  1. Pic#1, Bushe bafoleshafye a ma Degree???
    Mrs Zuma ni mama zoona.
Good to see Thandie picking up and enjoying her role.. go girl goooooo!!
The Chipata Njanji is long time coming of the century..

    • TakashiWhen I do swipe to turn page, It is too fast. It doesn’t feel like a swipe to turn. More like a tap to turn as above.I like the pureiovs version that more like a book when I did turn a page.

  2. ba kaunda bamudala baleimba ‘ ilelo tuleiteka’ or ‘ni tiyende pamodzi’ maybe ba Betty’s love songs.
nice pics en congrats Dr. ‘JZ ! ‘

  3. Zoona, people are celebrating pe stima. these things are out dated. i thot probably ni electric train kanshi ni 1940 technology. In the C/B, even industries have stopped using the slow, unconfortable machines., well atleast hope it will be affordable.

Mama Zuma luks more executive. even her chitenges cant be found pa kamwala and chisokone. ladie tandi eve ni …………

KK still strong and doing his thing,
    overall not so bad pictures.

  4. It makes my heart glad to see Mrs Miyanda.. appears so graceful..
At least there is no ‘umukule kumutwe’ kuli Thandie this time around..

  5. Zuma nimukali, he left Zed on Wednesday with Nomphumelelo and Thursday he was on TV in South Africa with Ma Khumalo his first wife. He just changes them nje.

  6. hmm #8 chi mrs zuma pali incito palya no wonder zuma seems to have lost some weight cuz one needs a lot of force & energy in order to set that body into motion(newton’s 3rd law + Eisten’s E=mc^2).rb can learn some lessons here cuz i’m worried of his huge abdominal fat seen in those pics on the post website.

  7. Where is the picture of Dan Pule’s safe exploding with the fake Gold? Serial Marrier, Pule. This is just the beginning.

  8. POINT OF CORRECTION: Concerning Zuma’s wife it should read “One of his wives” otherwise LT you will be sued by the other wives!

  9. Koma ma zambians like commenting. Leave Thandiwe alone. She is trying to improve. Give her some grade bantu imwe. Elo with the Chitenge, she is just proud to be real. She is not pretending by going all suits. The white man has made us feel that chitenges are wrong, same with hair. They make us feel that the perfect hair is artificial hair and not natural. It s–u..c..k..s

  10. #9 persona, correct me if am wrong, but from what i read that train will be used to transport cargo. And if it will be used to transport cargo then they need that hearvy duty engine, you cannot use electric train to transport cargo because they don’t have that much power to pull things like rocks. No where in the world do people use electric trains for cargo those are just used in transporting people.
#21 bafilika, i agree with you, people want Thandiwe to dress like the first ladies in the western world, well guess what, we are in Zambia, Africa, and being first lady she is supposed to be proud of her country, culture and tradition. More like leading by example. Even Michelle Obama came into the white house with her own short sleeved style, coz that’s who she is.

  11. #16 very funny! I agree with #22, would rather Thandi has mukule instead of the plastic or the hair yaba mwenye that just sits lifelessly on our women’s heads, which they think makes them beautiful. I would rather become a priest than be seen with a woman with a weave on her head.

    • I think Roslyn Cherry is eltxacy correct. This is a time to live democracy as it was meant to be lived, as responsible adults, not only endowed by our creator with inalienable rights, but also inalienable responsibilities towards our living planet and each other (breathing lives). Democracy is only as alive as its citizens, not in its ossified institutions captured by Corporations.

  12. #9, persona:

Where in the world are electric powered trains used to haul freight? I see a US flag on your comment, are electric trains used to transport freight anywhere in the United States? They say “ignorance is bliss!” but it sure is “painful” when you display it in public.

#21, bafilika: Well said, no need to add anything more!!

  13. Wonderful pics as usual and some of the comments here are insanely humorous….
#13 Dob I’ve always known that love involves a bit of chemistry & physics but I have never heard that one before..hahahaaa!!

  14. I can’t believe that in this age and in this time Zambia is still using that kind of ancient locomotive engine. Surprisingly enough, people are even excited to see that. I feel very ashamed. Our friends stopped using that king of diesel engines decades ago. They are now talking of ultra modern bullet electric trains for passengers and for goods. PLEASE POLITICIANS, DON’T waste time insulting one another, you should work to develop the country. I believe when you travel you do see how most countries are doing it. WAKE UP! WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  15. #32, Where in the world do people use electric trains to transport cargo? and please provide proof. Have you ever seen an electric train carrying things like mineral ores or crude oil? Please give credit where its due and don’t just condemn where its not even necessary. Even here in Canada, people use diesel engines because they have more power than electric trains. Even the VIA RAIL uses diesel engines! And this is not about how fast they are its about how much they can carry. Don’t display you ignorance on issues like this in public!

  16. Pic # 6 mrs Miyanda the true first lady of Zambia. If only Mr. Miyanda would be more vocal and step to themantle. Zambia needs a man of intergrity that can be there to steer the ship.

  17. #34 Kaponya, We shuld appreciate pipo when they display their knowledge in public cuz we learn from them but we shuld also encourage them to display their ignorance in public so that they can learn too! These comrades who want to see electric trains being used to carry construction stones are the same chaps we see going to watch a football match in a designer’s Tuxedo and an expensive bow tie!!

  18. #37 Perhaps she looks like the orphans because she is humble and does not want kuzionesa. Is that not a good thing? If she went to the orphanage dressed like the wife of a nigerian politician drenched in gold then she would be criticised. Poor woman is damned if she does and damned if she does’nt

  19. #5, I found it difficult to spot the first Lady. She also looks like an opharn and the only attracting person is Mrs Nompumelelo Zuma

  20. #23, I don’t trust some of the priests but I agree with you over the human mwenye hair which our black women think makes them beautiful. Black americans wanted mwenye hair to try and look like white women and be accepted in their racist society. But they are still black and no wonder whites don’t respect them. black women look beautiful when they are natural and not artificial

  21. #41, Chapo’s you are the same people that salivate on Beyonce when she is gyrating in her weaves and yet you want to pretend like weave wearing women are a disgrace to the black race. There are so many things artificial about women in general, black or white. Statistically white women wear more fake hair than black women, spend more time in tanning beds trying to look ‘brown’, and have far more cosmetic surgery than black women! Do more research before disrespecting your own.

  22. Naturally our first lady reminds me of how a real Zambian should look like.Thandiwe Banda you are beautiful like that.Iam empressed by that appearance keep it up.There are some people who still want to see our real African appearance as all our ladies have gone western painted in colours red, yellow, green, blue e.t.c.Lasly Please leave her alone she is like that she won,t change.
