It’s not funny but foolish and ***** to utter such sentiments that have potential to cause mayhem in the country. Dont take peace for granted which Zambia has, one you will pay dearly. 4. Frank Tayali is Bemba. As for Monica Seketi she is also Bemba speaking, not sure about tribe. I knew a Mr. Seketi in Kabulonga who used to deal in Maize during the FTJ days and he was Bemba inclined.

He was a full blown chongololo who was very materialistic and I didnt see him lasting at DEC. It was a wrong and tempting place for him.
