It has to give alternative settlements to affected populations. This is a great lightning discharge between a cloud and the ground and the second most common type of lightning that poses the greatest threat to life. A simple metal rode called a lighting arrester are what typical urban houses have to prevent fatalities. The dead woman was reported to be from Chief Chisunka` area and we can assume that she was in a rural area and hence was sleeping in a typical rural house, a hut. Huts have no lightning arresters. If you are in your village do not lean against wall of the hut because you will part of the circuit as the lighting moves from the sky to the ground using the w:((:((
