Judge Chikopa had apparently left Zambia on July 26, 2012.

He was welcomed at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport by Secretary to the Tribunal Chipili Katunasa.

  1. Can we assume that the government is privy to the soon to be announced ruling by the Supreme Court? On the day the Justice Minister is dismissed, enters Judge Chikopa. What a coincidence. I smell a cat here.

  2. Maybe there no serious cases of corruption in malawi so they dont need there, so he has come back to make money in Zambia where money for theft is in abandance.

  3. Just watch the space there is stinking corruption behind this whole thing. Those tired women chief justices have no choice but to confirm Sata’s judgement which is clearly already passed. Chikopo is one terrible ***** in the entire world with no morals let alone professionalism. He is now advising this equally big ***** to subvert justice by removing anyone who wants to let the process pass ethically including the now former minister zulu. Sata is raping the entire judicial system shamelessly since he has no single grain of morality. shame on that old stupid *****ic dictator Sata

  4. This guy never went to malawi he was at pamodzi, this is scheme that pf want to hondwink as that he is from malawi why did nt they say this when he left the country for malawi. We are dealing with a bunch of criminals here.Let us standup and remove the criminally minded GRZ.

  7. Sorry meant 24th August 2012 .Chief Government Spokesperson Kennedy Sakeni said that the nation should not worry about government’s expenditure on Judge Chikopa.
Mr. Sakeni said that the Zambian government invited the Malawian Judge into the country and will out of courtesy take care of him whilst in Zambia.

  8. In an exclusive interview with QFM, Mr. Sakeni said that people should realize that running a government is not cheap. He said that government needs to exhaust all available avenues for the matter to be handled in a transparent manner. Mr. Sakeni, who is also Information and Broadcasting Services Minister, said that Zambians should be fair and respect what Judge Chikopa is in the country for.

  9. The Chief Government Spokesperson wondered why the engagement of the Malawian Judge to head a tribunal to probe the judges has become an issue when even Zambians are engaged by other countries for similar tasks yet no eye brows are raised.

    • So, who is telling the truth? Did he leave the country in July or has he been in the country all along? How come he was seen arriving on a Kenyan Airways plane (from Malawi?). Where have you been Mr. Chikopo Chibeketi Benzi?

  10. #11, What kind of insulting is that, what language is that? You can’t open the Malawian judge’s zipper like that, he is a parent and grandfather. Respect him more that your Zambian chief thug Mutomba Nchito.

  11. Its scary to work in Malawi, a High court judge looking like that? I think Malawi could be the 2nd uncivilised nation on continent of Africa. Did you ever see their Police officers’ uniforms, ni mwachuleni.

  12. THIS IS A GIMMICK!!! WHO SAW HIM STEP DOWN FROM THE SAID FLIGHT??? You send a chola-boy to the airport to get some records cooked-up & obtain an IN-WARD STAMP & YOU THINK YOU CAN FOOL Zambians?? THIS GROSS POOFING-ABOUT should now stop!!! Send CHIKOPO back to his village!!!

  13. Welcome back Judge us who knew your whereabouts were wise enough not to carelessly criticise unlike some trigger happy jumpy chaps on this site. I hope family back home is fine.
Now lets get down to business…

  14.  Ukulya bwino

Not everyone is a bored chap like you who has time to go to the airport for plane spotting. Get a life my dear friend!

  15. @Ukulya bwino it was shown on TV the Judge disembarking from a plane. So what is yo matata eish, we must not expect the GRZ to consult some of us who come fro KWAAAA!!! @ least kamo nga ni KUUUU!!! Pantu naba HH is from KUUU!!! But taba mwene ko kaa!

  16.  is it true that  judge lovemore has sister or  somrthing in zambia who is a EX -wife to sum one powerful in zambia ?

  17. I’ve no quarell with chikopa visiting zambia as a tourist.my bone of contation is that zambia has so many respected competent persons who can chair the tribunal.

  18. CNP is totally useless and corrupt that is why he appointed Masebo’s son to Japan. The PF should be asked to pay back the money they have spent and will spend on this judge just like MMD has been told to foot chanda chimba the 3rd’s bill because this move is not in the nation’s interest. When is this arrogant former cleaner at victoria station going to learn the reverse gear?

    • Ba Chisenga remember that the judges have not been tried in the courts or tribunal, remember presumed innocent until proven guilty.

  19. @yaba.   it’s “I smell a rat” ….an expression …..to suspect that something is wrong; to sense that someone has caused something wrong….

  20. They can give him the post as ‘Zambia’s minister of injustice’. He has no morals. As a human being with a head above his shoulders he should have found something else credible to do. Nobody loves him here in Zambia. Please go the hell to Lilongwe stupid *****. We have enough of our own crooks.
