MMD National Chairman Michael Mabenga has taken a swipe at former Works and Supply Minister Mike Mulongoti for issuing derogatory remarks against President Rupiah Banda’s developmental projects.
Mr. Mabenga who is also Lands Deputy Minister says Mr. Mulongoti should stop talking ill of President Banda’s development projects as they are meant to benefit the people of Zambia.
He is saddened that Mr. Mulongoti is using the Post Newspaper to attack the President’s developmental projects when he was part of the MMD government a few months ago.
Mr Mabenga was speaking at a press briefing in Lusaka on Wednesday.
And Mr. Mabenga has advised Zambians not to be misled by the crowds that gathered at PF Leader Michael Sata’s rallies in Western province as they do not mean anything.
He says the people of Western province attended Mr. Sata’s rallies to have a glimpse of the man that is advocating for gay rights.
Mr. Mabenga declared victory for the MMD in Western province because of the good development projects that the MMD government has embarked on in the area.

Mr. CDF Mabenga had nothing to tell people at the so called press briefing. Homosexual is not an issue based campaign. Lozis rioted because of unemployment,now CDF Mabenga is bragging about development, is he normal?

Mulongoti is frustrated because he has no job. Few months ago he was castigating the Post and PF and now now he is on their best friend. This shows lack seriousness and principles in the Post and PF, how do you welcome someone who was against you few months ago. When he was minister of information, Mulongoti threatened to close the post and now he is their number one friend…. it makes no sense to me. Â This is a clear indication that the post newspaper is a political paper working with PF.Â
Thank God Sata will never rule Zambia because post who have become too big headed.Â

If pipo can have all the meaningless PRESS Conference for one man or introduce new newspapers for one man then u must start wondering even if u did not want to vote Sata. They have campaigned for this man BADLY. Announce the ELECTION DATE and let it come as long as the playing field is leveled u see the man winning with alot of votes.
