Why are you publishing the photos if you do not own the rights? You can’t publish something you have no rights to.
That’s why you give credit. Nothing wrong with publishing someone else’s work as long as credit is given.
@Ntaulu its not that straight forward. If you publish more than 30 seconds of a copyrighted audio for your own commercial purposes you have to pay even if you credit it. Some pictures come with a warning not to be republished. Each case by its merits
