Fighton: We expect a tough Lime

Share

Coach Fighton Simukonda says Nchanga Rangers expects a tough encounter when they face bottom placed Lime Hotspurs in Ndola on Sunday afternoon.

Second placed Rangers with 14 points take on winless Lime in the lunch-time kick off Super Division match at Trade Fair Grounds.

Simukonda said Rangers won’t underrate Lime, who have three points in seven matches so far in the season.

“We are playing Ndola Lime who lost last weekend so they will come up wounded. We have to prepare adequately,” Simukonda said.

Last weekend, Rangers beat visiting Konkola Mine Police 3-1 in Chingola while Lime lost 3-0 to Zanaco in Lusaka.

Meanwhile, Zesco United and Forest Rangers complete Sunday’s doubleheader at Trade Fair when they clash in the 15:00 hours kick off match.

This Ndola derby will be Forest’s first match after firing coach Weston Mumba last week following their 1-0 loss to Konkola Blades.
