  1. Is this legal bwana inspecor general of police. Any Police ar able to do wat the want even drink while driving and mostly the ar on phones while driving

  2. Does George Kunda always have to leave his duties to welcome RB. Do you see Joe Biden always welcoming Obama? Muzi nkala serious

  3. I LOVE OUR PRESIDENT, HE IS SO UNIQUE. JUST LOOK AT HIM HE’S ALWAYS SMILLING……………THIS MAN LOVES WHAT HE DOES UNLIKE OTHERS…NO MATTER WHAT PEOPLE SAY YOU ALWAYS SEE HIM SMILE ..WHILE WISH I CAN BE LIKE LYK THAT.

  4. Ba Moze,hw r u 1st of all?Ba buju bapusa they are becoming so unbecoming ukusamwa kwati ena taxi kutiakwanisha, pantu ena ukushita car ni after pension silly chaps, takin the law in their hands.

  5. LT good photos. I should point out that, Vera Chiluba Tembo has outdone herself. She is looking good and taking good care of herself. Awee sure!!! ba presido, I have no words for him. I dont know if I should cry or laugh. This is the head of state indeed. UNIP days are back in full swing!!! Ba Kunda seems to be enjoying his job, only problem is that now his neck is on the chop!!!!!

  6. #4 Ba Moze Of all the pictures the one which made me angry is picture #1. This bloke yes deserved to be punished but not in this way. I wish the police could do that to my car here! Just what happened to wheel clumping? But then again, they would run out of clumps with the way the law is broken in Zed? Kaya na development!

  7. what the police have done in pic # 1 is illegal, this is what i call ‘vehicle profiling’, are they telling me that if a Benz or an Escalade was parked right next to that guys car, they would have done the same to that Benz or Escalade? Coz i dont think they even had proof that he was operating illegally, all they did is look at were he parked and what car he was driving. As much as its obvious he was operating illegally they still have to have concrete proof, thats what proper ‘policing’ involves, not working on assumptions!

  8. Ba Moze hw r u? I was spectating mwachibila pali mama/papa efyo iya, nauimona sukuma dance? We have drama king for a Presido…Palya it was supose to be “tiye tiye” not sukuma.

  9. Lots of proactive activities. Good to see. RB should get a pair of sunglasses instead of using his hands to shield his eyes from the sun.

  10. #4 Police in Zed are paid tax payers’ money to break the law. They are the biggest law breakers that you can find and think they are above the the same law they are supposed to make sure the public maintins. That is illegal, no man has the right to vandalise another’s property. It is like the way the police in Zed can use your car without permission in the nite to carry out their duties, after they have found your car faulty during the day and demand it be parked at the police station for collection the following day

  11. That Bulldozer would have done better work maintaing a road. Then when you see the state of the “passable” roads in this country…

  12. Bupuba fye ba buju, its not legal to remove tires moreover thats jus a taxi driver and not the owner of the car atase….

  13. After the man in picture #10 did what he had to do, did they clean up? Ba Moze or Zoe please send me pictures of that place after all the excitement!

  14. Dancing and dancing shikula iyo kwena. Nomba ka Chiluba kali kwi? Akaishiba ukushana ubushimbe nabumpesha amano. Kwena kali pena ka Chiluba, takwaba. Ati ninebo political engineer /dribbler. Na liba dribbler ba Sata he he he he! Kwena kalishilu ka Chiluba.

  15. Okay. Now, the police is that right? George Kunda should, instead of every time receiving the President at the airport, step down for publicly supporting wrong things. Dancing by the President – is it necessary “mwebantu?”

  16. LT picture # 17 ? it was Young arrows Vs kabwe Warriors and Warriors won it ended 1-2. Wer ar u based LT to make such type of mistakes. ar u in senanga?

  17. pic#1.most of the stuff the police do in zed is illegal. my best friends bro is a lawyer and never once did he receive a ticket or whatever the case maybe because he is well aware of his rights and the police respected that. unfortunately not too many people are versed on the legalities of what the police can and not do. police in zed can get away with a lot of crap and i would not be surprised if that guy went to the police station and find all his tires lost and if he dares to complain thrown into the cells and beaten up!!!!

  18. How come RB is always mu ZAF plane travelling namu Zambia? When does he get time to be in the office and deal with national issues such as the economy mwe bantu. Aba fye pa permanent tour

  19. pic#17. now thats what i call a rally. just curious, do we have speed ways in zambia? i enjoy watching car rallies but in controlled environments like speed ways. i wonder how safe those rallies are both to the drivers and spectators?

  20. Bushe ba shikapwasha, ifyo baletoba, did he think of the pollution he’s causing? Most, if not all electronic items are not supposed to be crushed in open environment like that. He’s polluting the soil and finally the ground water itself.

  21. #23, are you the only one who does not know that RB is on holiday and zambia is on autopilot? The man said he was going to rest in state house for three years and if you continue talking nonsense he will fire you and will sack you and follow you to your constituency and he will expel you from his party. That is MMD one man dictatorship and the backers are Teta and Mulongoti. Wapya!!!!

  22. RB says LAZ should work with govt to uphold the rule of law. I hope the issue of police vandalising other private operators vehicles will be handled and the police involved will be brought to book. Police is not allowed to touch a private vehicle in that manner. This is total abuse of power. And police shd infact fix back those tyres. This is being insane.

  23. But RB looks like a real sugar daddy ka. Yah, the man does not look presidential at all, He carries himself around like a village headman. Even a chief has some image of some form like the Litunga but this one is something else kwena.

  24. Bloggers if you have noticed Ba Vera she still using Chiluba’s name. Are they still fimo-fimo or what ?

  25. Now I need some help!!
Which Law allows the police to steal wheels from a pirate taxi driver operating illegally?
There is absolutely nothing that can justify this police conduct. This is where Zambia goes back to the stone age. I condemn such action and call it primitive!!
It is always sad to come across violation and it just shows how backward this system is. Terrible !! Normally with a good team of lawyers that Taxi driver can sue the police and win the case. ~X(

  26. #31, police do have the power to impound any vehicle if the owner commits a motoring offence. However, they should use technology to impound such vehicles by either clamping or towing away because storing those wheels has enormous overheads on the police. And what would happen if they were stolen? These are the issues they need to think through before they implement a system. But forgive them as most of our policemen left School through the window in grade 9 or even 7 for others.

  27. No. 4 Zoe, you have too much bitterness in you. Have you not seen Obama on the Helen Degeneress show and on the view “getting down”. It seems to you the President cannot do anything right. Even George Bush on his tour of Africa tried to strut his stuff sat various stops. Stop hating and feeling bitter.

  28. #31 Jamaco. Not in Zed. Boma ni boma. Even if the courts said you have won the case and have to be compensated, you will not get the money until, ah well, God knows! Niku Zed baba. By the way you have not answered why that team has sacked the former Spud!

  29. #36 3RqU Bavarians are funny!! They have plenty of money to buy top players and also get a famous trainer like Klinsmann. They have no time to waste. Klinsi has at this juncture lost his face. terrible believe me. They are now trying to get a trainer that will make them win this seasons Bundesliga LOL. I doubt it…..they will loss. most of the people hear do not like Bayer Munich!! They seem to be very arrogant.

  30. #37 Jamaco. They are cheeky as well. The papers here were saying they even have the cheek to ask the professor (AW) if he could be their manager! Tolls! You alright?

  31. .
    Generalzm says:

Like Abraham Lincoln said of the US Constitution purpose “.. to ensure that the strong are just and the weak are safe..” If these MMD guys with the temporal power to Govern given, and there is nothing to deter them from doing whatever, its going to be UNIP -come back scenario. Remember KK used to threaten Catholics that ” if UNIP wins ba Katholika mukanina pali Kolona”. .. during 1991 elections? RB was/is UNIP and now KK is the chief adviser to RB. The Popes Ambasador needs to be given where we are coming from. How many pipo were killed by KK Govt? How did Arch Bishop Mutale die? Tell him to ask the Rev. Fr. Umbeto Devoli (Inshimbi!)They are back! UNIP! Mulilo! that was their slogan. Pipo of God, lets be wary and uprout these…

  32. Olympia Extension Chick! I saved the above article just for you. It hard me laughing all weekend. Great photos ’till you reach the political ones.

  33. # 42, Thanks for the info. I do not have any comments about the political pictures but the first picture is quite sad. My take on this is that the actions of the police, while warranted, are actually illegal. This is tantamount to ‘theft by public servant!!!!!” in its very literal sense!!!!! My question is, if the police are collecting tyres off vehicles, what happens when drivers and owners pay the required fine, do they get their tyres back and if so, how are they able to distinguish them from each other????? Because if ZP are anything to go by, they are just removing these tyres from vehicles and piling them up somewhere without taking proper account of which vehicle they removed them from!!!

  34. No# 44 you need to read the article on the retraining of officers on human rights policies, then read The saints comments and Musi’ too. I totally agree with your take on the famous ZP. have a great week.
    P.S:

Check out the comment Engine ………block left on Esther Phiri. Iwe Chick! are you woman of substance or are there more wise ladies stock pilling on this blog.

  35. #45, Awe, we are not the same, but the more productive and informative comments we get on this blog, the more enlightened we become as a people! Engine Buluku is a funny character, I knew him from UNZA, he’s a trained Engineer and a pretty smart one at that!!!

  36. I feel sorry for No signs of the taxi guy in pic #1. Apparently policemen who abuse their authority are not only found in Zambia. I’ve come accross some even here in Germany too. I’ve just been watching another report of a Russian cop who ran amok and shot 4 people after having an argument with his wife.

  37. In pics 4 and 5, which one is the PS? And who’s the guy in pic 13 with prez? Are they single??

  38. No# 46 You have made my day, acknowledging the fact that wise talk enlightens us as a people; lady Chick! you are both wise and poetic. A welcome to this forum then is forwared then for “woman of substance.” You have probably noticed my support of the women folk, reason is we need the moral ones forward, the rest can follow. I am loving LT. May God bless you all my fellow bloggers.

  39. Honestly, these are much better pics Ba L.T.,
Pic #6, Ya sila ma zina ya Chibemba??? Manje akuti Archbishop ‘Telesphore’ Mpundu awe mweee…
    RB aziwa kubvina ka!!!

  40. No# 49 mrs Stevens the have to honour their Ngoni cousins in Chipata lol, my brothers bakumawa, oh! that includes myself though I am further East towards Lundazi and Chama. hahahahahahahahaha.

  41. It looks so bad sharing names so I have changed mine from mwanawakwithu to tiyowoye.

I thought Vera (chiluba) Tembo is beautiful and has good smiles. By the way, how does she still keep the chiluba name even after her divorce?.

Iwe 3Rqu, are you the chap i once taught ChE at CBU?

  42. Ba#50, nkumanya chomene Kanele box 1, pala mwapita Lumezi…. Kwa mwase mphangwe nkumanyako chomene nako… nkalutako na UBZ bus kaaale!!madazi yano nkutondeka ku yowoya chitumbuka makola, mbweni munsekenge sono.. …
    ni go o keleni akulu… …..

  43. Which one is Northern Province PS in pics 4 and 5 – caption 5 seems misleading. Who’s the guy greeting presdo in pic 13?

  44. No more RB but lets switch to other issues as we have exhausted RB and we have answered the querry of Marlon Zaza. may be we need him to announce again

  45. Pic#13,
    RB nayebve,
he behaved kwati afika ku munzi ku Chipata, kwa Mtenguleni, or kwa Kapata moyo, kapena ku Chiparamba ni M’mazulo!!!

maybe that other man is a Bemba.. they were full of jokes and chimbuya, I can see…

  46. # 51 tiyowoye, in the other post I have explained how easy it is for us to share the Name Mwanawakwithu, or Mwanawakwitu depending or whether you are using the queens tongue or Obama’s language, so adumbu ndise ba moza, ine natemwa Adumbu pa LT niba nandi. Bonse ba pa Zambia ni ba dumbu. Ba no#55 Mrs. Thenji Stevens Mulimakola Amama, naine Mudoko wane Anatola Muzungu wakuchalichi, omuvwalika vitenge. Tikalembe booku mu Chithumbuka ya chitundu, mukalabeko yayi, I shall conserve the language. Then we can do that for the other Languages of our Zambian brothers and sisters. So apa Tigone I need to awake early for work tomorrow, my prayers for you, a tiyowoye and all our bloggers here, your families and our families in Zambia.

  47. when is vera going to drop the chiluba name?after the trauma she went thru.iliko bad.
as fo the police, that is rubbish to say the least.

  48. Why should Vera drop the name – if she wants to keep it, she’s entitled to it. It’s not as if most people drop their married name when divorced.

  49. What kind of no sense are the ambian police engaging themselves in. Is that legal. why can the just toll the car away or give a ticket?

  50. LIMANSHA i agree with you, thats no sense!the police tell as that we should not take the law into our own hands but look what they are donig, now can same ONE tell me who is going to check on them.in fact the veh the police use are also not road worthy may be the taxi drivers should also start removing tires from police veh, this is TOM and JERRY or SCOOBY DOOO type of doing things and its very un proffessional.BEST WISHES TO YOU ALL BACK HOME!

  51. LT please, you can show us other things than these pictures you have posted.peace of advise get pictures from independent photographers, from the streets they cover the true picture.

  52. haha..Oour dear president can’t afford sunglasses? hmm. i love the Shikapwasha pics, really proactive. But then I hope people do understand IP laws. esp kaponyas, there’s a lot to talk about copyrights and passing off.

  53. 70# The Don
That was my concern as well the dressing is very poor the shoes is putting on is for k15 pin. if you have 10 pin kuti wasenda pali bakaponya.

  54. In pic #1, the police were just supposed to clamp that car other than taking the liberty of removing wheels from a car that is not a police car. I wish it was my car they did that on, Ha! I was going to take them very very far and have them learn a lesson out of it. They think the world cannot see what they are doing.

  55. The Road Traffic Act No 11 of 2002 clearly states what law enforcements (Traffic Officer/s) are suppossed to do when an alleged offence has been commited. What the officer/s did is unlawful. They should be weary that no one is guilty until proven guilty (not by the officers) by the courts of laws. Yes there could have been a prema facia case contrary to the provisions of law but officer/s is/are not jugdes. They should what they should

  56. #38 Kambongolo, that name sounds more Lozi but am suprised see you writing Bemba. No offence meant just want to know whether you are a real Mbongolo or Bemba.

  57. these cops, awe mwandi. how many tyres are they going to get??? sure they dont even have enough storage rooms, lol! watch the space… these tyres will soon starting missing from the police stations, not becoz of misplacement but becoz of cops selling them to make a living like ma bro was tryna do in pic 1. what a lame measure

  58. #62 , Ba Scott, Gday.

That man does not need a licence to drive that mazembe….. wherever he is sitting now , he wishes under his breath that he would have snatched ‘ a few’ of that counterfeit goods somewhere.. for himself..

  59. Pic. # 1 – That’s illegal. Unless the police say they were authorized by the court after the pirate was convicted. Pic # 9 – The drinks are not fake – they can be drank. They are counterfeit. Pics #14&15 – When is the MMD going to stop this nonsense of bringing women to dance for the President everytime he comes back from whereever?! This is demeaning and too remniscent of UNIP and 1 party politics. When is RB going to leave the stone age?

  60. Go anywhere in Southern Africa, women are there to entertain men. Kamuzu Banda and now Bingu use them in Malawi, go to South Africa and see what Zuma does. Mugabe is too old to dance with the women, Gideon Gono does it for him, apparently.
