Davies Nkausu, Rainford Kalaba and Stopilla Sunzu head for Wednesday’s friendly against The Uganda Cranes after productive weekends for their respective clubs abroad.

Midfielder Kalaba and defender Kabaso Chongo played the full 90 minutes in TP Mazembe’s 1-1 CAF Champions League away draw at Les Astres on Sunday.
However, it was their compatriot striker Jonas Sakuwaha who scored from the penalty spot in the 67th minute but who has not been selected for the Cranes friendly.
He too played the full 90 minutes.

Sunzu returned to action on Saturday after a one week injury layoff to play 90 minutes in Sochauxs 2-0 home win over Bordeaux.
Midfielder Nathan Sinkala also played the full 90 minutes while striker Emmanuel Mayuka was on the bench.

Bloemfontein Celtic: Davies Nkausu played the full 90 minutes for Celtic in their 2-0 home win over Mpumalanga Black Aces on Sunday.

Mamelodi Sundowns: Kennedy Mweene had a woeful weekend after conceding three goals in Mamelodi Sundowns 3-1 away loss to Bidwest Wits on Saturday.

Golden Arrows: Defender Joseph Musonda was side-lined on Saturday in Golden Arrows’ 4-2 home defeat at the hands of Pretoria University.

  1. Okay kabaso chongo is playing. Atleast we are building another right defender. Ba joseph is tired , hope mbola is also ticking

    • That Kennedy Mweene he is finished, he has conceded more than 10 goals so far this year, just like Muchelenganga.
Patrice should try that new boy from Kaoma or Nsabata.
