Tana-Bravo Rangers in contention

Nchanga Rangers assistant coach Elijah Tana believes the Chingola side is still in contention to win the FAZ Super Division title.

Nchanga are fourth on the Super Division table with 23 points after a round of 14 matches played so far in the campaign.

Tana said Nchanga’s dream to win their first league title since 1998 was still alive.

“We have a bright chance to win the league; we can’t lose hope because we are still in the first round.

“We are targeting to win the league title and the players are trying their best,” said the ex-Nchanga and Chipolopolo skipper.

Tana added: We are trying to reduce the gap between ourselves and the teams at the top.

The Fighton Simukonda coached side is nine points behind leaders Nkana, who sits on 32 points.

Nchanga takes on second placed Zesco United away in Ndola when the league resumes on 27 July.
