Opposition APC leader Nason Msoni says ruling Patriotic Front Secretary General and Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba is the most boring, most incompetent and inconsistent political operator the country has ever seen.
Speaking in an interview Mr. Msoni noted that by virtual of being in government for close to 35 months one would have thought that Mr. Kabimba would prove to be a mature political operator but that it is not the case with him.
Mr. Msoni notes that Mr. Kabimba continues to annoy the public with his twists and ranting on the constitution making process when it is clear that it is a topic he should be avoiding at all cost if he is not ready to release it.
He further wondered what Mr. Kabimba was trying to achieve with his recent outbursts on the constitution making process as it has now backfired on and he has opened a ponderous box as questioned are being asked on his capacity as a Minister of Justice as well as the coherence and consistency of the current government.
Mr. Msoni further notes that government through Mr. Kabimba himself told the public that he will take a cabinet memorandum to cabinet so that it can table the constitution making process and decide when it can release the draft document but now has changed again and are accusing the same people of trying to hijack the process.
He charged that Mr. Kabimba keeps taking the country backwards as he keeps changing directions when ever it suits him.
He adds that the justice Minister keeps building from one lie to another which is most unfortunate and not helpful the country’s aspirations of having a people driven document which will stand the test of time.
Mr. Msoni also notes that the choice of words used by the Justice Minister are an insult to Zambians as he seems to imply that the constitution is not for the less enlightened members of the public.
He charges that the use of the word illiterate is derogatory, offensive as well as disrespectful to many Zambians as the country has different levels of enlightened (education) citizens with many not having had the opportunity to have the average education standard.
Kabimba is a Mwembeshi Reject. A dull lawyer that has never won a case in court. Only in Zambia can a man with such weak credentials be Justice Minister. Wynter is in politics as a means to sustain his life.
He is better than HH who has never been a ward chairman.

Namona, I fully agreed with on this one. Those lecturer deserve to be discredited of their credentials. I also want to know how Sata gave Kabimba a pass on becoming Justice Minister. I guess the answer is obvious that our president is clueless and incompetent as well.

Muhabi said Kabimba is the greatest destructive force Zambia has ever seen and that President Michael Sata must marshal enough courage to remove him from Secretary General of Pf and Minster of Justice for the sake of the PF and for mother Zambia.
I thank Muhabi for explaining to me that this man has never had any mandate to be in any position of leadership because he has never won anything in a fair election. I now understand why he is clinning to the Draft Constitution that is his only salvation. He is fortunate that Zambians are calm people otherwise he would have been removed “by air.” Mr. Kabimba is fake.
It’s easy for Msoni and others to make Kabimba their scapegoat and blame him for all the PF mess. Surely Kabimba is what he is because of Sata’s incompetence and incosistence. Who is the worse serial liar between Sata and Kabimba?
For as long as Sata remains moribund and non-functional Zambians must brace themselves for worst times ahead. It does not make sense to pick on Kabimba for blame without taking a critical look at his boss.

It should be “Kabimba is the most boring, bla bla bla political operator the country has ever seen” Grade 5 grammar when I was at school.
Msoni you are just jealous of Wynter’s success. You are obsessed with the vivid prospects of Wynter becoming the next Head of State. You can’t bare that reality, can you? Wynter is one of the few remaining realistic politicians hence it is difficult for opportunists to understand him; people who want to use the constitution making process as a means of employment (mwailasha) not under PF. You can’t put a constitution on the table and eat it. PF addresses urgent issues that boarder on people’s well being and better future. You have failed to understand the connotations of simple metaphors and start judging a sensible man wrongly. If anything is you who doesn’t make. The constitution will come at the right time, just be patient and reasonable.

One way forward is for Zambians to stay away from this 50 year celebration. What are you celebrating really? Is not democratic rule, gov’ts chosen by you for you? Well K is withholding or delaying the constitution that give you those rights and you are all expected to dance in the street celebrating not currently having your rights not written down! The biggest campaign victory for Sata is to release thus constitution as soon as possible.
