Patriotic Front President Michael Sata has described the decision by Lusaka High Court Judge Philip Musonda to order the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) to return second Republican President Fredrick Chiluba’s forfeited properties as a temporal.

Speaking with Qfm, Mr. Sata says Zambians know the salary of a republican President and wonders where Dr. Chiluba got the money to acquire his property.

He says the former President accumulated so much wealth in his two terms of office adding that Zambians are not blind to see what is happening adding that they will act using the power of the ballot.

The PF leader has however congratulated Dr. Chiluba for the court’s decision and that it will not be right for people to question Judge Musonda’s order as he is just following the law.

Judge Philip Musonda has ordered the ACC to surrender seized properties to a company registered in Panama called Tedworth Properties Inc which Dr. Chiluba used to acquire the said properties in Lusaka.

The properties are Horizon House on Leopards Hill Road, Chibote House and Alberg Court Longacres all in Lusaka respectively.

How can it be temporal when a High Court has ruled, unless you are indirectly telling people that when the Pact comes into office, it will influence Judges to make certain decisions, something we are all against whether now or in future. Let the Judges do their work as per law or have the laws changed.

i think things should be as follows in Zambia.
1. president=bemba
2.v/president=easterner
3.defence minister=tonga
4.home affairs minister=n/western
5.the lest ministerial positions give them to the copperbelt,central and lusaka provinces.
6. Lozis should not be included coz of the barotse issues or give give them position of speaker of the national assembly. in this way Zambia will be very peaceful like it has ever been.

I think Kabimba is more intelligent than Sata who leads him, Kabimba’s arguments are convincing that that of the head of his party. Look the fact remains that Sata believed and still does that Chiluba’s prosecution was on vindictive basis, hence his open declaration to support him through and through during Levy’s reign and the swearing to pardon him. SATA said he will pardon Chiluba and in pardoning him, it would have follwed that FJT would have gotten what he is getting today. Zambians have been taken for granted for too long by thieving politicians.
