  1. The loss of human life, irrespective of the differences we may have, is a sombre moment. Therefore, during this time we put away our differences and mourn the passing of another Republican President. MHSRIP.

    • I am still shocked and I am still hearing choices in my head ‘this is not real’

We need answers how someone who just needed a quick medical check up was ended up being hospitalized and as it seems from pictures now , lost their life

We need answers, a 2 year Ferrari doesn’t all of a sudden get declared off road for life, the manufacturer need to to be answerable.

Thoughts are with the family at this time

      Thanks

    • Moments like this one defines what Zambia is made off. Politicians will fight each other but they are friends, eat, laugh and mourn together. The call for peace does not make any sense to me because we are generally peaceful pipo. When you see a Zambian you will witness peace, love and Smile.

  2. THIS IS VERY PAINFUL ESPECIALLY TO THE COMMON MEN AND WOMEN IN ZAMBIA HO HAD SO MUCH HOPE IN THE MAN. NOW LET PF SHOW THAT EVEN WITHOUT SATA PF IS PF. UNITE BEHIND ANYONE WHO WILL BE CHOSEN TO STAND WHETHER IT BE GUY SCOTT, EDGAR LUNGU, ETC, REGARDLESS. AND CAMPAIGN FLATOUT AND WIN SO THAT THE PROGRAMS A CONTINUED TO BUILD ZAMBIA. SHORT OF THAT ZAMBIANS WILL NEVER EXCUSE ALL THE REMAINING CABINET AND PF MPs.

    • Peter you always talk sense but here you slipped off a bit, please let me correct

Either a) Scott b) mulenga Sata c) Chikwanda or d) Dr Christine Kaseba

Anything less will be an insult to President Sata and his legacy for me

      Thanks

    • I hope Zambians realize how much Dr Scott is the only ideal man that should be the the Zambian with the current state of affairs home and abroad. I’ve been in diaspora for close to 20 years and the Country just need some one non-aligned to a certain group of humans with stupid ideas.

    • Campaign based on what? Donchi kubeba??

Remember what Fred said about roads and infrastructure…..they are not gifts from PF but projects built on borrrowed money which Zambians will have to pay!!

  3. Very somber moments and many more with foreign dignitaries still to come. When this historic curtain is drawn Zambia will be reborn, hopefully for the better.

    • Zambia reborn in the jubilee year. hope this crisis -which means danger and opportunity is not lost into emotions by the citizens.

    • The Constitution:

      1. Only allows a person with both parents who are/were citizens of Zambia to occupy Presidency.
      2. Allows the President to nominate some MPs.
      3. Allows the President to appoint the VP from the MPs.
      5. Allows the VP to Act as President if the President dies or incapacitated.

      BUT:

Section 13(2) of Citizenship Act allows the President to bestow citizenship on any person not otherwise entitled to or eligible for citizenship of Zambia.

And that is where the mischief lies!

      Scenario:
President X grants citizenship to his mate who until then hails from a nation at war with ZED.
He nominates him as MP and appoints him as VP.
President X dies say within two weeks of appointing VP

Question: Would Cabinet allow that VP to occupy the Presidency?

  4. I AM VIEWING THESE PICTURES WITH TEARS FLOWING ON THEIR OWN. MY CONDOLONCES TO MRS SATA AND CHILDREN. MAY GOD ALMIGHTY REST ON ZAMBIA AND LET PEACE REIGN IN THIS MOURNING PERIOD AND DAYS AHEAD.

    • What a senseless prayer! How do you ask someone to rest on Zambia when he knew all along what was going to happen? What are you saying to Dr. Kaseba and millions of other Zambians who prayed ceaselessly for MCS to get well and return home safely?

  5. …my nephew rang me early Monday morning to break the news…I asked him…’ who told you?’… he said…’ the govt has announced..’.. I hard to ring a friend in London to confirm.
…. for a moment I wondered if it was a plane crash or heart attack ….How can some-one who went just for a medical check-up end up dead…?? I pondered
Its not until I saw these pictures that the truth started sinking in me. From nowhere I felt tears rolling on my chicks…so its true…I wiped my tears and I was done.
This time is for mourning until burial….I ‘m waiting for ‘isambo yamfya’ ….for someone to answer my so many why.. how questions…. when all along I was being told that he is fine and working very had….

    • What hole have you been hiding in? I’m starting to feel like Tb Joshua…everytime latest pictures of him were published I could predict that Sata would die anytime soon. And so it came to pass.

  6. Picture 1. made me laugh!!

Pic. 15 Guy Scott looks like ” John Walker 19pendefikondo”

Sata’s sons wearing blue suits instead of black… tsk.. tsk

    Zambians are humble like children.

  7. SORRY!!!!

    Picture 17. made me laugh!!

    • Who told you black is the only color to wear, you must be one of those brainwashed to think everything bad and must be in black and yet out of black came out everything.

    • Fact is HE MCS killed the one zambia one nation … look at his cabinent, you might mistake zambia to have only two provinces (northern and luapula). He spoke only in english and bemba, tells what type of a man he was. lastly, his party brought alot of unruliness to the political discourse and yes its his persona and larger than life character that spread his influence everywhere his party or person was. MHSRIP!

Zambia can rise again from such ashes … One Zambia One Nation!

  8. Just observe the way Nevers Mumba is looking at bacshi Nono you can tell that no one will ever trust nor let Nob Schinga go any where near state secrets other he will reveal them just to get a shag.

  9. I have seen criminals, fraudsters, and genuine ones. Among the criminals are Judge Ngoma, fraudsters Bob Sichinga, Genuine ones Dr C Banda, KK, HH, NM, EN, GBM, RB and the children of the late President

  10. @ mushota.
Of all pipo, I feel sorry for mushota, her mom was wh0re, her dad is not known.
She got nothing to do in life, no wonder silly comments. That’s all she does. Shame…..I looking for maid, let me know mushota. Jt a favour.

  11. This is the second time I get a feeling of One Zambia One Nation! From Opposition leaders, Former Presidents, Government officials to ordinary citizens sharing their grief as one people. I love what am seeing, this is the Original picture of what is in the Zambian Hearts and not the picture I get to see or read about on the internet.
Am loving what is before me, there is hope to working together!

  12. Medical checkups are terrible. Someone who is fit and just goes for a checkup he ends up dying really. Some conspiracy going on here really. Anyway the man lived his life and achieved his dreams. Celebrate his life in peace and harmony!

  13. I Wonder what ” Bashi NONO” was talking to my President Nevers Mumba. Rest in peace MCS , U Did your part, i hope SCOT will take us to the promised land, he is the ONLY sober man, he should rule zed now upto 2021

  14. What a happy and joyous day to the savage dictator being owed dead and seeing all his disciples disappointed and mourn in grief. It is good riddance for mordern democracy. Zambia shall be saved from evil men such as Michael Chilfya, Chalesi Mwango Sata.

May his stinking corpse be burried soon, it is really choiking peace lovers to death

    • you are really stoopid. you are in deep KAK! you are the personification of the anti-Christ. Hell fire was ignited for scum like you but before that there’s hell for you right here on earth. sleep with one eye open.

  15. i have lost a father, I will miss you so much our president. you did a lot for us under the protection of our Lord Jesus Christ. May His Soul Rest In Peace

  16. I pray Dr Scot continues to act as president till 2016 when we have the general elections or he should be chosen to stand as PF presidential candidate and we will see the demise of uncivilized violent cadres.Hes the only suitable candidate for PF.
