THE Government and the ruling Patriotic Front (PF) is currently peaceful and stable contrary to squabbles being reported by some sections of the online media, Vice President Guy Scott has said.
Dr Scott said everything was fine and peaceful within the Government and PF in Lusaka and across the country.
He was speaking in Livingstone today at Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula International Airport upon his arrival to open the Local Government Association of Zambia (LGAZ) 58 annual conference.
Dr Scott, who was accompanied by Local Government and Housing Minister Emmanuel Chenda, was received by Southern Province Minister Daniel Munkombwe, Local Government and Housing Deputy Minister Forrie Tembo, LGAZ president Mulenga Sata, Livingstone Mayor Milford Maambo, Livingstone District Commissioner Omar Munsanje and other senior Government officials and PF members..
“On Sunday, I welcomed President Michael Sata back from New York and today we had a cabinet meeting where we agreed everything peacefully and the party is also stable.
The Government is progressing and everything is very peaceful this morning. When you read about lies in some online publications, it is because they have nothing to write about,” Dr Scott said.
And speaking at the same gathering, Mr Munkombwe asked party members to work with established party structures.
He said only established structures help the ruling party to grow.

Its just in words but in reality what online media write is the truth,u still has the winter kabimba supporters,post news attaches,GBm group and embrassive category.
If only a word out of this man’s mouth can be believed. But recent history as far back as two days ago (Sat) suggests that this educated vice president is a shameless lier who is capable of lying when the truth is steering at him right in front of his nose.
Chikwanda has given his considered view that Scott is a desperate man doing all unprincipled stuff to keep his discredited position. In other words, he means all is not good in Government and the PF

I reckon Scott is being vindicated, he is actually referring to the opposite. Instead it should read as:

You did alot for PF and if things end the way they seem to be going it will not be good.You would do better at times to keep quite about certain issues. 2days ago you complained some people wanted to hound you out of VP position and eventually PF, today Nixon Chilangwa,representing Luapula MPs was in the post accusing those against you as being confused people. So which online media are you blaming instead of addressing your friends at the Post Newspapers. 2 things are possible;there are evident reprisals for taking sides with a loosing group(Team A) or you are scared of your own shadow and thus creating stories to pre-empty a non existing danger.But you also failed to provide leadership and reconcilliation in PF-calling others corrupt & tribal without proof.

Scott, never gave up on Sata, he was there for him, he never to merge with HH, he is the one who said “we go it alone” and for sure, we won at the end. Please, do not through him out.
