They cant plead with state house tourists in the name of RB. People of Southern Province are self starters and not bootlickers.They believe in quality and not quantity. Look at the voting pattern. They cant vote on tribal lines like Bembas. They cant vote for VJ, Munkombwe or Magande because they have no standards required for the job.
