Alliance for Development and Democracy (ADD) President Charles Milupi has appealed to President Michael Sata to soften his heart and give the Zambian people a new Republican Constitution.
Mr. Milupi tells QFM News that his party has since written to President Sata to consider giving the people a new constitution in answer to their cry.
He says the people of Zambia have not given up on the possibility of having a new republican constitution.
And Mr Milupi says President Sata should not delegate someone to officially open Parliament on 19th September, but should personally grace the occasion.
President Sata has written letters of invitation to Members of Parliament to attend the ceremonial opening of Parliament on 19th September, 2014.
Why plead with an arrogant man?
It is sad that folk have to plead with another human being to allow them to have what is rightfully their’s. To plead with an *****ic ailing dictator to give you what is already yours is agony of the most painful kind. I can’t fathom it. It is just incredible to me. Zambians rise up and take your country from these dictators.
Does the new constitution covering Barotseland thing, why Milupi is concerned if the Republic of Zambia if he is part of the other country? What kind of Lozi is that man?
Your pleading is falling on deaf ears Mr. Milupi. Sata thinks he owns Zambia. Its just a matter of time.
Why should we have to plead with a dictator in order to get a constitution. It really is clear that this guy Sata is so much feared by both those in government and those in the opposition. They all seem to be scared of this dictator. How do people live in country like this where you are constantly in fear of the dictator. Massipa Sha!!!
The Bricklayer,
Lwa me uhh twah!
All dictators have something in common, they are a menace to democracy.
But, why should the opposition plead with PF when in terms of rights the rights to organise and take action against PF, they are Constitutional and legally on the same footing as PF?
The opposition should not be timid. They need to fight for the betterment of this Country. They should not be cry-babies. Who then would lead this Country out of this dictatorship if the leaders are simply begging and not demanding and taking?
PF has not bought Zambia. PF does not own this Country. They pleaded for votes and for jobs which the people of Zambia had ‘Advertosed’. PF must go, if they want to work for themselves and not for the public who foot the bills of running this Country. The tax payers must Rule!
Maano,
PF loves confusion. If they really wanted to give the Zambian people a new constitution, they would have had in those “90 days” syndrome of theirs. Alas, its Donchi Kubeba sickness everything and eventually no one will be allowed to even mention the name “constitution” under PF.
They will stop at nothing less of creating a One PF party State and you will witness the truthfulness of Sata’s callousness.
Even Ed “Beer man” Lungu is fallen prey to Sata*s snare, soon will be dropped to promote Mulenga Sata with an agenda of new constitution. I promise you, it will be another Donchi Kubeba on “Zombies”, or me too sorry, I mean Zambians.
They are too sleepy, even the likes of Dan Pule and Mpombo can be presidents in Zombie land or Zambia, really?!
