will be out of hospital soon and continue work.thou i dont live in zed i like what he has done so far if possible he should go for a third term in order for the country to improve
Zambians need to know that LPM has no private life, there is nothing sensitive about someone indicating the need to find a successor. The presidency is an instituition and if it is not functioning like it should citizens have the right to raise issues. What i can see happening here is that the pipo are not familiar with what goes with being a president.
“Chief” had a stroke and is in a coma,
we the “subjects” do not know anything as we are being told he is fine, alive, improving, Hypertension, minor breathing operation, etc.
“njovu kazi”……………i cant even comment on her.
neigbours making fun out his sickness.
should we keep waiting for the unknown or what is gonna happen to our future?
someone comments of finding a new leader and some people think he is coward or are we not supposed to plan for the future?
I need your guidance.
Right now there seems to be no one who bravely can come out to say the truth except Teta. I doubt if LPM will rule Zambia again. Govt officials are all in the dark. Too much reliance on the President. Mwasebezai tata Ba Tetamashimba. Mwaamba kinshinka. Kabiji kishinka kikola.
Ever heard the story of a man who instantly recovered from a coma when he heard people descussing his burial arrangements by his bed-side? Successorship talks are inevitable.
#86 it seems you have absolutely no idea of what you are talking about because here it is not allowed to run for third term. So please your comments to yourself, we love our president very much but to save him, a new leader is inevitable. Our constitution does not allow for running for a third term – welooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!
Teta is right….why should the Govt pretend that all is well when they no the truth about Levy.We have already learned from RBs pronouncements of late insisting that there is harmony in the Party when clearly there is none!!!!!ane ba mwisho ba Teta…….go go go
89, a qualification in Economics does not necessarily prepare one for presidency. To succeed as a president you need to be an astitute politician, Magande is a technocrat who’s managed to competently handle economic policy in the country and that’s what he should continue doing even beyond 2011 I hope.
Of course we can talk about LPM’s successor, we need a way forward. I think RB is just good as VP, we appreciate his contribution to the nation. But I doubt if he would be sellable to the electorate. Remember MMD has a tough time last election. Zambians can no longer be taken for a ride, they are more objective and open minded now than ever before. And if the opposition unites and field one good candidate, they could win. Wish LPM a quick recovery.
You guys you are all talking as if you are MMD caders. Remeber the constitution is very clear, RB will take over and after 90 days its elections.
Look at it at a wider pespective, There are credible leaders whom we can choose from varius parties.
Let these guys in power concetrate on developmental issue. I for one am not intreted to here them start looting.
Come on GUYS
93, my friend, Chiluba was the kind of politician you are talking about, but he had no idea about running the economy, that is the most important thing, a sound economy, with intergrity like Levy, strong on abuse and corruption. Sata is out for me, just had a heart attack and he is 71, HH, I really don’t know him. Forget UNIP.
The MMD are withholding the advancement of this country by there own stupidity of failing to see beyond their noses. Imagine if Teta has enough courage to bring up this thorny issue before all hue and cue, he would have been a villain but a hero today. MMD’s bootlicking is too blame coz no one had the guts to say it all during those MMD meetings at Plot 1. The same thing happened when Ba Bally 1 asked for a third term no one opposed until the civil society rose up. Please MMD you don’t own this country let the rule of law be felt. The Constitution is straightforward, in 90 days we need to elect a President, why beat about the bush, LPM will never be the same again.
Yes i agree its time to think of a successor but most of the people are talking before thinking, just like Teta.Even some blogers here have not thought about how, when,if,whether etc etc.lease lets think. What kind of leader do we need at this point in time?Who fits in well with the current and future demands of the country especially economically. What does that leader have to qualify for the top most position in the country.Lets not go for a sweet talker because its nice to listen to him(rhetorics)We need a whole package of a seasoned thinker and worker for our country. Please never be duped again. We have only one Zambia lets not take it backwards again. We need to be proud of our country..
Remember when news about JFK’s shooting filtered through to Washington from Dallas,Robert McNarama’s first reaction was to call Edgar Hoover(FBI Chief)to ‘SECURE THE VICE PRESIDENT’,for take over. In short, are we really going to wait till an angel comes from heaven to tell us to replace Ba Levy? You mean no cabinet minister has the guts to risk his job by moving a motion of succession? We would all have loved LPM to continue as president but he aint a metal,he is human and humans do get sick and die, lets face this reality. We ve toforge ahead as a nation.
What ever motives Teta may have is of no relevance now,he nedds to be applaud for putting the issue of levys illness on the table for discussion not just within MMD but the nation. To those who are saying he should have said those things in private , l say why should something that is public- be discussed in private. It is an insult to the zambian people to say that such discussions will lead to chaos in the nation.lt is insinuating that zambians are backward and incapable of honest, progressive debate.
Katele for President
Shidada, didnt mean a kafupi type (eloquent and a crook to boot), but someone capable of selling his ideas to the masses, not just the bloggers here. Someone who can manage cadre politics for instance because they are an unaviodable part of our political landscape. In short the leadership required here should go beyond technical competency. Before we could consider him can he demonstrate to us he’s got those skills?
Either HH or Magande can continue the good works Levy has done. I pray that Levy gets well soon so that he can finish his good works. We have unfortunately witches like Katele Kalumba who are positioning themselves strategically for plot one. If Zambians were not bewitched by him, they would definately count him out. May God help our country.
Long live Levy!!! Long live Levy. I wish our dear president a quick and full recovery. God hear our prayer and heal him.
The very fact that Teta (vice secretary/ MMD spokesman) calls for succession and Katele (Gen Secretary) and others say the exact opposite is by definition entropy (a word borrowed from physics to define disorder). Mind you, this could just be a glimpse of what full scale entropy might be. Entropy is the last thing you want to contend with in such cirmcumstances. Mark my words: follow the constitution to the letter and we are fine. Let a few loose tongues have a field day and we have major crisis to reckon with.
#104 you are vey right. The constitution is at instrument that should be used in sch situations and that is why it is there. If we can follow it then what is it for?
HEY WENA,INKHOSI IFUNI KUPUMULA.WHY SHOULD ANY SOUND MINDED PERSON EVEN THINK OF KATELE’S NAME AS A POSSIBLE SUCCESSOR?THESE ARE THE SAME CHILUBA BOYS WHO GOT US IN THIS CURRENT MESS.GOD FORBID THAT SUCH DIRTY NAMES BE CONSIDERED FOR A REPLACEMENT OF LPM.SO WE WILL WAIT TILL BA MAUREEN GIVES A GO AHEAD,EH? WHAT A NATION!WHAT DOCILITY!
#101 not some one with such a history please.Wizards No.We have enough people without blamishes.Intergrity is important here.No recycling of leaders when we can do with proper new ones without issues aluded o them
Thanks Chills. Read my posting on #7,9, 12 and 83 and you will see my angle of thought. A lot of postings are full of reactionism, misplaced excitement, biwilderment, emotion and sheer cutthroat opportunism. Such emotions or states of mind do cloud judgement of even the most intelligent and seasoned persons. People should calm their nerves.
#86 iwe, Ulota. U are even bosting that U dont leave in zed. we are the ones experiencing the hard ship. wekabwela
HH has a serious problem and i would rather he continues wishing he was president. The events that followed after the death of Mazoka and as if that is not enough,he now wants Sikota to go back kneeling to him. What sort of pride is that.
And one other thing i do not like is the manner in which Tongas carry themselves when there’s an election. I voted for the late Mazoka just to regret a few hours later. Even those who were speaking English with us just decided to believe that English could not be spoken as the results were coming. This issue of Tongas is very serious but we are all just watching and doing nothing about it.
Teta’s succession remark was just a normal one any one could make, one for one i don’t see with it a problem or a fraction aroused to. In life there is rotation to make so as to do more fruitful at disposal, be it in production terms, farming systems, eductional careers or political affairs as it may be. Otherwise, i wish our father Dr. Levy Patrick Mwanawasa sc, president of the Republic of Zambia a quick recovery, may the Almighty God of Heaven and of all things seen and unseen showers and over shadows his Omnipotency and unfailing healing power on our country president. But the truth stands that MMD its time to follow Teta’s Path, though now it is very soon. Please let things get better
Teta is right!!Lpm will never come back! It’s like former isreali prime minister sharon.Zambians must face the reality and move forwad.we have to behave like people who are educated. They are people in zambia who can lead the country very well without lpm.
That’s why africa is behind in developments because of some cowards ministers who don’t challenge the presidents.Look at what’s happening in zimbabwe!!Are sure there are no better leaders than mugabe?wake up zambians! show the world that we can do it and become a good example of africa!!
we have brains in Zambia!!
viva zambia!!!
Countrymen I’m impressed with your views but the truth is that syndicate, the MMD will never let go of power. You’re fooling yourselves if you think RB will call for elections in 90 days. Mwa chepa sana ama analysts. Those parasites in that God-forsaken party will never let it happen. They’d rather hang Teta by his privates than see a handover of power to another party.
RB will be president and we’ll see the return of the safari suit in cabinet.
I don’t understand why people do not like to be told the truth? it is very unlikely that an individual can survive two strokes and later has the gutts to brag about it? Luther Vandeross, with all his millions of dollars combined with the best care could not escape the wrath of death? It is just a matter of time and LPM shall be next…which is the truth? Only a miracle can save him as he is receiving the best care? we have lost loved due to the poor healthcare system is Zed, LPM’s life is no different.
The word going around is that the MMD top guns are waiting for 21 days to elapse (13 days gone so far). If LPM is missing in action, the cabinet will compel the Chief Justice to appoint medical experts to find out if the President can carry out his duties. If it is found that he is not able to do his duties, the VP will take over officially as the President and the CJ will call for elections within 90 days. That is how things stand.
Magande is not the right candidate for MMD. The guy rigged his MP election in Chilanga. This case has even gone to high court, why are some people trying to forget these key points. He also used to work for the IMF and we all know what the IMF have done to us.
I do not understand the big deal about RB being the next president? Who cares if he is UNIP, ZADCO, UNDP, PF, CDP? All we need is a leader who is able to deliver, a leader who is able to put the needs of the people first? Let RB have a ball, it is his turn.
103 is probably a Tonga. why not chituwo or mutati becasue magande knows nothing leadership is not about beinga graduate.
hh only knows how to run a business and by virtue of being tonga he became upnd president just becasue tongas said a tonga will have to be replace by a tonga.
i think there are capable leaders more than the two
#116 Eastern Power: Long time: Where have u been? Good to see u on the blog
#116 Guys, Lets consider this carefully, the VP is Rupiah Banda, the head of UNZA is Prof Mwanza, the chief justice is Mr. E Sakala, the head of the secret service is Regis Phiri, Anti corruption commision head is Mr. Nixon Banda.
I’m sure someone can help me to expand this list…..
I think key public positions in government should be equally distributed across the country not whereby some people dominate certain key positions as though its there birthright alone. Let us share and be equal.
# 110,in this age, century and in such society, you can say such words of HATE? How do you say that ALL tongas are selfish and proud? Such talk is not acceptable in this country and age,if one Tonga is like that then it does not mean that everyone is alike.I HATE tribalism, even the idea of it-we are Zambians and together we can come out of this current situation( of LPM’S Illness)with our minds clear. If one Tonga behaved like that to you,why did you not correct them (if at all speaking Tonga in public is a sin)?
Nchito brothers….
Katele has a lot of filthy around him i wouldn’t trust a man who consults wizards to guide him when he is in trouble.Apart from being Chiluba’s boy the former is worse stuff.
Dr.B.Chituwo
S.Sikota
Patrick Chisanga are good candidates.
Though some don’t have the right political machinery to back them.
#110. I would rather you say some Tongas cos not all Tongas are the same. The are a lot of good Tongas out there.Lets not caterogize all Tongas as behaving the same.Just like not Bembas are baka bwalala.
Patrick Phiri – former Chipolopolo manager
John Daka – houseboy
Google Lungu – dakaboy
Peter Banda – Congolese immigrant
what the hell is your point? Come out in the open and say it!! Don’t be a coward – I’m from Eastern Province and will not make apologies for myself or people from the east for being successful.
On #122 last line it should read not all Bembas….
God is blessing this nation. Fortunately at national level we are sorted with what should happen should LPM fail to continue (of course RB takes over no question about it unless you are somehow dumb). It is the MMD which is in trouble to find a presidential candidate within 90 days and i honestly think they have to start now. Teta’s got a point and no apologies for that.
All of you who are against the idea of begining to search for Levi’s succesor are dull and stupid! Iam soryy for the bad language but Iam upset at yiur idiorcy. For the first time since eta became a politician, he has made an accueate observation, infact, Levi himself should have encouraged this idea even before he fell ill, but because of his selfishness, he threatened anybody who dared declare interest in the presidency. I can’t belive this load of rubish from a lot of people on this blob. Because of you people, Levi’s conditioned will result in the little economic progress the country has made to slump due to the confusion surrounding P1. Jesus!people face reality, Levi is done.
See, I even mde a lot typos, because Iam so angry…feel like strungling someone. What is wrong with Zambian people?
#122 just talk about yo tonga’s problems!
never mention bembas!bembas are not tribalists.they have proved that they good people!chiluba said it before even the third time tht no bemba would succeed him after i leave the office!bembas are not power mongers!!
#103 thinks only magade and hh can be presidents!!My friend forget about your guys!
1.HH sold our mines
2.has no experiene at all.
3.became UPND president because of tribalism which exists in the party.
4.list goes on!
magede
1.he rigged chilanga parliamentaly election
2.was chased in america after stealing money in banks.that’s how he became finance minister.
U can find out my friend these facts if you want to know more!!
as much as we know our president will not be the same or fit again i think teta was wrong to say what he said, he could have waited for the president to be declared unfit or dead.
#128 Cj I am not Tonga for your own information. Please just look from where i am coming from before you attack me.I was just responding to some earlier posting where we want to categorize some tribes.
My goodness if people who are civilised enough to use the internet can exhibit such tribalistic tendancies, what can we expect of the semi-literates that litter this country? If we are not careful this tribal thing could get out of hand during the 90days prior to the elections. Most of you are discrediting candidates solely on the basis of their tribe; is their a tribe that is better than the others in Zambia? Lets not have a repeat of what happened in Kenya. Please drop those horiible horrible tendancies; its sickening
hope and trust that God will save our Levy
121. Anonymous
The Nchitto brothers should be very careful. A new guy might just decide that their money was acquired irregularly and come up with all sorts of charges.By the time they are found to be innocent five years would have passed and damage done irriversible.
Remember guys Katumbi must be watching this scene from Katanga with a cheeky grin on face.
Joy you are right it does not matter whether one is Tumbuka,Bunda,Luvale… being of a certain tribe does not make you a better Zambian than the other. Some people just by the way the debating here if the became President we would be in trouble. For me it does not matter as long as the person is Zambian and is able to take our beloved country forward.
Anonymous,
Nchito brothers I don’t think that they are from Eastern Province, I think they are Tongas.
Only people who are not exposed think on tribal lines.I think language is just a cultural identity. In my case, whenever I see a Zambian, whichever part of Zambia he comes from, I feel happy, especially when I am abroad. So my advise is that brothers and sisters lets unite we are just same people. The onlty diffrence is that we differ in languages, Tonga, Lozi, bemba, etc.
Some nicompoops in the countryside think they are educated when they behave like neds by speaking alocl languages in slangs!!Stupid!! Its your duty, the educated, to correct such *****s!!
Hey villagers stop precipitating tribalism.
Zambia can run itself, without a president…. I dont know why we always think we need these conmen!
#133 Zeus: A good observation: 360 degrees view. It is important not just to think forward and backwards but also sideways, diagonally etc. It will interesting to see who things pan out. They were warned in advance though (at the very beginning and along the way) about being careful with politicians & political agendas. I hope these endless intrigues will come to an end. We need to move forward and focuss/direct our energies on more concrete programmes. Giving our people decent housing & gradually phasing out shanty compounds is dear to me. It would give people dignity, help to grow the economy/employment(from construction)and create a healthy environment. Tangible results to be felt by all
Those that talk about other tribes being tribal are the culprits themselves. When their language is spoken in public, it’s cool. When others refuse to be cowed into submission and speak their language, then they are tribal.
You can fool some people some time but you cant fool all the all the time. He who thought was a political engineer caught himself in the same web. Respect other tribes.
Who is Lemba lemba????????
Did he also sell our mines???
All Zambians are triabalists.
Good question 140, thought he was no longer a factor in MMD. Apparently he’s still in NEC, where has he been all this time and doesnt it show that something is seriously wrong that even characters like him are now issuing statements
The tribalism index is as follows in Zambia:
1. Lozis
2. Bembas / Luapula Lunda
3. North Western / Midlands groups
4. Tongas
5. Eastern groups
6. And the rest are just caught up in between.
The point is though we are all Zambians and I thanks God for the many intermarriages. In a few years time, one tribe people will be no more.
One Zambia One Nation
Tekanyani imwe! Wina azalila.
ah..But you chaps are dull.. How did HH sell the mines???. no wonder you have not gotten rich depiste stealing so much from Zambia. You can not survive without being corrupt or connected. Get a life and startt working hard and honestly..
The same way you start calling Nchito brothers names for making money from their intellectual abilities..providing services to a willing buyer.
Levy made money defending coup plotters, was he unpatriotic..No.
Be professional and dont hate people because they work abit more smart and create stronger foundations to build their wealth..
Tikali kutekanya, ni zee mudala
One Zambia One Nation!! One nation no tribalism tag!! Lets move forward!! Since tribalism continues to show its ugly head the onus is on the government to put deliberate efforts to kill it.We the educated are also being polluted and carried away by these simple minds peddling tribalim!! Actually the major culprits are politicians who are always hungry for power and desparate to win votes. To hell with them!!
Think you!! tribalism has no place in our society and you should condemn it with all the seriosness it deserves!!
Players do work, but in Zambia we are jokers. If we claim that prayers can develop a nation, Zambia would have been advanced. Ladies n Gentlemen effort, courage & prayers are nothing without purpose and direction!!!!!
The Nchito brothers could be moving from being state prosecutors to being prosecuted by the state. The say the sun does not shine on one spot.
IAM NOT TONGA BY TRIBE BUT IF ASKED TO NOMINATE A PRESIDENT TODAY, I WOULD GO FOR HH. LET US LEARN TO APPRECIATE HARD WORKERS. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF RECYLCLED POLITICIANS. COBRAS ARE BETTER IN THE OPPOSITIONS TO PUSH THINGS. PEOPLE CAN TALK BUT THEY ARE NOT PRESIDENTIAL MATERIALS. SECONDLY WE ARE IN A DIGITAL ERA, LET US GO FOR PEOPLE WHO WILL SUIT THIS ERA. LEVY IS OK EXCEPT FOR BEING SICK
HH needs to reach out to non tongas by appointing them in key positions within his party. He then needs to clearly his involvement with the privatization programme and to explain if and how he benefited from this. This is important to determine if he can be trusted with the Presidency. He also then needs to explain some tribal statements he comes up with when he is campaiging. He has some strengths and weaknesses that he needs to address otherwise he could be a good candidate for President because he is young.
#84, with all due respect….that is nonesensical. You are entitled to have an opinion on who should be the next president, whether it be Magande or someone else. That is fine, but to suggest that KK “brought” independence, that Chiluba destroyed everything and Levy “really changed things” is dillusional. KK like Chiluba was a figure head. There were others better qualified and active during the struggle. KK began the process of destruction before Chiluba. Chiluba simply continued it. Mwanawasa is no better. The only thing he did was succeed in fooling many into believing that he was better and had a heart for change. All three culprits as far as the destruction of Zambia.
The nation is on auto pilot right now iregardless of what chaps like Mpombo would like us to believe.Which investor would like to commit himself in such a situation of uncertainty as ours. The sooner the govt comes clean the better for the nation. The post this evening is leading with a headline govt hiding the truth about levy from the learned Dr Roger Chongwe. This uncertainty is causing paralysis in the whole of govt and allowing schemers, chancers and mercenaries like Katele to do what they do best -manouver and manipulate the system to their own good.
Its all LPM’s fault coz he put as his vice a man who could never ever even remotely to think about the presidence and I think thats why he has no courage to tell us the truth and take charge. Secondly, the fact that he comes from the opposition obviously makes him unconfortable to make strong suggetions in cabinet especially that those MMD thugs want to cling to their positions and I believe they are unlikely to support his motion but to shoot it down. So where do we go from here lawyers please help. What role can we pla as citizens to move the process?
Teta like any Zambian is entiled to his opinion and fortunately enough this time around it is one that has the nation at heart. Teta did say that he should be considered for presidence. No. LPM is not coming back to be president there is no debate on that one no matter how much you pray in that cathedral of the holly cross, the fact remains that the man is gone. We can only accept it and move forward
What is all this about Tonga tha,Tonga this? This shows off some ice age thinking.Lets move forward as one cos divided we fall and united we stand. There has always been the international criminal court so report any Tonga guy there and prove what they have done to you.Gwan go learn yourself
Anonymous sounds like he has issues with either Tongas or the Nchito brothers.I can’t understand why and how.
Those who discribe others are the worst because they lift themselves above others and yet in their completeness they are shells.Unwise people, peolpe with no consquence people who are bent to disturb and bring anarchy are people who rush for everything about. They have no time to anything and move aimlessly without any thought about themselves and so greedy they are such that they can murder a sick person if put near.Government must watch against such people. This is the time the law must be more effective than ever. Those who fear to execise what the people have entrusted in their keep will fail the people and themselve and allow anarchy to prevail.
i think brazill this time will get the cup in 2010
Please lets discuss issue here about why one laeder is better than another.Iam taken aback to see the issue of tribes resurfacing every now and then.It simply stinks to parade such ignorance and fighting what Zambia has built over the past 50 years or so.One Zambia one nation, do we all know what this means? Is it still being taught in civics.Sorry for asking but i am assuming any one of Grade 9 standard would understand that zambia unlike any country in the region is known and proud of its tribal intergration and diversity.
Please there are a loot of meaningful issues to discuss without bringing in tribal sentiments.
Just that the constitution may not allow. I would love to see Levy resting and Rupiah continuing as President till 2011. Then we the people can elect the president when time comes. In all fairness Levy’s economic policies have been good and we need them to continue.
#162 Tools. You are so senseble. This should be the way forward people should be thinking.Three years from now is not far by any misadventure of levy.I wish like you that the constitution could allow the vice president to continue as care taker until we go for election. It shows maturity and stability.Unfortunately wishes are just wishes and not reality. But within reality we can come up with something as per the constitution which can make us rise up like an eagle from any problem and fly higher up the sky.God is great.
Hi Gentlemen,Thanks for your comments in relation to Mr.Lembalemba’s interview with ZNBC;I think it’s clear that we, as a united nation, have fully realised that none of us would entertain openly unlawful disputes among us.Mr.Tetamashimba’s media approach, especially having in mind the love that our Nation has for our President HE LPM, was quite alrming psycologically. We don’t have to forget that every nation has her own way of approach to the media, and, especially in a similar case to ours at the moment, some caution, or at least choice of words, was supposed to be implemented. We all know that in all our country, this is the first time that we are facing such a tragic moment.Thankyou.
