Konkola Blades star striker Humphrey Maseneko is set to join FAZ Super League champions Zesco United together with Kabwe Warriors midfielder Misheck Chaila.
Zesco secretary Justin Mumba reveals both Konkola and Warriors have agreed to let go of their respective prized players.
Maseneko and Chaila are expected to seal the deals once they pass medicals and agree personal terms with Zesco.
“I am proud to announce that we have reached an agreement with Konkola Blades to sign striker Humphrey Maseneko on a permanent move.
The club has also concluded negotiations and reached an agreement with Kabwe Warriors for the permanent transfer of midfielder Misheck Chaila,” Mumba told the official club website.
The duo played together at Konkola for two years before Chaila was recalled by Warriors half-way into the 2014 season.
Meanwhile, Zesco are bolstering their squad ahead of their CAF Champions League outing next year.

Former First Lady Maureen Mwanawasa on Friday 26th December 2014, took time to meet Post Editor Fred Mmembe. Maureen who arrived at the Post premises at 15:30 stayed on until 17:15hrs.
Maureen is suspected to have gone to plead for political space for the UPND and Hakainde Hichilema.
