Dr Guy Scott Acting President of Zambia 12-11-2014
Dr Guy Scott Acting President of Zambia 12-11-2014

I am a proud Zambian and I do not have any political party affiliation.

Like many other Zambians, I am appalled at your lack of clear, consistent and principled leadership since you took over as Acting President of our nation. As Zambians we have vested interest in how you resolve your intra-party succession battles in the Patriotic Front (PF) party because you hold the instruments of power in Government.Your actions therefore affect every fabric of our nation. They have far reaching consequences beyond the chaos you have orchestrated in your party, the PF, because the seeds of discord can degenerate into political anarchy and further loss of economic opportunities in the nation at large.

Mr. President, you have a clear choice before you. You can choose to be on the right side of history by doing what is right in the interest of our nascent nation or you can continue to perpetuate the selfish interests of few individuals. From the onset of the succession conflicts that have beset your party, since the demise of President Michael Sata, I was initially convinced that you were acting in good faith trying to uphold the rule of law by demanding for a General Conference to elect a new President for the PF party.Mr. President, I regret that my initial benefit of the doubt of you was wrong. I am afraid that going by your recent actions, you are disingenuous, lack principled leadership and you are plunging the country we all love into chaos.

You insisted on a General Conference and 5,000 delegates from all ten provinces of our nation gathered in Kabwe for this purpose. But how come Mr. President you did not show up to address the people you had convened?

If indeed there was anarchy at the Mulungushi Rock of Authority, how is it then that the Zambia police (ZP) have not made a single officially recorded arrest to that effect? In any case Mr. President you are the commander-in-Chief of the Armed forces of Zambia. If needs be, you could have summoned the entire Police Service, Air force and Army to escort you into the Conference arena to fulfill your duty by addressing the people you had asked to come.

Mr. President these people you convened in Kabwe are not chattel. They are men and women who left their families and livelihood and answered your invitation to come and take care of very important party and national matters. You should have been courteous enough by showing up to address your members. The only plausible reason you did not show up is because things have not gone the way you intended and going by the sentiment in your own party, your preferred candidate was not any where near becoming the next PF Presidential candidate.Mr. President you ought to respect the will of the majority. It is called Democracy. Zambia is not an Oligarchy. You seem to be serving the interests of very few individuals and imposing it on the majority of the people.

Mr. President you cannot keep on taking the people of Zambia for granted. On what legal grounds have you nullified the results of the General Conference?

Is it on the basis that your preferred successor had no guts to show up on Election Day? And who is to blame for that? The process has to go on and there is a nation waiting for direction Mr. President. If your sentiments that the list of eligible voters was compromised were correct, you had since Thursday and all other resources at your disposal to correct it as Presiding Officer of the General Conference. It was the reason you moved the voting to Sunday. The buck stops on you Mr. President.

According to the PF National Chairperson, Ms. Inonge Wina, every legal provision concerning the proceedings of the General Conference was followed.

Mr. President, you insist on having another “General Conference” gathering tomorrow Monday December 1. Which “delegates” will be there to “vote” in your preferred candidate because the 5,000 you earlier invited and snubbed have concluded their business and left town?

My advice to you Mr. President is that you can salvage your legacy by doing the right thing moving forward. Listen to what the majority of the people in your own party have already said, loud and clear, through the General Conference you convened.Secondly, work at building the peace we need as a nation as we head into the presidential election early next year. You only have up to January 20, 2105 to serve as President and history will judge you kindly for leaving behind a governable nation.

In conclusion, I am optimistic about our future prospects as a nation because Zambians are a resilient people. We as a people will get there. We will get to our “promised land”.We are fashioned with and blessed by God’s good hand. We are one land and one nation, brothers and sisters under the sun.

Like our noble eagle in its flight, we shall run and not get weary, we shall walk and not faint. This too shall pass.

God bless our own motherland Zambia.

    • The PF problems are more than what people see.. talk of the Cartel.. its just an illusion created by some media, and talk of the last king of scotland.. here we have him. and as for vodka lungu.. all i can say is patience is a virtue… why is he so power hungry?.. thatin itself should make you think twice

    • If Zambians vote for PF again then educational levels is zero . Everyone can see how lungu and his bandits are after stealing.

    • Good article but where did you get your facts from? Are they just hearsay or a rant? I am neither PF nor UPND, MMD is a dead party but I think you have been very unfair in your damnation of HE-AP-GS. The wrangles taking place have nothing to do with us who are not PF. The PF issues have made me realise that I can’t just sit on the fence and therefore I have joined a sane party called UPND and I will tell you that others are doing so in their droves. Who are you Mr Ngoma? You have not declared your interest in this big rant for us to see your concerns in a clear manner. So what if the 90 days run without PF sorting out their differences? This is a party packing its bags and ready to vacate the eorridors of power and you should not cry over that. Let them kick lamps out of each other!

    • Ever heard of a saying that goes like this in bemba ” Ubufi bulaya noku bwela?” I have no sympathy for PF and its imminent demise – not a single wee bit of it! They lied through their teeth about our Late President Micheal Sata. They lied about the constitution, they lied about more money in people’s pockets, they lied about prosperity, they lied about getting rid of our dependency on foreign aid and debt control, they lied about almost everything they promised they would do for the people that put them in power but worst of all are the lies about our ailing president. They (PF) cannot to be trusted! I don’t want that minister of mis-information Kalasa, katema, kabepa or whatever his lying name is to continue in his job. I don’t take lightly to being lied at. I loathe being lied at!

    • Since when has there been principled and clear leadership in PF? Deadwood Sata’s leadership was the most myopic and shambolic leadership ever and at least empty tin Scott is trying to follow their constitution and has no power to fire…something incompetent Sata had.

    • I personally feel scott should step down now! he has shown he is not a democrat ,after all colonial blood runs through him.

Come to Europe and stop meddling in African affairs scott, you belong in old people s homes.

Can President Lungu address the nation please!

    • PF have no respect to Leadership. Let us not Blame Guy Scott, how do we expect him to address these hooligans called PF Cadres. they don’t even recognize him as their Leader.

Mr Acting President Well done and let PF realize that at any given time, in any situation?? there is only one President. If Edger and his Fools want to play the Game?? let them go ahead. They have more to lose than You. Guy Scott I salute you, you tried to help PF but with those lawless dull MPs, there is nothing you can do but just finish them.

It’s time we asked questions why PF Presidential aspirants are so desperate? In their selfishness they have brought divisions. so let the game continue. by next month? the whole Party will be dissolved.

  1. I personally Think Acting President Scott acted accordingly. Why was Lungu the only candidate at the convention? Lungu shunned the meeting where all the rest of the candidates where. So that he could be declared the winner unopposed. I saw Willie Nsanda who is still suspended and Inonge winner at the convention the two who refused to apologise among the suspended. I think the Lungu camp want power by all means. Lungu has the potential to win. all he needs to do is make sure the elections be free and fair and win the party Presidency clean.

    • Even if the Lungu camp want power by all means, they are still in the majority. Guess thats what makes democracy. It lies in numbers and even if you are outnumbered by one person, you will still lose. So swallow that waumfwa..

    • Baba look between the lines? Who has the instrument of power? Lungu or Guy Scott??? How come he did not call the police or military to bring the situation to order? There was no fracas in Kabwe baba.

    • I am bit left behind.
After he relinquished the position of SG of the Party supposedly to level the playing field, we were told that Edgar Lungu was now an ordinary member of the party PF seeking to be elected PF president at the Conference to be arranged by the Acting President. It was said the Party register of 2011 will be used for accreditation to the conference.
It is generally believed that Edgar has no enough personal financial muscle than some or even most of the other candidates vying for the presidency of PF to be able to corrupt 5,000 delegates
Yet today Edgar is being credited for single handedly bringing in most of the delegates, corrupting the register and so on and so forth. It is not adding up, or is he such a shrewd operator or just a scapegoat by those with less…

    • They do not want power; the powerless Scot did not even have guts to go to Mulungushi, what sort of president is that? if there was chaos, how come SLIPERY SYLVIA, was saved by the police? Do you think the police that were ther would allow violence as they are reporting it? Think, Guy Scott is a stooge used by others to put in a robot president the cartel can control; I am not a PF supporter but I am glad Edgar Lungu got the seat and I hope he holds on to it. Tired of Pf s nonesense, come 2015 I hope we can vote them out of power, they are a great embarressement to our country; never in the history of Zambia has a political party been so violent.

  2. Guy Scott, please put your house in order. However, I disagree with the author that the chaos are a national crisis. It is purely the usual PF confusion. PF has been confused with violence all over the show even when Sata was alive. You expect any better now? Luckily we have alternative parties

    • @Gaudensio: You are such a shallow minded Dic.khead!! What the author is saying is that the infighting and tension can affect the whole fabric of the nation and even elections can be cancelled.
The very people “fighting” at that conference are the ones selling at the markets, along streets, etc. When vioelence starts, it will affect everyone not only PF!Dont be so stu.pid and naive Ar.sewhore – use your head!

    • Gaudensio,

You are on the money, son. I once said that the problem with the PF party was that they had no underlying principles binding them together. They were a bunch of individuals with very diverse interests. So, the chaos manifesting now should come as no surprise.

Let us just hope they will soon agree on a candidate so they can lose the election.

I think Zambians should do the right thing and ditch this bunch of fools and quiet frankly crooks.

  3. Excellent article. Please we want to continue enjoying the peace in this country. Had respected the Acting President but I m convinced He does not mean well for the peace of Zambia.K.K kindly advise Scott to respect the majority and step down. You will never impose your preferred Candidate on us or else it is Upnd.

  4. I would bet on Guy Scott anytime any day rather than this nut Job Lungu guy! You Zambians are like children, you simply do not posses the mental faculty to determine what is good for you! Just look at the History of your chosen or the so called people’s choices? Where has that got us to? You are just going to keep doing the same things again, again & again and then go off to shout that you are not seeing progress, pathetic, absolutely pathetic excuse for human beings, you are a joke & if you had any sense at you, you would laugh at your silliness! You had to thank God for the likes of Guy Scott, the man is trying to guide you in the right direction but you just can’t see it, you won’t see it, this is how losers are structured, they are a mess unto themselves. What you need is a…

    • Unfortunately it is not Dr. Scott’s job to decide who is the best candidate. His job ends at facilitating, without any preferences and bias, credible elections of the new PF President!

  5. Put candidly, Scot want Dr. Kaseba to take over the leadership of the PF so that he continues being Vice President.

  6. Please ba Cartel behave yourself. We know you and you are using these desperate 8 aspiring Pf Presidential Candidates to fulfill your evil intentions. The official venue for the Pf Convention is Mulungushi University. Guy Scot we are not fools.

  7. It is cheaper to lose one person than the innocent multitudes that would suffer if the anarchy in PF spread to the rest of the country! PF, sort out your mess by getting rid of the source of your problems! Guy Scott does not mean well for you! He and his cartel friends have resolved that it’s better “Ukufilila munsenga” than allow anybody else other than their preferred candidate, the “Black Widow” take the reigns in PF! Therein lies your problem! Sort it out! Get rid of the source! Even the “Useful *****s” in the likes of Kambwili, Simusa, GBM, Bob Sichinga, et.al will abandon him! The ball is in your court! You have the power, and the means! You have a new president! Do not allow an illegality to be perpetuated here!

  8. The reason why we vote for people into office is for those people to improve the standards of our lives. In this case, we put PF into power and our lives have worsened. So why are we still talking about PF, what is the logic, what is the rationale of still talking about PF? Simple and straight forward issue

  9. As things stand for now, neither Lungu nor Guy Scott’s preferred puppet deserves to be elected as the Republican President. Haven’t we seen enough to inform us that this is not the Party to entrust the future of our country? If they can’t manage their own party how do you we expect them to do so when it comes to governance of the country?

  10. This article lack merit and it is written by a Lungu supporter. To begin with PF issue is not a national crisis . Lungu was not elected by genuine delegates . How many votes did he receive? How come he was the only candidate at the convention? You expect Guy Scott to endorse this kind of irregularity?
Lungu should just take it easy , this PF election is his to lose. He does not need these thugs to intimidate others if he believes he is popular.

  11. Ba Guy scot show us that you are white. This is definately not the way forward for PF Our late dear president brought all the people together and built a great strong party but within a month you have manage to disintergret it by not being neutral. If our late president MHSRIP is to wake up,he would definitely be disappointed. Time is still theRe for you to do what is right and rescue our PF pliz I berg on my knees. Let PF continue after 20th Jan. Twapapata ba acting president. Let the will of the people prevail and you never know it could be the will of God. You should also ask the church to pray for this great nation to stand firm and straight. Go PF Go

    • Inferiority complex typical of Kaponyas. You think Whites are better than us Blacks because of their skin colour? Get a life you muppet!

  12. How many of those 5000 delegates you cite were properly accredited officials to the conference? What you refer to as unprincipled lack of leadership by Guy Scot is infact a resolute refusal to allow Lungu to impose himself as the PF candidate without following properly laid down channels and he ought to be commended. Why should Edgar Lungu be permitted to hijack the conference using unruly cadres who have been ferried in to bully others.

  13. Where is Katondo Boys today? You are really a street boy!!! When people advise you on the right things you always want to argue with nonsense!! when we tell you the truth you always want to accuse Zambia’s watchdog. Tell the people online with your of and Lungu?? You and all your colleagues who argue for of are not real Zambians hence your name!!

  14. Very True, this Guy Scott has lost respect of Zambians now. We thought he was right but now we know that he means not well for Zambia. The earlier we stop him the better. Shame on Kambwili, Masebo and Guy Scott.

  15. The meeting place was the convention arena in Kabwe not any other unprescribed place. Mulungushi Rock of Authority was the venue legally for the convention, why change goal posts. Lets be realistic people and stop being used for selfish reasons. Look at people who did not reach the venue, all seem have similar agenda. I s it about Lungu or People’s choice?

Lawyers, where are you to provide guidance please? This nation should not be treated to a circus that will end up disturbing the cool it enjoys. Lets not hide and burry our heads under the guise of it being in-house of PF. Mr. Acting President, please think through and act prudently . We shall back you up. Let people’s will prevail.

  16. Scott is a dictator,Zambians won’t allow this nonsense. We fight until he runs away.He kept delegates waiting for 3 days.he is a bad leader .Other candidates failed even to managed 20 delegates. The returning officer won’t go back coz he followed the right channel.hatred against Lungu won’t happen. We are ready now to fight u.We PF members want EL.Why is Scott bring confusion. They’ll be problems in Zambia Scott continues

    • Iwe the conference was hijacked by Lungu’s thugs thats why Scott shunned it. Did you want him to be embarrassed by EL criminals? A convention is not for rented thugs to run wild intimidating others but for candidates to sell their vision for the party and convince the delegates to vote for them on that. I say someone needs to put a leash on Lungu before he sets the country on fire.

  17. Well and good letter, but the writer must know confusion began right from forming govt. During PF stay we have just seen nothing but fighting each other. It is disheartening that it continues . Better it remains in opposition if God feels so, more time for reorganization .

  18. Let Guy Scott impose Kaseba or any one of those 8 and see who will vote for them.that will mark end of PF.the majority has spoken that Edgar Lungu be adopted, but these 8 evil people cant see sense!that white pig wont vote for u alone.minus Edgar Lungu many of us wont even vote-period!

  19. Dr Scott F W De Klerk was a white man like you. supported by whites the way masebo and others are supporting you. Its not about lungu but doing the right thing. Think of your fellow whites in Zimbabwe you are giving mugabe ammunition to harm them. shame Mugabe by giving Zambians who they want

  20. Well articulated. Edgar is the person the majority PF officials want and that’s it. Guy shud own up or else he is just running a kantemba. Besides, the man is too old to show leadership.

  21. Edgar is a problem. They went to Kabwe with a group of thugs and took over the venue and this is why other candidates did not show up. It was very dangerous to enter the arena.

Why is Edgar and the other group so much in a hurry. They quickly rushed to expel the president and latter apologised. They went to Kabwe took over the venue and declared their candidate sole winner to hoodwink the masses that he is popular.

Edgar must be very care with this Willy Nsanda and Alex Chikwanda crooks. They already have approved US 103 Million loan to pay Lap Green which information is coming out that the funds so approved are for campaigns. So they will not stop at anything. At national level Edgar will impose himself on us using state machinery going by his conduct. Care with these thugs.

    • Masebo was the one who was found at bus terminars accrediting non-eligible delegates for the convention, people even called the police to intervene. probably this was a setup to make it look like EL took those people there. Many of those non-eligible delegates were there not because of EL but coz of Masebo and group who gathered them. Guy Scott knows this happened, no wonder he didn’t want to attend, he wanted to let it play so that he can do what he already planned-nullify the election of EL. and he had to wait until EL leaves Kabwe to announce that he has nullified the election of EL. Seems there’s a lot of scheming in the background than what comes out to the public. All this is a planned thing. If EL be present he might win again

  22. Let me advice opposition members not to celebrate over the confusions going on in pf.
GS has an hidden agenda that may not end at just at their party’s presidential level but assuming that he succeeded at party level to put in ‘Kaseba’ mark my words he will do everything possible to make his preferred candidate scoop national presidency of course with the help of cartel.

This white skinned person does not mean well for us indigenous Zambians.

Abash personal agenda abash!! Viva national agenda viva!!

  23. The shambles in Kabwe is a sign of TOTAL FAILURE of leadership on the part of Guy Scott. He claims to want to follow the PF constitution in organising the elections but in the same breath he has failed to make use of the organs provided for in the SAME constitution to reach consensus and help him make sensible decisions:
    1. From day one when his boss died, he failed to call Central Committee or Cabinet meetings to help him organize the elections or to govern the country, preferring to do things his own way as if his colleagues were idi.ots.
    2. There have been three delegate accreditation exercises all of which have flopped big time: at Government House (of all places!), at Mulungushi House, and now the one at the Mulungushi University which he claims to have been a failure too!

  24. Or maybe we should forgive Guy Scott if he has never learnt to work with Zambians and party cadres especially? But then if he lacks that knowledge why did he not decline the position of acting President rather than messing up things and putting our country’s peace at such a high risk? This could explain why Michael never appointed him to act?

  25. He’s preferred candidate failed to show up. Where was she? Because a picture of Kaseba and himself in the helicopter was posted on their way to kabwe. I hope they never even spent a night in the same room, any way she’s cleansed.

  26. Am not in any way partisan. But a concerned Zambian.Well thought open letter to Guy Scott. Imagine, first the elective conference was slated on Saturday 29th, it moved to Sunday 30th and now Monday, 1st November. Something fishy!! Ba Scott, if you plunge this country into chaos just because you can easily run away for safety in some country abroad, you will be answerable. Please be consistent in your dealings. Zambians are not so dull, we are seeing what is up the sleeve. Remember peace and justice is why Jesus had to come and as a Christian nation we need to strive to uphold these. Once more be sober and lets move on as a nation. In fact I pity you, the PF, because you are already decampaigning yourselves through your squabbles.

  27. Many comments on this blog are very myopic! The writer has a point. The issue of the national convention came from Dr Scott? We assume that Guy Scott is the commander in chief? Or is it so?? Why did he take control of the situation in Kabwe if there was confusion? Or is it that Lungu still has the instruments of power to control the forces and police? Scott is a worst leader Zambia can have in a time like this. WHAT HAPPENS IF WHAT THE TABLOIDS HAVE SAID ABOUT ANOTHER CONVENTION HAPPENING TODAY?

LET US NOT POLITICIZE ISSUES, SCOT HAS MADE A VERY VERY BIG MISTAKE. WHAT HE IS DOING IS NOT FOR THE INTEREST OF THE COUNTRY AND PF. THIS IS OUR LAND GENTS!

  28. Many comments on this blog are very myopic! The writer has a point. The issue of the national convention came from Dr Scott? We assume hat Guy Scott is the commander in chief? Or is it so?? Why did he NOT take control of the situation in Kabwe if there was confusion?

  29. Disguised to look like an article. Just looks like a cut and paste of comments from social media blogs over the last few days – pick up your phones and call home.

Your minds will be set at ease that the circus is not all encompassing and remains as nothing but an incompetent mess by the PF massive who are duking it out behind the scenes.

Stay above the fray and the mess will continue to unravel itself until they find their collective minds or run out of time. Whichever comes first.

  30. GUY SIKOTE IS DEVISIVE AND PLAYING IT DIRTY. THERE IS A RISK OF THE RIFT IN PF SPILLING BEYOND PF BOUNDARIES.
THERE ARE GOING TO BE SERIOUS ISSUES ARISING THAT WILL MAKE JANUARY 20TH NOT VIABLE.
THE OPPOSITION NEEDS TO BE VERY VIGILANT DURING THIS PERIOD AS SO MUCH ATTENTION IS PAID TO PF WRANGLES WHILST OTHER ISSUES PERTAINING TO VOTER RENEWAL, RIGGING ARE NOT BEING LOOKED INTO

  31. Alarmist writer also called “Ngoma” know that PF isn’t Zambia. We can still vote without PF. Cant worry!!!

  32. When pipo talk hell of the whites leading africa you say it racialism. look at how he thinks. very soon he will start thinking of cancelling the 20/01/2015 elections. wait there is some confirmation he is waiting for to stop every thing.

  33. If you thought this PIG by the name of Scot was anything useful, u were wrong. He is a pig and all he is doing is to create anarchy where things are clear…….

  34. One, with basic common sense, can tell that PF supporters of a presidential candidates were gunnered to endorse one Edgar Lungu. I am not against the guy, but I doubt why, suddenly, all aspiring candidates failed to show up. Did they sense something just before voting assumed? There are times when one needs to decided when to withdraw and when to act, we all do that.

Guy Scott is not interested in the presidency; however, the outcomes of this conference means a lot to PF. PF must choose the right candidate who can be supported by voters, not only party cadres. Remember, it is about national elections, not party elections. What Scott is doing is what any leader considering both levels of elections can do. Edgar Lungu was not elected, he was endorsed by his overzealous supporters.

  35. Scot that white pig is afraid for his job as well. He wants to insert a person that will maintain the pig as Vice President. No way!!!! Twakana twakana fwe bena Zambia… E. Lungu, its your time and no one will take this away from you, not even the supporters of the pig…

  36. I have two questions for Mr Guy Scott who is literally leading our country to the precipice;

    1. How will the budget be passed in Parliament if 70 MPS from the PF don’t agree with the behavior of the Acting President? Policy direction and financial stability depend on this budget.

    2. The Cabinet is now polarized with majority supporting Lungu. In case of a national emergency such as threat of war or an outbreak of Ebola, how does the Acting President draw consensus? He has differed with Minister of Defense and Justice. The man in charge of foreign affairs is not with him. Key ministerial appointees are not with him.

Please remember 2001 when Chiluba attempted to do what Guy Scott and Slyvia masebo are doing. MMD never recovered from that hemorrhage. Don’t be foolhardy,…

  37. ELungu is the number one problem.Hes not recovered from being removed as PF president and engaged Kaponyas and ferried them to Mulungushi.Mrs Wina is a disappointment. How could she lead the elections without the president and others?I smelled a rat yesterday that things are not normal. Why is E Lung walking and waving a stick is he now a magician or its a juju stick for favor from people.I cant vote for him anyway.I dodnt know what people have seen in him.God help our nation.HH continue campaigning while MMD AND PF are fighting.Elungu no integrity what type of a leader who cant work at uniting people,he just wants to be a president at no cost.Hes proud because the late president is the root cause of his pride. Why give such a man so many resposibilities thats why he cant listen to Scot.

  38. I think Lungu is just like HH ;is being president the only issue in his life ,he needs to be reasonable and just go and compete with his equals , why hide democracy is about competition ; even if he was elected by his party he will still be in competition , that is the name of the game in politicks . I t is too much we are tired , always lungu why not go and form your on party and leave your friends to continue with PF

  39. From where I stand, E.L is being imposed on Guy Scot by the majority. Some of you are saying he is power hungry, I don’t understand how a power hungry person would give up the instruments of power so easily. Others are saying he organised thugs, E.L does not have the financial muscle to do that. Majority of PF members, who unfortunately are thugs ( we all know that PF is a party of thugs) want E.L and they are rallying behind him. He does not even need to use a penny. Remember he was a unifying factor when he was appointed S.G. Guy Scot is the problem here…… But don’t worry, P.F. is in self destruction mode. We can start afresh with a new party. H.H. is also busy making promises he wont fulfil. I guess he has realised Zambians can be taken for a ride.

  40. Exactly my take on the goings on in the PF under the caretaker leadership of Scott.

I must confess that I had so much faith in Guy, but he has dealt me a big disappointment.

It is no wonder some people have some racial feelings about Guy. Is he acting on behalf of some power somewhere that wants to see the collapse of our great nation? Should all his communication be monitored to see who is talking to him?

  41. From: MARTIN KAUNDA (CHINGOLA NCHANGA PF MEMBER)
    To: ACTING PRESIDENT GY SKOT
    Cc: SIMUSA (MP CHINGOLA)
    Saturday 03 January 2015
    CHINGOLA GENERAL COMPLAINT
Here chingola all more people of us complaining about the roads rehabilitation.
It has taken more years since our mp SIMUSA promised us as from 2011 voting him under PF to fix road but nothing up to now 2015.
Then KCM mining working condition is very bad no workers employments, no good salaries/ no plant safety system
So we want a good investor like ANGLO AMERICAN to takeover KCM to allow our yang children and us former mine workers be recruited
Now more corruption in all mining recruitment system only people give them money then called for interview and confirm recruitment after legal papers adverts of job positions…
