The opposition ZDDM says it is prepared to join the planned Development Bank of Zambia (DBZ) money demonstration by PF youth despite the opposition party not being in agreement with the ruling party on many issues.
ZDDM president Edwin Sakala has told Qfm news that his party also expects every Zambian with national interest at heart to join in this demonstration.
Mr. Sakala says this is because the money owed to the DBZ must be must be paid back.
He says his party holds the position that Zambia continues to sink into unbridled abject poverty and mismanagement because more than 97 percent of the population prefer to be arm chair critics and observers with only 3 percent of the population that try to speak out.
The ZDDM leader says this 3 percent is however subjected to their ruthless negative judgmental nature.
He says Zambians must therefore realize that the greatest enemy they face is not their fellow Zambians but the highly sophisticated forces of globalization that are using local people to create division and confusion in African countries.
This is what amazes me in this country like Zambia.The judgement was passed two years ago,Judges were fired,Advocates for the DBZ were fired but the whole PF youths remained mute.
What has changed now that PF youths wants to demonstrate against this case?
Dear Youths you were promised jobs,more money in your pockets,no casualisation,introduction of windfall tax,people driven constitution but where are these promises 2 day.These are demonstrations you should consecrate on.
Moreover integrity and morale is important in leadership.
Unless you are mad,otherwise don’t be misused by selfish people.
@Sundan, you make alot of sense about most of PF’s campaign promises not having been realised, but that doesn’t have anything to do with us us recovering monies that Nchito, Mmembe and company hav STOLEN from our public coffers, we WANT it BACK, NOW!!!!

The UPND youths were brutally beaten in the full view of the police and the cameras when the did the demonstrations and to me that was the best and right time to have these demonstrations, where was the PF youth wing at that time? The same PF youth wing escorted Wynter Kabimba to the ACC when he was called for interogations thereby making it impossible for the ACC to do their interogations on Wynter and do today, the same youth wing sees it fit to come round and start demonstrating against Wynter and his team simply because they are no longer in the same boat….. those are politics of vengeance I refuse to be part of such. Young people lets always do things out of principle rather than being used. I rest my case.
