President Michael Sata should listen to the voices and cries of the general membership of the Patriotic Front (PF) and take a decisive action against Wynter Kabimba and the cartel holding him captive because they were not only a danger to the peace and stability of the country but to the Head of State as an individual, Julius Komaki has said.
Komaki, a leader of the anti-Kabimba group, presently hospitalized at the University Teaching Hospital after he was savagely hacked with pangas, said there was a connection between his attack and the expiry of the ultimatum he has given to Post Newspaper owner Fred M’membe and Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Mutembo Nchito to begin paying the Development Bank of Zambia (DBZ) K18 billion loan or face citizens’ arrest.
“We only have one country and there is no where we are going to run to. We are not going to allow a cartel to set this country on fire just because they want to protect their selfish political motives. We know their agenda but we are determined that they should not succeed.
They have started killing us but let them know that their time of reckoning is coming soon. Kabimba and the cartel have become a serious danger to President Sata’s security and we want the Inspector General of Police to assure us of the safety of our President,” Komaki said.
He has charged that the youths in Lusaka and the country as a whole would remain vigilant because they had discovered that there was a cartel planning to set the country on fire by promoting individuals who had been rejected by the entire general membership of the party.
Komaki said Kabimba was not a leader that cadres could die for adding the Justice Minister was going to be haunted by the blood that had been spilled by those who loved the party and President Sata.

He said he was deeply concerned with the safety of President Sata considering that the people who were purporting to be close and loyal to him were the same people attacking the supporters of the Head of State.
Speaking from his hospital bed at UTH, Komaki has challenged Inspector General of Police Stella Libongani to state how safe the President was because it had become clear that Kabimba did not want cadres and senior members of the party who were supporting the President.
He said the youths were aware that former Lusaka Province youth chairman Kennedy Kamba, Provincial chairman Geoffrey Chumbwe, and Goodson Banda had planned his attack and that of other members.
Komaki said he was happy that the traitors in the ruling party had exposed themselves adding that it was going to be difficult to deal with the situation a year before elections.
He said President Sata should be courageous enough and disentangle himself from the cartel because that would make him govern the country with peace and dignity.
Mr. President, its time you dropped GBM, Kabimba and Guy Scott.
Lusaka is not Zambia!!!if this Komaki is not eating because Kabimba is not tolerating their corruption as SG, they can die we don’t care.who is he to warn the president?iwe ka Komaki do you think you have more data than the president?Shame on PF for tolerating such noise makers.the president says stop the squabbles yet they have the audacity to later protest and claim they love the president!!!!it is not PF lusaka that voted alone!
what has scott done
Did you not insult us when we warned you who Sata is?
Uko lwanya nomba.
Indeed, the solution is to drop GBM, Kabimba and Scott. Only then will there be peace in PF.
But as the situation stands, Sata cannot drop these criminals. He is enjoying what is happening in PF.
Do you understand that these are thugs who want the bus stations, markets and illegal plots back!!!to tolerate them is anarchy total anarchy they have to be put down like the dogs they are
Its too much of kabimba! We like him as a sg but pipo don’t want him! I can’t imagine seeing my brother komaki axed in such a maner! Kabimba must go soon
And the President in his usual not to be taken serious manner jst said *chabwela pa munzako mailo chili pa li iwe* when we expected him to come out strongly. I wonder how many more will kill each other on the kitwe-chingola road function he is having The president ought to listen to people advising him to drop both Kabimba and GBM. Further more let him govern and not let Chella and his former boss( Fred) run this country.
Who is this Komaki that has surfaced all of a sudden? We have been treated to names like Robert Chikwelete, Rabson Banda and Chuumbwe (grave) in PF and Bowman Lusambo, Chiwele Maimisa and Scorpion Kadobi in MMD. There is a lot of masobela in PF. They are taking us back to medieval ages with their machete waving cadres and generally lumpen kind of behaviour. Come on guys! Stop the anarchy and get to serious business (that is if you have the capacity to do so). A bye – election now will be a good litmus test about what public opinion views PF.
…and Esther Nakawala, Mike Mulongoti, George Mpombo, Ben Tetamashimba (MHSRIP), William Banda etc. So many clowns!
This is what happens when unelected people usurp state powers. These revelations by Komaki must be taken seriously. Komaki is not just another guy from the streets; he is a senior member of PF. Now he has mentioned that there is a cartel holding our President hostage. Of course we have heard of the cartel before, but not from a top PF official. So there must be a cartel out there holding Sata hostage. The Catch-22 for the former King Cobra is that on one hand he would like to de-link himself from the cartel, but on the other hand, he needs the cartel for reasons we may not know. And so we shall mourn our dear slain brother not knowing where our redemption will come from, and not knowing who the next target is. Cry my beloved country.
The PF leadership, especially the party president needs to be decisive on this matter. If unchecked, this situation could degenerate, I am afraid to say, to an unmanageable levels. Alternatively, our police should be allowed to carry out an independent and professional probe to establish the root cause of the violence in the party, and then they should decisively deal with the cause. The country doesn’t need what we are seeing now. The loss of young Simuwela’s life is so painful to some of us. MHSRIP. PLEASE STOP THE ROT!
Zambia as a country had been heading in the right direction few years ago.
The Kwacha had gained strength since K.K’s disastrous economic policies. Debts were written off, & in general there was investor confidence, & hope for us all.
Look at Zambia now under P.F. Fast becoming a FAILED STATE, where Violence reigns supreme, & THE THUG IS KING! Shame Zambia Shame, infested with Thugs where order & the rule of law are fast becoming a distant memory
P.F, has failed!!
@keleni tasa akete mu 2011; Criticism without offering a solution is meaningless. What solution do you offer?
PF has failed indeed! And all its followers have failed.
zambia needs mo prayers NOW tan ever before. if you believe in the power of prayer and really love zambia, find time always to utter a prayer. there is more to what the physical eyes can see; that is why certain things are confusing to understand. komaki, be spiritually viloent than physical; you have children luking to you
Well St Jude – 7.1, im sure You are an intelligent Person, & I believe Violence & breakdown of law & order is NOT Development by any means.
You tell me how best the people You support can clamp down on thuggish behaviour (Machete) attacks, as this is NOT Democracy or rule of law.
@keleni tasa akete mu 2011 , I do not support them per se, nor do I condone lawlessness. As to how they can clamp down on thuggish behaviour, pls see my comment @ #6 above. I believe that is the best way, and that is why I solicited for a solution from you.
BY LAW, THIS IS THE IDIOT WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAGED BY POLICE FOR MOUNTING AN ILLEGAL CHECK POINT. THAT’S A POLICE JOB.
IF KABIMBA REMAINS IN HIS JOB, OR IF THE PRESIDENT DECIDES TO KEEP WYNTER, HOW DOES IT PAIN YOU OF ALL THE 10M POPULATION? IS IT ANYONE’S BUSINESS?
YOU ARE LUCKY, YOUR FRIENDS DID NOT FINISH YOU.
This Komaki chap being used blindly by GBM and Nsanda should be caged.Who is he to talk about the security of the President ? He is luck to be alive up to now and he should repent.Fro his hospital bed,he should be arrested for all his shallow outbursts.
Imagine of all the 13m plus people this komaki chap thinks he’s the most intelligent one when the opposite is true.come on shut up and leak your wouns quietly.Next time you wont be so luck ,leave the issue of the presidents security with the competent police.
We are now seeing the nonsense that MMD left. Political party members controlling bus stations, markets etc. Winter Kabimba has not allowed this to contiune under the PF hence they want him to go so we can go back to the MMD way of doing things. Komaki must be arrested immediately he comes out of hospital for unlawful assembly. He had no permit from the police.
hostage leader..what do you expect..?kekekekekee
Milling Companies have increased meal meal from today the 12th November,2013

25kg – K67
50kg – K132
Is there a way these milling co. can help the government to feed the nation with the low prices on the item. Let the government revoke their operating liencies
we are not discussing njala here. its the hacked komaki and hostage president. Business is business.
Drop Kabimba because of Komaki????? Where was Komaki when PF was being developed and promoted in opposition??? At that time Komaki was working for the MMD. Today Komaki should advise the President to drop a senior minister who literally built the party with him??? What kind of nonsense is this? Komaki should watch over his shoulder….ask Chikwelete. Your time for reckoning is soon coming bwana.
Mwembeshi,
Komaki was in PF before Kabimba. Kabimba joined the PF in 2009 after defecting from BY’S Zambia Republican Party. At the time Kabimba joined PF, the party was already well established. I was part of the team that wrote the inaugural manifesto of the PF at Andrew’s Motel in 2005 and I know what I am talking about. Kabimba is therefore not even a founder member of the PF. He found us in the party. So your claim that Kabimba literally built the PF with Sata is absolute nonsense. The founder members of the PF included the following: Sata, Scott, late Hamuwele, Lifwekelo (the first SG of PF), Francis and Anthony Kasolo, and Lumbi (High Commissioner to UK).
its very easy to miss the target if you continue looking at your critics. My president, concentrate on working as you are doing right now… In 2016 what will speak is works and not arguments.. Viva micheal chilufya sata.
stupid nosense.what work are you referring to..link malasha roads, desert stadium, shanty heroes stadium or remote university or what is new.
This komaki is a stupid boy. How do you cry for the safety of big boy SATA when you should have cried for your own safety now that you are in hospital as well as the safety of millions of other vulnerable Zambians out there. The entire PF Membership is rotten. PF Party is dangerous to Zambia because they are introducing a new violent political culture in our society. PF Party should be banned with immediate effect. This party is not fit to run Government. Sata should be impeached immediately for displaying insensitivity to this anarchy which has claimed lives. Abash Sata.
Sounds like this Komaki man is a jobless trouble maker and has no respect for the President, Law and Order (Police) and the SG Kabimba. How can one head an organisation named ” Anti-Kabimba” whatever? This is open challenge to the one who appointed Kabimba. Jealous down leave Sata and Kabimba alone, they have lots of challenges to address. Komaki tell your futile sponsors that neither them nor Kabimba would succeed to usurp the presidency of PF and the Republic of Zambia at any time in future. After Sata, I strongly believe God will give Zambia a brand new president who is not yet involved in the fights and selfish ambitions for the presidency, mark my word!
This THUG KOMAKI IF He is not happy with the A-Team he should resign from pf with his funders & form their own political party.
Which voices from the general. Komoki u are not Zambian voices. And stop saying the general public . Its your interest of selfishness greed and being uneducated.
I thought this guy was dead according to LT and ZWD – so he is alive – can some tell us how many people died and how many got injured so far due to pf intra-party fighting.
So ZWD was right about the cartel? am beginning to put my trust in this news agency the Zambia watch puppy is doing a great job
“President Sata should listen to the voices and cries of the general membership” – Komaki
Mr Komaki, I am one of the general membership. I am not crying. Neither do I want to mount silly check points on high ways.
We told you about these creeps and you thought you knew better. These are real thags and you ain’t seen nothing yet. Brace yourselves for more thaggery than you ever did imagine. They will kill each other and kill your neighbors….watch these thugs.
iwe komoki where were you when our not so clever president was campaigning with the same pipo you thick are after his presidency, its you GBM (the fat one without guts) and nsanda(the man who garbed his son s wife )who have problems.grow up continue fighting zambia forward.
