     There is a legal loop hole which the PF MPs can use to get rid of Guy Scott. They simply need to pass a vote of no confidence through Parley, and impeach Guy scott. PF Mps have numbers on their side, and they can remove Scott with out a problem at all.

     Impeaching Guy Scott via parley is the easiest thing PF can do because Guy Scott is not an elected PF president nor am elected president of the country.

     Once he is removed by parley, then the PF cabinet can seat and decide who to be the care taker until the elections. But it will be wise to get a person who they can start selling now before the election date is announced.

     Kambwili , if you don’t Mmembe ‘s cartel to take over again, use parley.

Edgar was deputy GS of PF, one would expect him to know what was happening when Kabimba was in charge. I was at Washington Dulles International Airport waiting for a connection to Atlanta when someone from Zambia started talking in a Zambian language on how one online newspaper was doing a good job in destroying a certain tribe chances of winning the 2011 elections. Am sure he didn’t realize that there was a Zambian in the crowd. Am a proud Zambian and I have made sure I know all the main languages and dialects in the country. As such it made me very sad to hear the remarks from this gentleman.

28. Those against Scott acting are basically in two groups. The first group is those within PF who feel he(Scott) is in another faction, other than the one they belong to (Kabimba vs the rest). What they all need to know is we need a smooth transtion. Any confusion might just derail the process and it won’t be in the interest of the country. Leave Scott to act and to the PF sort out your power struggle within your party without disturbing state house.
