In the on-going diplomatic light-hearted row over George Bush, Information, Broadcasting and Labour Minister, Fackson Shamenda has likened UPND leader, Hakainde Hichilema to unprincipled wizard.
Reacting to Mr. Hichilema’s intentions to petition President Michael Sata’s alleged rebuking of Former American President, George W. Bush, Mr. Shamenda said that the opposition leader is full of hatred and jealousy for the position of republican presidency.
He said that Mr. Hichilema should admit that the Zambian people rejected him through the ballot.
Mr. Shamenda maintains the encounter between President Sata and the Former US President was purely light-hearted.
Mr. Sata is alleged to have rebuked Former American President, George W. Bush over the colonial legacy of Western countries whom he accused of “abandoning” Africa having stripped it of its natural resources.

Everyone knows that Politico is a liberal website full of democrats. Obviously you would not expect any kind words for GWB. It is like expecting praises for Sata on the Zambia Watchdog website.
We expect Trade Unionists to bear qualities of love for the people for whom they aspire to improve the quality of life. Apparently, there must be something genetically wrong with Shamenda, who has undergone drastic MUTATION into a vicious MONSTER. We would have expected Mr. Shamenda to exhibit some measure of affinity and love to his people in Southern Province. If we were to parade .Shamenda and HH and ask a child to embrace one of them, the child will naturally embrace HH who appears to be more human and keep a safe security distance from Shamenda who really looks like a KILLER WIZARD. Political carrier is short-lived, and hence an exhibition of civility is a vital investment for a secure future of the politicians.

What i know is the the host is given time to speak after which the visit gives his response. There is no cutting in when someone else is speaking. Even in everyday conversation we listen and then respond, don’t we?

First time I saw the news about the President’s comments I got so worried but after reading the news I realized that it’s time wasters majoring in minors. I am sure you have seen that in Zambia people have time to discuss minor issues like a person’s personal business, even things as trivial as hair cuts whereas in the developed world people tend to mind their own business that is why it will be very difficult to get used to the Zambian way of life after spending so much time here where people seem so different from people in Zambia.
