    • UPND was founded in Northwestern Province. The support UPND in this province is even higher than in Southern Province, where the vote for the party is often compromised by the Bembas and Nyanjas who lived in towns all over Southern Province. Southern Province, has after Copperbelt and Lusaka, the highest number of Zambians from other provinces. I think that the solution is to federalise the country, and let the local provincial authorities lead on projects like this.

    • Mutale Nalumango came and lied about the Hospital…..Even laying a fakwe foundation stone.
Ba President just work quietly and people see. These promises is what let to “Bashi promise”

  3. On Universities, the fastest way to accommodate the provinces listed is by extending UNZA campuses to these provinces but diversifying specialities. Build new universities in the areas but leverage on the experience of UNZA. This will foster integration and encourage young people to spend time in different parts of Zambia and maybe eradicate tribalism once and for all. It’s about time we made every part of our great country greater.

    • We have enough educated Zambians to teach in universities all over the country. Make them full universities. We need universities in Southern, Northwestern and Eastern Province. We need a university in Western Province on condition that our Lozi cousins abandon this secessionist talk. We cannot build a university in Mungu if the Lozi then take it away with them.

  4. I don’t know if everything requires infrastructure because this morning ZESCO loadshedding was switched off at 5 20hrs instead of 06hrs in Mtendere/PHI area. The schedule for group D is clearly 6 to 14hrs and I don’t expect switching off to be precise ,but 40 minutes off is too much. And I am very sure that the one who switched off power before time will not even be asked a single question and it will be business as usual for ZESCO.

    • The water is low. It is interesting how all of you are crying for Southern Province to supply you with electricity, when just last week, you were rejoicing at the drought in Southern Province, blaming the Tonga people for changing the climate there, in a nonsensical and shocking manifestation of the ignorance of science. The Tonga who whose land all of your electricity is generated from have never received a ngwee of compensation. You have tried to steal the two districts in Tonga land that are responsible for generating almost all of the electricity in Zambia. You have sold the land of the Tonga to white Boers of South Africa to try and break Tonga agriculture, so to hell with all of you and your cries about loadshedding

  5. Just create, encourage and assist entrepreneurship in the nation. Zambians are fighters & have been subjected to ukulwisha since the dawn of FTJ but are always let down by you fat cats ( stupid politicians ). The worst enemy to a Zambian child are POLITICIANS period!!!!

    • HH has US $4.5 billion now available to him this year, thanks to the debt restructuring deal completed 3 weeks ago. The elections are less than 3 years. He will deliver tangible projects because he wants to be voted for in 2026. More importantly, the people he signed the debt deal want him to succeed. What has to happen now is for parliament to asset its power by removing the provision that allows party leaders to throw members of parliament who do not do their bidding from parliament. Once they do this, it will enable parliament to effect proper oversight over him and future presidents. This would be good, because other than Kaunda, I do not trust or want any of these characters to have the enormous, unchecked power the Zambian president have.

  7. Ba shi promise! Nayo nayo. Please Mr Hakainde sit down and work. The majority of Zambians have a fair idea of who you are. The people Zambia a fairy intelligent people.

    • He did not have the money before. The budget of Zambia is US $7.5 billion. Of this, we were supposed to pay US $5 billion on the US $33 billion debt Michael Satan and Edgar Lungu borrowed and looted this year alone. We were supposed to remain with only US $2.5 billion for all of our other economic needs. The trade deal Dr Musokotwane reached reduces the amount Zambia has to pay from US $5 billion to US $500 million. As a result, HH now has US $4.5 billion that he will be able to use for development. This is why he is going to deliver.

    • Dont forget like ECL, HH has not been paying towards the debt so what difference are you talking about?? In fact with the debt deal now in place we have to start servicing the debt !!

    • He has no money….
He needs to but electricity for the country…
He needs to buy fuel for the country.

He needs to complete the toilet project in kwacha- Kitwe.
He promised to build roads in a foreign country( Barotse land)
      He has to …..etc…etc….
