Sate Sate sends Nkana to the top

Share

Reynold “Sate Sate” Kampamba’s late goal saw Nkana go top of the FAZ Super Division table after beating Green Buffaloes 1-0 in Kitwe.

Todays game was Nkana’s first in two months after they were excused from league action after contributing six players to Chipolopolo’s 2013 Cosafa Cup and 2014 CHAN qualifying engagements.

Kampamba scored the goal three minutes into time added-on of the 90 minutes when he pounced on a loose ball to secure the three points.

Nkana are now top on 35 points from 15 games with another four matches in hand and a point ahead of Zesco United who could return to the top if they beat Napsa Stars on Sunday in Lusaka.

Buffaloes drop from third to fourth following the defeat and have been replaced by Nchanga Rangers who beat Forest Rangers 1-0 to join the army men on 30 points.

  1. Man u ifyabuba okokwine, Chelsea amafi. abesu nipa chilata, Nkana witutuma ati twalalusa bola nipaize ee tulewina! you can take me out of wusakile but umutima walishala. guys abena young and shimumbi inkabwela namulamu wenu umusungu

  2. Sate Sate deserves a place in the national team. HR should swallow his pride and forget about his difference with Keegan Mumba over the boy in Mali. Pick players who are in form for the team

  3. We have again resorted to divine intervention to get a win in Ghana. the Minister of sports has organized Inter- denominational prayers for Chipolopolo ahead of the match. What nonsense is this? We did the same before the game against Sudan, what did we get? nothing in the positive because God is a fair god and does not take sides in such matters. If your preparations are poor or you have bad quality of players, no matter how much you seek God’s help, you shall not get it. By the way, who tells the Minister that Zambian are more prayerful than Ghanians. Suppose God decides to listen to their prayer than ours, what are you going to do? Call god an unfair God? We must stop this senseless approach.
