Chipolopolo defender Joseph Musonda is thrilled to bounce back into
the Golden Arrows starting lineup.
Musonda played 90 minutes as Arrows defeated Maritzburg United 2-1 at
home on Sunday.
This was the first time Musonda was starting for Arrows under new
coach Mark Harrison.
“Thank God I am happy to be back,” he told SuperSport in a post-match interview.
The 36-year-old veteran has just recovered from a facial injury he
suffered while playing for Zambia in September.
This was Musonda’s second appearance for Abafana Bes’thende since his recovery.
Earlier in November, he had told journalists that he was hoping to
impress the new coach and regain his place in the Arrows starting
lineup.
Bo musonda you were a model, never say die.experience has no substitute
musonda is still 36????????????????????????then am 14
Don’t focus on minor issues. 36 or not, the fact is…he plays well. By the way…who asked for your age?
Whatever age, Musonda is a success. I wish best when he run for FAZ president, he can also make a good Chipolopolo coach together with Davies Phiri.
Musonda is Ryan Giggs’ age mate. Ryan is turning 40 next year but still going, Man U will give him one more year contract, so ba Muzo bravo, you are still needed by Chipolopolo.
Age is just but a number.
Actually i wonder y should one be too tired at 36.lt is just the negative talk especially from gullible fans. One can even go to more than 40.lt depends upon yo life style. Go,go,go,go Muzo!
It’s time to pack your boots.
