Ruling PF youths in Lusaka have threatened to close down Zambia Information Communication Technology Authority offices for allegedly failing to locate people behind the online news sites that are anti-PF.

PF Lusaka Province Youth Chairperson Kennedy Kamba has accused ZICTA management of failing to trace people who are behind the Watchdog, an online media publication.

Mr. Kamba told a media briefing in Lusaka yesterday that ZICTA should be in a position to know the individuals publishing negative statements against the party and President Michael Sata.

He has since appealed to ZICTA to work hard and ensure that people behind the online malicious publications are exposed and should face the law.

And the PF on the Copperbelt has confirmed that its cadres attacked UPND President Hakainde Hichilema in Ndola last weekend.

Speaking at a joint media briefing with the Lusaka Province leadership in Lusaka, PF Copperbelt Province Chairperson Stad Mwale said that the PF is a peaceful party but is provoked with anyone who uses bad language against President Michael Sata.

Mr. Mwale who is also a member of the PF Central Committee said all opposition leaders visiting the Copperbelt should first get permission from the party failure to which their tours will not be successful.

And Lusaka Province PF Chairperson Geoffrey Chumbwe warned that anyone who will insult or use vulgar language against Mr. Sata will be the party’s number one enemy.

Mr. Chumbwe dismissed claims by FDD leader Edith Nawakwi that the PF administration has recruited 6,000 cadres into the Police Service.

Mr. Chumbwe said Ms. Nawakwi lied to the nation and that her statement has the potential to cause fear among citizens.

    • @ AYA .I AGREE WITH U IF FOOLISHNESS WILL CONTINUE BEING FREE THEN IAM AFRAID KAAMBA & GOODSON WILL HOLD THE WHOLE HIP TO THEMSELVES

    • This is now outrageous! The uneducated lot trying to tell us how to live in a democratic country. There – right there is the problem obtaining from allowing non-graduates in vying for the highest position in the land. Presidential candidates should have a University Degree as a minimal requirement before anything else! We can’t be dictated to by illiterates!!!!! Let everything go up in frames!! Spent many hours, sweat and blood to get an education and now a dunderhead wants to take away my rights? It can’t happen and it will never happen.

    • @ Aya
You are spot on. Free and cheap things are not good at all. Look at foolishness. Anybody can be foolish because it is free and affordable.

    • People like Kamba and Chuumbwe needs to be kidnapped and beaten severely so that these two d1ck-heads can learn a bitter lesson. “Stupidity does not call for celebrations” so says an old African proverb.
We will deal with you at an opportune time.

    • This is what happens when party thugs arte rewarded for commiting felonies. What is happening is the PF thugs keep pushing the envelope further and further in terms of violent attacks on their peceived enemies. How dows the party leaders respond? Like so:

‘PF is forced to act violently by people insulting the President and Party Leaders’
‘PF will do anything to protect the President … if Police fail PF will take the law in its hands’

Now, since about 125% of PF carders have the IQ of a wet crasshopper, you expect them to do anything since there are no consequences and their seems to be a reward attached to those who protect the president.

Are we sliding into the wosrt dictatorship Zambia has ever experienced! Why is SATA quite. These sentiments are an embarassment to PF!

    • Most PF ‘youths’ are disgruntled 50 year olds who have not done ANYTHING foer themselves since birth! They earn a miserable living by joining any violent groups whose actual agenda they do not understand. Ask thses moronic imbecles what their party polices are you will discover they are not aware.

    • Yes, yes, and to hell no, oh my dear heavenly father forgive me. This PF cadres look bizarre unlike us ordinary beings with normal facial features and acceptable personal characteristics/traits. No wonder these extra ugly frightening PF characters paralyzes innocent victims with bruising fear, their unique looks are out of the ordinary. These PF things are not humans and they have watery red eyes with tan dark skins. There are no closely acceptable premises which any reasonable human can attribute to both the looks and deadly behaviour or conduct of these PF ugly things. They must have extremely bad body odours. Furthermore,it is common knowledge that these close relatives (PF ugly things) of mankind are constantly hunting down civilised humans (UNPD cadres), therefore, they are stinking

    • If even PF kaponyas can realise that ZICTA is useless, this is one favour they will do us all, close down ZICTA – so that we can have free airwaves again!!They will be heroes just for this once!!

    • …..member of the PF Central Committee said all opposition leaders visiting the Copperbelt should first get permission from the party failure to which their tours will not be successful.

With a statement like the one above and someone still cannot see where this party is taking us? It is not possible because this is really a raspy for disorder and lawlessness. Police, what is your position on this matter? We now have private people who are more powerful than the command in police, right? Otherwise, what is the basis for this person Mwale saying he needs to give permission to opposition leaders to be in Copperbelt, or they will face violence?

  1. These PF thugs are really i.dio.ts, who is the master of running country on Facebook, is it not their leader Sata? Don’t they know that most of the online websites are Facebook pages, and Sata (Chellah) are always the first to post their daily fornication? Their followers (Zambian readers) just comment to that, and you plan to sort-them-out?

    • It is unfortunate that PF cadres think the own Zambia. What Nonsense is this to threaten Institutions? SATA has to get serious as he is not above the Law. He will be held accountable for his followers’ wrong doings. They have taken Zambia backward.

  2. This PF youths endevour is as fuulish and useless as trying to stop the wind from blowing. The internet is unstoppable.

  3. Sata a rouge: unreliable. Unprincipled. Deceitful. Scoundrel. A scamp. A rascal or full. Thats what rouge means. Its not an insult but descriptive terminology

  4. Morons, yesterday you insulted citizens of Ndola that HH was attacked by Ndola residents. Taken leave of your senses like your chief cadre Sata. You have no place in a civilized world.

    • Iwe who cares if Sata is insulted. Chiluba was more popular and we insulted him what more this old washed up rag he is too old to reason. I would support his impeachment but it would create a power vacuum and the ensuing power struggle would cause civil unrest so we will wait for 2016

    • Lamfras, you’re no doubt an i d i o t as your president. It is the constitutional right of the people of Zambia to have FREEDOM OF SPEECH, why are you going out to look for people for what and to do what with them???!!!!!! I doubt you live anywhere near that flag by your name cause you’d know that at the very least!!!!!

    • @lamfras, what, to you, constitutes an insult? You are lumping people’s frustrations, other peoples’ invectives, misunderstood banter, and all forms of expression in one basket and calling them insults. Isn’t that just wonderfully reminiscent of those that have little tolerance to share??

  5. Zambia is quickly sliding into anarchy. This is when we need to see leadership; a leader worth his salt should take his stand amid the growing tension and prevent any bloodshed. its now or never.

    • Very true. A “leader” would decisively put an end to this chaos in Zambia.

Unfortunately we have an illiterate imbecile in State House that cannot be described as a “leader”. He is as incapable of “leading” as he is of holding a press conference.

He is only capable of lying to the Zambian people, and holding on to his position that he obtained by fraud through deceit and deception.

This man is not a “leader”. He is just a common criminal or village *****.

  6. Zambia has the highest number of st.u.pi.d people per square kilometre in Africa. And foreigners have stopped wondering why Sata is the President of Zambia.

  7. And Speaking at a joint media briefing with the Lusaka Province leadership in Lusaka Mr. Mwale who is also a member of the PF Central Committee said all opposition leaders visiting the Copper belt should first get permission from the party failure to which their tours will not be successful.

WHAT KIND ON NOSENSE IS THIS? SO ITS TRUE WHAT THE PREVIOUS PRESIDENTS HAVE BEEN SAYING ABOUT THIS MORON IN STATE HOUSE

  8. WOW I WISH PF COULD PLAY BY THE SAME RULES, WHEN THE LATE FTJ CHILUBA WAS IN POWER PF CHAMPIONED THE RULE OF INSULTING A SITTING PRESIDENT, I DO NOT KNOW OF ANY SITTING PRESIDENT IN ZAMBIA WHO WAS INSULTED AS FTJ YET THE MAN HADLY RESPONDED TO INSULTS
MY ADVICE PF SEE BEYOND THE INSULTS RESOLVE THE ISSUES WHICH ARE MAKING PEOPLE INSULT

  9. What a load of Bullsh!t from this creature called Chimbwi! Freedom of expression is a guaranteed right in the Zambian constitution. Wake up and smell the coffee. Kaunda days are over.

  10. If anyone dies because ZITCA decides to collude with PF cadres, Zambia will lose most of its properties abroad. Zambia’s assets will be frozen and sold to compensate victims of PF massacres.

  11. Are these PF guys serious about online publications? Then I have to say this level of ignorance of how the internet actually works is truly record breaking. These PF guys should go into the Guinness Book of World records as the dullest people in the World.

As for attempts to track people opposed to chaotic PF Govt policies by sim cards, this should come as no surprise because it was clear from day one that this was the real aim. It never was about combating international terrorism. It was obviously to introduce internal terrorism in Zambia, and here it is. And I bet we ain’t seen nothing yet as I am sure these low life forms will start fabricating false intercepted conversations among members of the public who are opposed to PF chaotic rule. Watch this space. Pathetic human beings.

  12. Let’s try to focus on the issue. Party cadres are not a law enforcement agency and therefore have no authority to demand that anyone seeks permission from them, nor have they the right to close anything. If they are aggrieved with anyone they can seek redress in a court of law. The arrogant stance after the HH incident is unfortunate. Their getting away with it and having the courage to issue such statements afterwards suggests that there may be more of this to come. We’re not even in election time yet. These guys reportedly had guns when they came for HH. Maybe not to kill but to send a strong message. The point is, this issue is very sensitive and could lead to much worse, so it can not be taken lightly. This kind of cadre power only happens in one party states and dictatorships.

  13. Who is this man mwebantu? And what authority does he have? Telling working professionals what they can and cannot do? What qualifications does he have? Does he know anything about technology and online media etc? We are now getting into a situation were stupid thugs can go to any building and intimidate other people. This is how civil war starts. People getting harassed then revolting and fighting back. The ingredients for such an evident exist with these useless chaps in charge. Poor leadership time to control these animals before things get out of hand.

  14. I thnk ba LT should give as news nt wat we geting.4 cadres u ar better dead & do’nt evn try 2 talk abt violence bcoz u ar jst giving us mo reasons to poke u with rubish.

  15. TALKING FROM EXPERIENCE

In 2003, under Mwanawasa, I was picked up from my office by Special Branch & locked up at Lusaka Central Police Station for a week for simply donating computers to an opposition political Party, a day later. The charges were changed to treasonable charges for threatening the life of a President? This was after I unsuspectingly asked one of my staffers why the President moved around with an ambulance months earlier.I was not aware that my discussion was being monitored.

Is Sata using state police to lock up anyone?

Today, everyone is free to talk & insult. Today, you can even openly call a President Chimbwi, a f u c k or anything.

Was Chiluba or Mwanawasa or RB going to allow these insults?

    • Mpundu trust you are a fool.Honestly whar happens to you *****s?It’s like when you are eating with pipo ruling you stop thinking. How can you honestly compare Sata’s rule with anyone?Cant you see the country is being torn apart? Not to even mention the economic chaos the man has single handedly brought on us.If you cant think of your own future at least think of your children.Even that is too much to ask?

    • I think the journals have suffered your fate many times during Sata’s reign. And now these guys are after the general public. You take away a man’s freedom the result will not be nice

    • @Mpundu trust – We should never forget that respect is earned. The profanity towards our president , though am totally against it, is caused by the president himself; “you reap what you sow”. And the president is reaping just what he has sowed. Anyone in Zambia will agree that the presidents language and address even to his cabinet has not be polite to say the least. Coming to earning respect; people used to call LPM [RIP] cabbage, but after experiencing his leadership style and prudent management, he earned respect and accolades from many a citizenry. see He reaped what he sowed. Its nature! you cannot run away from it unless you what to pick oranges from ulunsonga.

    • @Mpundu trust — Which hole have you been hiding in?

Have you not seen how many times HH has been to police stations?

How many opposition meetings have been broken up?

      Get up to date!

    • Really, the “big lesson” you took away from your experience of being locked up is to that what we have in Zambia now is just OK because it isn’t as awful as before….. under a state of emergency and an acknowledged dictator?

May I suggest you think again?

  16. British high commissioner to speak on radio program against PF violence means end of PF is fast approaching. Next will be americans and other western diplomats. MMD shall watch their house for next general elections. The cartel is targeting MMD to launch their next presidential candidate to takeover from Sata.

    • Only in your dreams does Zambia take instructions from the british high commissioner and the american ambassador. We are not kitchen boys you!

  17. The saying goes “you shall know them by their fruits” and if this Kamba is the fruit of the PF party, then we have a whole lot of clowns above leading this country. it is such a shame that such a beautiful country without a shortage of bright minds can have buffoons to draw it back into stone age. It is indeed time for change in 2014 before we retrogress further into chaos as a nation.

  18. The person and not pipo behind the watch dog is Lloyd Himaambo, very clever and educated zambian who I personally respect!!! Don’t bother to look for him coz he stays somewhere in europe where he controls watchdog! Sata offered him a job so that he would stop his paper from reporting the truth but he turned it down. That is respect ladies and gentlemen. The spy has spoken!

  19. Ati, “all opposition leaders visiting the Copperbelt should first get permission from the party failure to which their tours will not be successful.” These *****s are unbelievable, and chi Sata is letting these dogs roam loose defalcating on everything good about our country.

  20. You id…..t. Do you know the mandate of ZICTA? Read the law and you will find that it is not one of their responsibilities. If ZWD was .com, yes.

  21. THEY ARE THE ONES BREAKING THE LAW BY ATTACKING PEOPLE!!! IF PEOPLE ARE SAYING SATA IS AN I D I O T THEN IT IS WHAT IT IS. HE IS AN I D I O T!!!! WHATEVER HAPPENED TO DEMOCRACY?!!!!!!

  22. Ka Saulosi, ain’t you going to say ‘Awesome!’ to what your gods chumbwe and whoever have declared ayi?

  23. Close ZICTA down!

Then we would not have to see the STUPlD rubbish that Chellah puts on Satas Facebook page!

Or all the LlES Scott tells us about “fruits of PF” or the non-existent jobs they are creating!

Or how the lDlOT Chikwanda is mismanaging the economy and the Kwacha is falling like a stone, and he is just borrowing more KALOBA!

CLOSE IT DOWN! I will be happy not to hear of all these PF failures and what our INCOMPETENT and USELESS president is NOT doing!

  24. Nkamba and others are headed for the international criminal court after 2016, the evidence is overwhelming. Wait and see

  25. Sata educate your kind and may be someone out there might appreciate your efforts, though it will be too little and too late. However, as scholars/authors postulate/posit that it is better to be late in accessing substantial outcomes than someone who never meaningfully benefit anything. Sata use this opportunity in allotting/distributing meaningful benefits (i.e. knowledge) to your completely uneducated disciples (PF things). Hey, Sata, your empty shells (PF cadres) retreated from contributing meaningfully in the knowledge economy after suffering humiliations due to their increasing hallucinations. Paradoxically, they recuperated from that ‘illness’ by joining your PF and they exhibited their dominance in perpetuating violence, which is verified by their current violent acts/conducts…

  26. Iwe ka Kennedy Kamba did your mother ever tell you what a complete ***** you are? if not , then am doing her job right now. You better be ready for the international criminal court, you have been blowing gus of late and it will cost you time in jail.

  27. Even the first three words are wrong. What are “ruling PF youths”?

    RULING youths… really?

Maybe these “youths” can show the nation where exactly the Constitution (any constitution… the current one, the so-called draft one, or even the animal-driven one) provides for RULE BY CADRES AND VIGILANTES?

In truth, the problem is that those actually in power (the President, the Vice President, Ministers, and civil servants, etc) have behaved as kids and condoned this attitude for years! The “hon” VP even shrugged his shoulders at the problem (on the BBC Africa Debate of all places!) saying that physical threats are a “normal part of Zambian politics” and that because he was hounded in opposition it is now just OK and expected to hound others. SHAME!

  28. I sense a spirit of civil war in this mother Zambia. How many times Did PF especially our current president insulted the formers presidents when they were on the throne especially Mwanawasa and RB? Was he arrested? Zambia is a democratic government and not a one stated party where every person has to adhere to wrong issues. Let the people talk and breath. This shall never be tolerated. Come and beat every person in the street with your panga, people will go out with ifikwakwa and axes.

Please ba PF if you love Zambia, use your intellectual and not fight. This is a clear indication that you have failed and have lost touch on the ground. Remember your bad spirit will finish you and ukashala nensoni.

  29. @Bemba Bimbo

    Sir,
I was never afforded the luxury of giving a statement at a police station but went to straight into police cells via a police station! I am sure the current Premier for CB can tell the same story.

  30. Kamba and chumbwe keep quiet, now ZWD is going to expose and embarrass
You, we will be reading your mess everyday, people are disparate for news now
not the orchestrated news the post makes, you won’t succeed trying to keep us in
the dark, we will still get news, internet is big their is no way of containing it, Facebook
Twitter, YouTube etc are also news media. Besides you don’t have enough jails to jail
Even half of Kabwe, worse of we in diaspora are untouchables

  31. The only problem with the PF cadres is that, they can’t differentiate between an ”INSULT”& ”CRITICISM”.they are forgetting that their president is the most insulting president this country has ever had,who called KK fonkofonko?who called chiluba, thief?who called levy, cabbage?who called RB,nyama soya?who called his own cabinet & MPs useless, the list is endless. The immunity mr sata is enjoying was not meant to insult the people who made him to be where he is today.when the fish is rotten,it starts from the head,no wonder we are witnessing violence in the country because of the rotten head.Had it been the MMD doing this, the editorial comments of the post would have condemned RB & william banda.shame on you,you have tolerated violence the name of defending mr sata.

  32. i used to doubt Chanda Chimba III but he can no longer be doubted, his pre – election prophecies are as pure as gold. Drop his court cases, nothing he said is false.

  33. Such threats can only come from marauding monkey feasting in a national maize field. If the leadership toy this line of thinking, then the system is committing a fast destruction mode.
